Description

Information generation method and device, electronic equipment and computer readable medium
Technical Field
Embodiments of the present disclosure relate to the field of computer technologies, and in particular, to an information generation method, an information generation device, an electronic device, and a computer-readable medium.
Background
Currently, when a wholesale purchase of an article is performed, the supply price of a supplier may slightly differ depending on local policy, purchase amount of the buyer, and the like. Therefore, the purchasing party often needs to spend a lot of resources such as manpower and material resources to screen at least one qualified supplier from the plurality of suppliers. Currently, suppliers often directly add item information of supplied items to a wholesale purchasing platform so that a purchasing party selects a proper supplier to perform a first price operation (e.g., purchase) on a target item.
However, for the purchasing party to select the appropriate supplier through the wholesale purchasing platform, the following technical problems often exist:
the buyer often needs to recruit a large number of buyers to send inquiry information to a large number of suppliers and receive supply information (such as supply varieties, supply prices, supply areas, etc.) of each supplier, and each supplier usually needs to manually process the inquiry information from the buyer, thereby reducing the information processing efficiency in the wholesale purchase platform.

With continued reference to fig. 2, a flow 200 of some embodiments of an information generation method according to the present disclosure is shown. The information generation method comprises the following steps:
step 201, selecting the supply information matched with the purchase information from at least one supply information as matching information to obtain a matching information group.
In some embodiments, an executing entity of the information generating method (e.g., computing device 101 shown in fig. 1) may select, from the at least one piece of provisioning information, provisioning information that matches the procurement information as matching information, resulting in a matching information set. Wherein, the provisioning information in the at least one piece of provisioning information may include: supplier identification information, supply item and supply quantity. The supplier identification information may be used to characterize a unique identification of the supplier information. The supply item may be an item provided by a supplier corresponding to the supply identification information. The purchase information may include: purchase variety, purchase quantity and last purchase price. The execution body may select target offering information as matching information from the at least one item of offering information, wherein an offering item included in the target offering information is the same as a purchase item included in the purchase information. The provisioning information in the at least one provisioning information is obtained by updating the initial provisioning information. The initial provisioning information may be used to characterize provisioning information corresponding to a start time within a preset time period. The execution body can update the initial supply information by receiving the manually modified initial supply information. Thereby, the at least one provisioning information is generated. Wherein the supply item identifier included in the initial supply information is the same as the supply item identifier included in the supply information corresponding to the initial supply information.
As an example: the above-mentioned at least one piece of provisioning information may be [ [ provisioning party identification information: a, supply variety: strawberry, supply amount: 500 jin ], [ supplier identification information: b, supply variety: grape, supply amount: 200 jin ], [ supplier identification information: c, supply variety: strawberry, supply amount: 300 jin ], [ supplier identification information: d, supply variety: strawberry, supply amount: 100 jin ] ]. The purchase information may be [ purchase variety: strawberry, purchase amount: 800 jin, the last purchase price: 16 yuan/jin ]. The above-mentioned matching information group may be [ [ provider identification information: a, supply variety: strawberry, supply amount: 500 jin ], [ supplier identification information: c, supply variety: strawberry, supply amount: 300 jin ], [ supplier identification information: d, supply variety: strawberry, supply amount: 100 jin ] ].
Optionally, the purchase information may include, but is not limited to, at least one of the following: the name of the purchased article and the article purchasing information corresponding to the name of the purchased article. The item purchasing information corresponding to the above-mentioned purchased item name may include, but is not limited to, at least one of the following: purchase amount, last purchase price, expected arrival time.
Step 202, determining a supply score value of the corresponding factor for each matching information in the matching information group based on the procurement information, so as to obtain a supply score value set.
In some embodiments, the executing entity determines, for each matching information in the matching information group, a supply score value of a corresponding factor based on the procurement information, to obtain a supply score value set, where the factor corresponding to the matching information may be used to characterize whether each supplier information in the at least one supplier information meets an evaluation index of the procurement condition of the procurement party. The supply score value may be a numerical value corresponding to the evaluation index. May include the steps of:
the method includes a first step of determining the matching information as first-level matching information in response to determining that a supply price included in the matching information is less than a last purchase price included in the purchasing information, for each matching information in the matching information group.
