Fig. 1 is a timing diagram in which methods or apparatus according to some embodiments of the present disclosure may be applied.
As shown in fig. 1, the first terminal 101 may first receive an item order submitted by a user. The item order may then be split to obtain at least one item sub-order. The item sub-order may then be sent to the second processing terminal 102. The second processing terminal 102 may generate corresponding item acquisition information for each item sub-order, so as to obtain at least one item acquisition information. The second processing terminal 102 may send the at least one item acquisition information to the first processing terminal 101. Thus, the first terminal 101 may generate corresponding item acquisition status information for each item acquisition information, and obtain at least one item acquisition status information.
In addition, the first processing terminal 101 may further send the item sub-order to the third processing terminal 103. Therefore, the third processing terminal 103 can generate corresponding value transfer related information for each item sub-order, and obtain at least one value transfer related information. Then, at least one value transfer related information is sent to the first processing terminal 101. On this basis, at least one value transfer related information is updated in response to completion of execution of the value related operation for the value transfer related information.
With continued reference to fig. 2, a flow 200 of some embodiments of an information processing method according to the present disclosure is shown. The information processing method comprises the following steps:
step 201, in response to receiving an item order submitted by a user, the item order including item information and item supply related information, splitting the item order into at least one item sub-order based on the item supply related information.
In some embodiments, in response to receiving an item order submitted by a user, an executive body of the information processing method can split the item order into at least one item sub-order based on item supply-related information. Wherein the provisioning related information may be a vendor, a place of provisioning, a distributor, and the like. On this basis, as an example, information belonging to the same supplier in the item order may be divided into one item sub-order, thereby obtaining at least one item sub-order. Of course, the same information in the supply can also be divided into one item sub-order, etc.
In some optional implementations of some embodiments, in response to receiving an item order submitted by a user, the item order including item information and item supply-related information, splitting the item order into at least one item sub-order based on the item supply-related information, includes: verifying the item order based on the item information and the item supply related information; in response to the item order verification passing, splitting the item order into at least one item sub-order based on the item supply related information.
In these implementations, invalid orders can be discovered in time by checking the item orders. In practice, the item order submitted by the user may be an invalid order for various reasons. For example, the information of the supplier or distributor included in the item order is wrong. As another example, the quantity of the desired item in the item order is in stock, and so forth.
In some optional implementations of some embodiments, the item order may also be sent to an audit end for an auditor to audit the item order.
In some optional implementations of some embodiments, before step 201, the method may further include: in response to a user login, item transfer related information is determined from the user information. Wherein determining item transfer related information includes, but is not limited to: payment means information, delivery means, shipping address, nearest store information, etc. Wherein, the payment mode information includes but is not limited to: support account period payment, online payment, wire transfer payment, internal collection payment and the like. The distribution mode comprises store self-service, merchant distribution and the like.
Step 202, sending the at least one article sub-order to the second processing end, so that the second processing end generates corresponding article acquisition information for each article sub-order, obtains the at least one article acquisition information, and sends the at least one article acquisition information to the first processing end.
In some embodiments, the execution agent may send the at least one article sub-order to a second processing end. On the basis, the second processing terminal can generate corresponding item acquisition information for each item sub-order. As an example, the item acquisition information may be information relating to actual acquisition of the item. For example, it may be a purchase order. Thereby obtaining at least one item acquisition information. Then, the at least one item acquisition information may be sent to the first processing terminal.
Step 203, generating corresponding article acquisition state information for each article acquisition information in the at least one article acquisition information to obtain the at least one article acquisition state information.
In some embodiments, the executing body may generate corresponding item acquisition status information for each item acquisition information, to obtain at least one item acquisition status information. The article acquisition state information may be used to represent an acquisition state of the article described in the article acquisition information. For example, the acquisition status information may be updated when the item has been shipped from a supplier, or after the buyer has signed for the item.
And step 204, in response to receiving the article state change information of the target article, updating the article acquisition state information of the target article based on the article state change information.
