It should be further noted that the embodiments and features of the embodiments in the present disclosure may be combined with each other without conflict. The present disclosure will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings in conjunction with embodiments.
According to the technical scheme provided by the embodiment of the disclosure, the load capacity of the distribution tasks is compared with the preset load threshold, and the distribution tasks with the load capacity exceeding the preset load threshold are split into two or more distribution subtasks with the load capacity less than or equal to the preset load threshold. According to the technical scheme, even if orders with excessive quantity of contained articles or large volume are processed, the orders can be processed quickly and effectively, so that the pick-up rate of the orders of the type is guaranteed, the processing speed and quality of the orders of the user and the logistics distribution quality are guaranteed, and the distribution efficiency and the service quality of an internet platform are improved.
Fig. 1 shows a flowchart of a task splitting method according to an embodiment of the present disclosure, as shown in fig. 1, the task splitting method includes the following steps S101 to S103:
in step S101, distribution task attribute information is acquired;
in step S102, calculating a load amount of the delivery task according to the delivery task attribute information;
in step S103, when the load amount of the distribution task exceeds a preset load threshold, the distribution task is split into two or more distribution subtasks, where the load amount of the distribution subtasks is less than or equal to the preset load threshold.
As mentioned above, with the development of internet technology, more and more service providers provide services through internet platforms, and many internet services require logistics distributors to distribute, so that the processing speed and quality of user orders and the logistics distribution quality are very important for improving the distribution efficiency and the service quality of internet platforms. However, in practical applications, there are often situations that an order contains too many articles or has too large volume, and a distributor often has difficulty in smoothly completing taking and delivering the articles independently, for example, a certain user puts dozens of cups of milk tea in a take-out order. In the prior art, for a take-out order, no matter how heavy the order weight is and how many the items are, the order is allocated to a distributor, but for the order with too many items or too large the volume of the items, if there is not enough storage space in the distribution box where the distributor can be currently allocated, the distributor will not actively select the distribution task, so that the pick-up rate of the order of the category is greatly reduced, and further the processing speed and quality of the user order and the logistics distribution quality are reduced, and the distribution efficiency and the service quality of the internet platform are affected.
In view of the above drawbacks, in this embodiment, a task splitting method is provided, which splits a delivery task with a load amount exceeding a preset load threshold into two or more delivery sub-tasks with a load amount less than or equal to the preset load threshold by comparing the load amount of the delivery task with the preset load threshold.
In an embodiment of the present disclosure, the task splitting method may be applied to a task splitter such as a computer, a computing device, an electronic device, and a server that split a task, for example, a server located at a merchant end.
In an embodiment of the present disclosure, the delivery task refers to a task that requires delivery of resources for delivery, and the delivery task may include one or more delivery objects. For example, the delivery task may be a takeaway delivery order, and the delivery object may be an item included in the takeaway delivery order.
In an embodiment of the present disclosure, the delivery task attribute information may include one or more of the following information: the distribution tasks include categories of distribution objects, the number of distribution objects included in the distribution tasks, and the volume of distribution objects included in the distribution tasks.
In an embodiment of the present disclosure, the load amount of the delivery task is used to represent a delivery load, such as a delivery space, a delivery weight, and the like, required to deliver the delivery task.
In an embodiment of the present disclosure, the preset load threshold refers to a preset load threshold used for determining whether a load of the delivery task is too large and whether the delivery task is a huge task. If the load capacity of the distribution task exceeds the preset load threshold, the distribution task belongs to a task with excessive quantity of the articles to be distributed or with an excessive volume, namely a huge task, and if the load capacity of the distribution task does not exceed the preset load threshold, the distribution task does not belong to a task with excessive quantity of the articles to be distributed or with an excessive volume, namely a normal task.
In an embodiment of the present disclosure, the splitting of the delivery task may be performed manually by a merchant, or may be performed automatically by a server. When the distribution tasks are manually split by the merchant, the merchant can adjust the load of each distribution subtask according to the actual application requirement, and can also adjust the preset load threshold.
In this embodiment, first, attribute information of a current delivery task to be processed, such as a type, a number, and a volume of a delivery object included in the delivery task, is obtained, then, a load amount that the delivery task needs to spend is calculated according to the delivery task attribute information, if the load amount that the delivery task needs to spend exceeds a preset load threshold, which means that the delivery task belongs to a task that has an excessive number of items to be delivered or has an excessively large volume, that is, a huge volume of tasks, the delivery task is divided into two or more delivery subtasks having a load amount that is less than or equal to the preset load threshold, and the two or more delivery subtasks are packaged independently, so as to facilitate selection and delivery of delivery resources, and conversely, if the load amount that the delivery task needs to spend does not exceed the preset load threshold, which means that the delivery task does not belong to a task that has an excessive number of items to, namely, the tasks are normal, and only normal distribution is needed without splitting the tasks.