As an example, the above-described matching information group may be [ [ provider identification information: a, supply variety: strawberry, supply price: 13 yuan/jin, supply: 500 jin ], [ supplier identification information: c, supply variety: strawberry, supply price: 14 yuan/jin, supply: 300 jin ], [ supplier identification information: d, supply variety: strawberry, supply price: 18 yuan/jin, supply: 100 jin ] ]. The last purchase price included in the purchase information may be "16 yuan/jin". The determined at least one first level matching information may be [ [ provider identification information: a, supply variety: strawberry, supply price: 13 yuan/jin, supply: 500 jin ], [ supplier identification information: c, supply variety: strawberry, supply price: 14 yuan/jin, supply: 300 jin ] ].
And secondly, sequencing the determined at least one first-level matching information according to the supply price from large to small to generate a first-level matching information sequence.
The first level matching information in the at least one first level matching information may include: serial number, supplier identification information, supply variety, supply price, and supply volume.
As an example, the first rank matching information sequence may be [ [ sequence number: supplier identification information: c, supply variety: strawberry, supply price: 14 yuan/jin, supply: 300 jin ], [ number: supplier identification information: a, supply variety: strawberry, supply price: 13 yuan/jin, supply: 500 jin ] ].
And thirdly, determining a sequence number value corresponding to a sequence number included in the first-level matching information as a supply score value of the first-level matching information for each first-level matching information in the first-level matching information sequence.
As an example, the determined supply score value of at least one of the above-described first-level matching information may be [1 point, 2 points ].
And fourthly, for each matching information in the matching information group, in response to the fact that the supply price included in the matching information is larger than or equal to the latest purchase price included in the purchasing information, determining the matching information as second-level matching information.
As an example, the above-described matching information group may be [ [ provider identification information: a, supply variety: strawberry, supply price: 13 yuan/jin, supply: 500 jin ], [ supplier identification information: c, supply variety: strawberry, supply price: 14 yuan/jin, supply: 300 jin ], [ supplier identification information: d, supply variety: strawberry, supply price: 18 yuan/jin, supply: 100 jin ] ]. The last purchase price included in the purchase information may be "16 yuan/jin". The above-mentioned second-level matching information may be [ supplier identification information: d, supply variety: strawberry, supply price: 18 yuan/jin, supply: 100 jin ] ].
And fifthly, determining a preset numerical value as a supply score value of each second-level matching information in the obtained at least one second-level matching information. As an example, the predetermined value may be a value of "0".
Optionally, the above factors may include, but are not limited to, at least one of: price factor, purchase cost factor. Wherein the price factors can be used to characterize the gap between supply prices. The above-described procurement cost factor can be used to characterize the gap between supply prices under the constraints of the procurement prices.
And step 203, selecting a target number of matching information from the matching information groups as corresponding matching information groups of the purchasing information according to the sequence of the supply score values from large to small on the basis of the purchasing amount included in the purchasing information.
In some embodiments, the selecting, by the executing entity, a target number of matching information from the matching information groups as corresponding matching information groups of the purchasing information in an order from a large value to a small value of the supply score based on the purchasing amount included in the purchasing information may include:
and step one, sequencing the matching information groups according to the sequence of the supply score values from large to small to generate a matching information sequence.
As an example, the above-described matching information group may be [ [ provider identification information: a, supply variety: strawberry, supply price: 13 yuan/jin, supply: 500 jin ], [ supplier identification information: c, supply variety: strawberry, supply price: 14 yuan/jin, supply: 300 jin ], [ supplier identification information: d, supply variety: strawberry, supply price: 18 yuan/jin, supply: 100 jin ] ]. The supplied score value group corresponding to the matching information group may be [2, 1, 0 ]. The above-mentioned matching information sequence may be [ [ supply score value: 2, supply identification information: a, supply variety: strawberry, supply price: 13 yuan/jin, supply: 500 jin ], [ supply score value: 1, supplier identification information: c, supply variety: strawberry, supply price: 14 yuan/jin, supply: 300 jin ], [ supply score value: 0, supplier identification information: d, supply variety: strawberry, supply price: 18 yuan/jin, supply: 100 jin ] ].
And secondly, accumulating the supply amount included by each matching information in the matching information sequence to generate an accumulated supply amount sequence.
The accumulation processing may be to add a supply amount included in each piece of matching information in the matching information sequence and a supply amount included in at least one piece of matching information before the supply amount included in the matching information to generate an accumulated supply amount, so as to obtain an accumulated supply amount sequence.