In some embodiments, in response to receiving the item status change information of the target item, the execution subject may update the item acquisition status information of the target item based on the item status change information. Wherein the item state change information may be obtained from a plurality of channels. For example, the product may be obtained from a supplier, a buyer, or a distributor.
Specifically, each item acquisition information corresponds to one item acquisition status information. Therefore, when the article state change information is received, it is necessary to first specify the article acquisition state information corresponding to the target article. For example, the corresponding acquisition information may be searched for by an identifier or a name of the target item, so as to obtain the target acquisition information. And determining the article acquisition state information corresponding to the target acquisition information so as to obtain the article acquisition state information of the target article. On the basis, the article acquisition state information of the target article can be updated.
In some optional implementations of some embodiments, in response to receiving the item status change information of the target item, updating the item acquisition status information of the target item based on the item status change information includes: and updating the article acquisition state information of the target article in response to the fact that the mode selected by the user is a preset mode.
In these implementations, the predetermined manner may be a built-in manner, a billing manner, and the like. Due to these payment means, no immediate payment operations need to be performed. Therefore, when these payment means are selected, the item acquisition state information of the target item can be directly updated.
In some optional implementations of some embodiments, the item order is configured with a predetermined length threshold for performing the value transfer operation. The method further comprises the following steps: updating the status of the item order in response to the current time being greater than or equal to the sum of the item order creation time and the predetermined length threshold.
In these implementations, the predetermined length threshold may be configured as desired so that the time limit of key points in item acquisition may be controlled. For example, a payment duration may be configured. Thus, if payment is not completed within the payment duration, the status of the item order may be updated to cancelled. Besides, the goods inspection deadline can be configured. If the goods are not checked within the checking deadline, the state of the goods order can be modified to be that the system automatically checks the goods and the like.
In some optional implementations of some embodiments, the method further comprises: and generating information for representing acceptance failure in response to the fact that the difference between the article data in the article acquisition state information and the actual article acquisition quantity is larger than a preset proportion threshold value. According to the requirement, the information for representing the acceptance failure can be pushed to the auditing terminal, so that the auditing personnel can carry out auditing operation.
In addition, the number of the differences can be sent to the warehouse terminal according to needs, so that the warehouse terminal can carry out warehousing or ex-warehouse operation.
The above solution, as an inventive point of the present disclosure, can solve the second problem in the background art, that is: when the user receives the order and submits the order, the user needs to negotiate with the delivery party offline. Due to the introduction of a difference processing mechanism, the difference can be effectively identified, and subsequent processing is performed according to the auditing result.
Upon this basis, the executing entity may initiate a replenishment order or a refund order, for example, in response to a differential review passing.

Wherein, the article acquisition information may be a purchase order. Since the purchase order may be plural, the corresponding purchase order may be transmitted to different distributors or suppliers.
Step 302, at least one item acquisition message is sent to the first processing end, so that the first processing end generates corresponding item acquisition status information for each item acquisition message in the at least one item acquisition message, and at least one item acquisition status message is obtained.
In some embodiments, the item acquisition status information may be a delivery order. By generating the delivery receipt, the state of the article in the process of obtaining the article can be monitored and displayed.
Step 303, in response to receiving the updated article acquisition status information sent by the first processing end, updating at least one article acquisition information.
In some embodiments, at least one item acquisition information is updated in response to receiving updated item acquisition status information sent by the first processing terminal. Wherein, the first processing terminal updates the article acquisition state information. The execution main body needs to synchronously update the article acquisition information, so that the states can be kept consistent, and state display errors caused by inconsistent states are avoided.
Step 304, splitting the at least one updated article acquisition information into at least one article acquisition sub-information.
In some embodiments, the executing entity may split the at least one updated article acquisition information into at least one article acquisition sub-information.
And 305, sending the at least one item acquisition sub-information to the first processing terminal.
In some embodiments, the executing entity may send the at least one item acquisition sub-message to the first processing end.
In some embodiments, the at least one item acquisition information is obtained by generating a corresponding item acquisition information for each item sub-order. In practice, the item acquisition information may be a purchase order, among others. Since the purchase order may be plural, the corresponding purchase order may be transmitted to different distributors or suppliers.