In an embodiment of the present disclosure, the step S102 of calculating the load amount of the delivery task according to the delivery task attribute information may be implemented as:
calculating the product of the number of the same type of distribution objects in the distribution task and the corresponding volume to obtain the load capacity of the same type of distribution objects;
and adding the load quantities of the distribution objects of different types to obtain the load quantity of the distribution task.
In this embodiment, when calculating the load amount of the delivery task according to the delivery task attribute information, first calculating a product of the number of delivery objects belonging to the same category in the delivery task and a corresponding volume to obtain the load amounts of all the delivery objects of the same category; and then adding the load quantities of the distribution objects of different types to obtain the load quantity of the distribution task. For example, if the delivery task includes two types of delivery objects: the milk tea cake comprises milk tea and cakes, wherein the number of the milk tea is N1, the volume of each milk tea is V1, the number of the cakes is N2, the volume of each cake is V2, the loading amount of the milk tea in the distribution task is N1V 1, the loading amount of the cakes is N2V 2, and the loading amount of the distribution task is the sum of the loading amount of the milk tea and the loading amount of the cakes, namely N1V 1+ N2V 2.
In an embodiment of the present disclosure, for some specially shaped distribution objects, the distribution volume equivalence estimation can be performed on the distribution objects, for example, for a mop, the volume equivalence of one mop can be estimated as the volume of half of a distribution resource distribution box according to the capacity of the distribution resource carrying the mop.
In an embodiment of the present disclosure, the method may further include the steps of:
distributing distribution subtask identification information to the distribution subtasks, wherein the distribution subtask identification information is associated with the identification information of the distribution tasks.
As mentioned above, after it is determined that the load amount of the delivery task exceeds the preset load threshold, that is, the delivery task is a huge task, the delivery task is split into two or more delivery subtasks with a load amount less than or equal to the preset load threshold. In this embodiment, in order to perform distinctive identification on the delivery subtasks and associate the delivery subtasks with the delivery subtasks that are the parent tasks of the delivery subtasks, that is, the delivery tasks that are split into the delivery subtasks, after splitting the delivery tasks into two or more delivery subtasks with a load amount less than or equal to the preset load threshold, delivery subtask identification information needs to be further allocated to the delivery subtasks, and the identification information of the delivery subtasks needs to be associated with the identification information of the delivery tasks. For example, if the identification information of the delivery task is a, and the delivery task is split into 3 delivery subtasks, the identification information of the delivery subtasks may be respectively set as the adjacent identification information: A-A1, A-A2, and A-A3, so that different distribution subtasks can be distinguished from each other, have proximity, and all have an association with their parent task.
In an embodiment of the present disclosure, the method may further include the steps of:
a preset load threshold is determined.
In this embodiment, before determining whether the delivery task is a huge task, the preset load threshold needs to be determined.
In an embodiment of the present disclosure, the step of determining the preset load threshold may include the following steps:
determining a preset area;
calculating the average load of the distribution resources in the preset area;
and determining the preset load threshold according to the average load.
In this embodiment, when determining the preset load threshold, a preset region is first determined, where the preset region refers to a preset geographic region for calculating the preset load threshold, and the preset region may be, for example, a certain geographic region, a certain business district, a certain residential district, etc., as long as the preset region has a certain area, can cover a certain geographic range, and can count the average load amount of the distribution resources; then, calculating an average load of the distribution resources in the preset region, that is, firstly, counting the load of each distribution resource in the preset region, for example, taking a certain proportion of the volume of a distribution resource distribution box or the volume of the distribution resource distribution box, for example, 0.8, as the load of the distribution resource and the number of the distribution resources, and then dividing the sum of the loads of the distribution resources by the number of the distribution resources, so as to obtain the average load of the distribution resources in the preset region; finally, the preset load threshold is determined according to the average load amount, wherein a person skilled in the art may determine the preset load threshold according to the average load amount according to the actual application requirement, for example, the preset load threshold may be set as the average load amount of the resources distributed in the preset area, or the preset load threshold may be set as the average load amount of the resources distributed in the preset area minus a first preset load amount, that is, the preset load threshold is set to be smaller than the average load amount of the resources distributed in the preset area, or the preset load threshold may be set as the average load amount of the resources distributed in the preset area plus a second preset load amount, that is, the preset load threshold is set to be larger than the average load amount of the resources distributed in the preset area, wherein the first preset load amount and the second preset load amount may be set according to the actual application requirement, the present disclosure is not particularly limited in its specific values.
In an embodiment of the present disclosure, the method may further include the steps of:
splitting and marking the distribution tasks and the distribution subtasks, sending splitting and marking information of the distribution tasks and the distribution subtasks and distribution subtask information to a terminal, generating distribution task reminding information based on distribution task identification information, identification information of the distribution subtasks and attribute information, and sending the distribution task reminding information to a distribution resource terminal, wherein the splitting and marking of the distribution tasks are associated with the splitting and marking of the distribution subtasks.