As an example, the purchase amount included in the purchase information may be "800 jin". The corresponding matching information group of the purchase information may be [ [ supply score value: 2, supplier identification information: a, supply variety: strawberry, supply price: 13 yuan/jin, supply: 500 jin ], [ supply score value: 1, supplier identification information: c, supply variety: strawberry, supply price: 14 yuan/jin, supply: 300 jin ] ].
The above embodiments of the present disclosure have the following advantages: the information generation method of some embodiments of the disclosure improves the processing efficiency of the relevant data generated when purchasing commodities. Specifically, the reason why the processing efficiency of the related data generated when purchasing commodities is low is that: the buyer often needs to recruit a large number of buyers to send inquiry to many suppliers and to collect supply information (supply varieties, supply prices, supply areas, etc.) of the supplier, and the supplier also needs to manually process a large amount of inquiry information from the buyer, thereby causing a problem of low efficiency in processing related data generated when purchasing commodities. Based on this, the information generating method of some embodiments of the present disclosure first selects, as matching information, provisioning information that matches the procurement information from at least one piece of provisioning information, resulting in a matching information group. At least one supplier information exists in the purchasing wholesale system, and at least one supplier can provide a plurality of different supply varieties, so that the calculation amount in the subsequent generation of the score value is reduced by screening out the supply varieties matched with the purchasing varieties. Secondly, based on the purchase information, determining a supply score value of a corresponding factor for each matching information in the matching information group to obtain a supply score value set. And according to at least one factor (such as a price factor, a purchasing cost optimization factor or a supply quantity factor) configured by the purchasing wholesale system, calculating a factor score value of the screened information, and providing data support for a corresponding matching information group of the subsequently selected purchasing information. And finally, selecting a target number of matching information from the matching information groups as corresponding matching information groups of the purchasing information according to the sequence of the supply score values from large to small on the basis of the purchasing amount included in the purchasing information. According to the quantity of the purchased goods, the supply information with larger supply score value is selected to meet the purchasing task formulated by the purchasing party, and further the processing efficiency of the related data generated when the goods are purchased is improved.
With further reference to FIG. 3, a flow 300 of further embodiments of a data processing method is shown. The flow 300 of the data processing method includes the following steps:
step 301, in response to receiving the purchasing party authentication information, acquiring purchasing information corresponding to the purchasing party authentication information.
In some embodiments, the executing entity may obtain purchasing information corresponding to the purchasing party authentication information in response to receiving the purchasing party authentication information. The purchaser authentication information may be information for performing real-name authentication. The buyer authentication information may include, but is not limited to, at least one of the following: the name of the purchasing party, the registration number of the business license of the purchasing party, the contact way of the purchasing party and the name of the purchasing method person. As an example, the above-mentioned purchaser authentication information may be [ purchaser name: company a, purchaser license registration number: 37100 × 257X, procurement contact: 15648 x 89, procurement method name: somebody of king ]. The purchasing information corresponding to the acquired purchasing party authentication information may be [ purchasing party name: company a, procurement variety identification: 246545 × 1, the name of the purchased article: strawberry, purchase amount: 100 jin, last purchase price: 18 yuan/jin, expected arrival time: and 3 days ].
Step 302, in response to receiving at least one supplier authentication information, acquiring initial supply information corresponding to each supplier authentication information in the at least one supplier authentication information.
In some embodiments, the execution subject may obtain initial provisioning information corresponding to each of the at least one provisioning party authentication information in response to receiving the at least one provisioning party authentication information. The provider authentication information in the at least one provider authentication information may be information for performing real-name authentication. The provider authentication information of the at least one provider authentication information may include, but is not limited to, at least one of: the name of the supplier, the registration number of a business license of the supplier, the contact information of the supplier, the name of a supplier and the industry information of the supplier. The industry information to which the supplier belongs can be used for representing the industry to which the supplier belongs, and the industry information to which the supplier belongs can be agriculture. Or may be industrial. The execution main body may acquire initial provisioning information corresponding to each of the at least one supplier authentication information through a wired connection manner or a wireless connection manner. The initial provisioning information corresponding to each of the at least one provisioning party authentication information may be [ provisioning party name: company a, supply item identification: 246545 × 1, supply item name: strawberry, supply amount: 150 jin, supply price: 18 yuan/jin, estimated arrival time: and 3 days ]. The initial provisioning information corresponding to each of the at least one provisioning party authentication information may also be [ provisioning party name: company b, supply item identification: 246545 × 1, supply item name: strawberry, supply amount: 200 jin, supply price: 20 yuan/jin, estimated arrival time: 4 days ].