In order to enable the terminal to know the splitting of the delivery task, in this embodiment, after splitting the delivery task, splitting and marking the distribution tasks and the distribution subtasks obtained by splitting, for example, adding marking information "split parent task" to the distribution tasks, adding marking information "split subtask 1, split subtask 2, and split subtask 3 … …" to the distribution subtasks, sending the splitting mark information of the distribution tasks and the distribution subtasks and the distribution subtask information obtained by splitting to a terminal, generating distribution task reminding information based on the distribution task identification information, the distribution subtask identification information and the attribute information, sending the distribution task reminding information to a distribution resource terminal, and selecting the distribution subtasks by the distribution resources according to the distribution task reminding information. The split marks of the delivery tasks are associated with the split marks of the delivery subtasks, that is, the split marks can determine which delivery subtasks are split by which delivery tasks and which delivery subtasks are split by a certain delivery task.
In an embodiment of the present disclosure, the method may further include the steps of:
and in response to receiving the identification information of the selected distribution subtask sent by the distribution resource terminal, updating the distribution state of the distribution subtask, generating the distributed distribution subtask information based on the updated distribution state of the distribution subtask, and sending the distributed distribution subtask information to the distribution resource terminal.
In this embodiment, when receiving the identification information of the selected delivery subtask sent by the delivery resource terminal, the distribution status of the delivery subtask is updated, and the distributed delivery subtask information is generated based on the updated distribution status of the delivery subtask and sent to the delivery resource terminal, where the distributed delivery subtask information may include the distribution information of the delivery subtask in addition to the identification information and the attribute information of the delivery subtask described above.
Fig. 2 shows a flowchart of a task splitting method according to another embodiment of the present disclosure, as shown in fig. 2, the task splitting method includes the following steps S201 to S203:

In the prior art, for a take-out order, no matter how heavy the order weight is and how many the items are, the order is allocated to a distributor, but for the order with too many items or too large the volume of the items, if there is not enough storage space in the distribution box where the distributor can be currently allocated, the distributor will not actively select the distribution task, so that the pick-up rate of the order of the category is greatly reduced, and further the processing speed and quality of the user order and the logistics distribution quality are reduced, and the distribution efficiency and the service quality of the internet platform are affected.
In view of the above drawbacks, in this embodiment, a task splitting device is provided, which splits a distribution task with a load amount exceeding a preset load threshold into two or more distribution subtasks with a load amount less than or equal to the preset load threshold by comparing the load amount of the distribution task with the preset load threshold.
In an embodiment of the present disclosure, the task splitting apparatus may be implemented as a task splitting party, such as a computer, a computing device, an electronic device, and a server, which split a task, for example, a server located at a merchant end.
In an embodiment of the present disclosure, the calculation module 602 may be configured to:
calculating the product of the number of the same type of distribution objects in the distribution task and the corresponding volume to obtain the load capacity of the same type of distribution objects;
and adding the load quantities of the distribution objects of different types to obtain the load quantity of the distribution task.
In an embodiment of the present disclosure, the apparatus may further include:
the distribution module is configured to distribute distribution subtask identification information to the distribution subtasks, wherein the distribution subtask identification information is associated with the identification information of the distribution tasks.
In an embodiment of the present disclosure, the apparatus may further include:
a determination module configured to determine a preset load threshold.
In this embodiment, before determining whether the delivery task is a huge task, the preset load threshold needs to be determined.
In an embodiment of the present disclosure, the determining module may be configured to:
determining a preset area;
calculating the average load of the distribution resources in the preset area;
and determining the preset load threshold according to the average load.
In this embodiment, when determining the preset load threshold, a preset region is first determined, where the preset region refers to a preset geographic region for calculating the preset load threshold, and the preset region may be, for example, a certain geographic region, a certain business district, a certain residential district, etc., as long as the preset region has a certain area, can cover a certain geographic range, and can count the average load amount of the distribution resources; then, calculating an average load of the distribution resources in the preset region, that is, firstly, counting the load of each distribution resource in the preset region, for example, the volume of a distribution resource distribution box or a certain proportion of the volume of the distribution resource distribution box, for example, 0.8, as the load of the distribution resource and the number of the distribution resources, and then dividing the sum of the loads of the distribution resources by the number of the distribution resources to obtain the average load of the distribution resources in the preset region; finally, the preset load threshold is determined according to the average load amount, wherein a person skilled in the art may determine the preset load threshold according to the average load amount according to the actual application requirement, for example, the preset load threshold may be set as the average load amount of the resources distributed in the preset area, or the preset load threshold may be set as the average load amount of the resources distributed in the preset area minus a first preset load amount, that is, the preset load threshold is set to be smaller than the average load amount of the resources distributed in the preset area, or the preset load threshold may be set as the average load amount of the resources distributed in the preset area plus a second preset load amount, that is, the preset load threshold is set to be larger than the average load amount of the resources distributed in the preset area, wherein the first preset load amount and the second preset load amount may be set according to the actual application requirement, the present disclosure is not particularly limited in its specific values.