And 303, selecting supply information meeting preset conditions from at least one supply information as matching information according to the name of the purchased article and/or the article purchasing information corresponding to the name of the purchased article to obtain a matching information group.
In some embodiments, the execution subject may select, according to the name of the purchased article and/or the article purchasing information corresponding to the name of the purchased article, provisioning information that meets a preset condition from the at least one provisioning information as matching information, to obtain a matching information group. The preset condition may be that the name of the supply item included in the supply information is the same as the name of the purchase item included in the purchase information. The preset condition may be that the name of the supply item included in the supply information is the same as the name of the purchase item included in the purchase information, and the supply price included in the supply information is within a preset purchase price range. The upper limit of the preset purchasing price range may be the last purchasing price included in the purchasing information. The lower limit of the preset purchase price range may be 0 yuan.
As an example, the above-mentioned at least one supplier authentication information may be [ [ supplier name: company a, supply item identification: 246545 × 1, supply item name: strawberry, supply amount: 150 jin, supply price: 18 yuan/jin, estimated arrival time: 3 days ], [ supplier name: company b, supply item identification: 246545 × 1, supply item name: strawberry, supply amount: 200 jin, supply price: 20 yuan/jin, estimated arrival time: 4 days ], [ supplier name: third, supply item identification: 354655 × 1, supply item name: cherries, supply amount: 150 jin, supply price: 45 yuan/jin, estimated arrival time: 3 days) ]. The above mentioned purchase item name may be "strawberry". The preset condition may be that the name of the supply item included in the supply information is the same as the name of the purchase item included in the purchase information. The matching information table corresponding to the matching information group may be as shown in fig. 4. Wherein, the matching information in the matching information table may include: supplier name 401, supply item identification 402, supply item name 403, supply quantity 404, supply price 405, and estimated time to arrival 406.
And 304, determining the price score value of the price factor corresponding to the matching information and the purchasing cost score value of the purchasing cost factor corresponding to the matching information for each matching information in the matching information group based on the purchasing information, and obtaining the price score value group and the purchasing cost score value group.
In some embodiments, the performing main body determines, for each matching information in the matching information group, a price score value of a price factor corresponding to the matching information and a purchase cost score value of a corresponding purchase cost factor based on the purchase information, and obtains a price score value group and a purchase cost score value group, and may include the following steps:
the method comprises the following steps of firstly, determining supply prices included in each matching information in a matching information group as price scores of price factors corresponding to the matching information, and obtaining a price score value group.
And secondly, determining the estimated arrival time included by each matching information in the matching information group as the purchasing cost score value of the purchasing cost factor corresponding to the matching information to obtain a purchasing cost score value group.
In some optional implementations of some embodiments, the performing body, based on the procurement information, determines, for each matching information in the matching information group, a price score value of a price factor corresponding to the matching information and a procurement cost score value of a procurement cost factor corresponding to the matching information, and obtains the price score value group and the procurement cost score value group, may include the following steps:
in a first step, the set of supply prices is sorted to generate a supply price sequence.
The execution subject may sort the supply price groups in descending order of the supply prices by using a target sorting algorithm to generate a supply price sequence. The execution body may also sort the supply price groups in an order of supply prices from small to large through a target sorting algorithm to generate a supply price sequence. The target sorting algorithm may be a quick sorting algorithm.
And a second step of, for each supply price in the supply price sequence, in response to determining that a difference between the supply price and an adjacent supply price corresponding to the supply price is greater than or equal to a preset threshold, subtracting a first preset value from a price score value of the adjacent supply price to obtain a price score value of the supply price. The price score value of the target supply price of the supply price sequence is a first preset score value.
When the execution main body sorts the supply price groups in the order of the supply prices from small to large to generate a supply price sequence, the adjacent supply price may be a previous supply price of the supply prices, and the target supply price may be a first supply price in the supply price sequence.
When the execution main body sorts the supply price groups in order of supply prices from large to small to generate a supply price sequence, the adjacent supply price may be a supply price next to the supply price. The target offer price may be a last offer price in the offer price sequence. Generating a difference between the supply price and an adjacent supply price corresponding to the supply price according to the adjacent supply price corresponding to the supply price and the supply price by the following formula:
Figure BDA0002989943610000181
where D represents the above-mentioned difference amplitude. B represents the supply price. A represents an adjacent supply price corresponding to the above supply price.
As an example, the first preset score may be 2 points. The first preset score value may be 10 points. The preset threshold may be 0.1.
And thirdly, for each supply price in the supply price sequence, in response to the fact that the difference amplitude between the supply price and the adjacent supply price corresponding to the supply price is smaller than the preset threshold value, subtracting a second preset value from the price score value of the adjacent supply price to obtain the value of the price score value of the supply price.
As an example, the second preset score may be 1 point.
And a fourth step of determining the supply price as a first rank price for each supply price in the supply price sequence in response to determining that the supply price is less than the purchase price included in the purchase information.
As an example, the supply price sequence may be [15 Yuan/jin, 16 Yuan/jin, 17 Yuan/jin, 18 Yuan/jin, 19 Yuan/jin ]. The purchase information may be [16 yuan/jin ]. The at least one first tier price determined above may be [15 dollars/jin ].
And fifthly, in response to the fact that the difference magnitude between the first-level price and the adjacent first-level price corresponding to the first-level price is larger than or equal to the preset threshold value, subtracting the first preset value from the first purchasing cost score of the adjacent first-level price to obtain a value of the first purchasing cost score of the first-level price.
As an example, the preset threshold may be 0.1.
And sixthly, in response to the fact that the difference magnitude between the first-level price and the adjacent first-level price corresponding to the first-level price is smaller than the preset threshold value, taking the value obtained by subtracting the second preset value from the first purchasing cost score of the adjacent first-level price as the first purchasing cost score of the first-level price.
As an example, the preset threshold may be 0.1.
A seventh step of, for each offer price in the offer price sequence, determining the offer price as a second tier price in response to determining that the offer price is equal to the purchase price included in the purchase information.
As an example, the supply price sequence may be [15 Yuan/jin, 16 Yuan/jin, 17 Yuan/jin, 18 Yuan/jin, 19 Yuan/jin ]. The purchase information may be [16 yuan/jin ]. The at least one second level price determined above may be [16 yuan/jin ].
And eighthly, determining a second preset score value as a second purchasing cost score value of the second-level price.
As an example, the second preset score value may be 0 point.
A ninth step of, for each offer price in the offer price sequence, determining the offer price as a third level price in response to determining that the offer price is greater than the purchase price included in the purchase information.
As an example, the supply price sequence may be [15 Yuan/jin, 16 Yuan/jin, 17 Yuan/jin, 18 Yuan/jin, 19 Yuan/jin ]. The purchase information may be [16 yuan/jin ]. The at least one first tier price determined above may be [17, 18, 19/jin ].
And a tenth step of, in response to determining that a difference between the third-level price and an adjacent third-level price corresponding to the third-level price is greater than or equal to the preset threshold, subtracting the first preset score from a third procurement cost score of the adjacent third-level price to obtain a third procurement cost score of the third-level price, where a target third-level price in the determined third-level price sequence is the second preset score.
As an example, the second preset score value may be 0 point.
And step eleven, in response to the fact that the difference magnitude between the third-level price and the adjacent third-level price corresponding to the third-level price is smaller than the preset threshold value, subtracting a second preset value from a third purchasing cost score value of the adjacent third-level price to obtain a value of the third purchasing cost score value of the third-level price.
As an example, the second preset score may be 1 point.
Step 305, performing weighted summation processing on each purchasing cost score value in the purchasing cost score value group and the price score value corresponding to the purchasing cost score value to generate a supply score value, so as to obtain a supply score value set.
In some embodiments, the executing entity may perform a weighted summation process on each of the purchasing cost score values in the set of purchasing cost score values and a price score value corresponding to the purchasing cost score value to generate a supply score value, resulting in a supply score value set. The execution subject may set a first preset weight for the purchase cost score value and a second preset weight for the price score value. The executing agent may generate the supply score value based on each of the purchase cost score values in the purchase cost score value group and a price score value corresponding to the purchase cost score value, by the following formula:
F=M×X+N×Y。
wherein F represents the above-described supply score value. M represents the first preset weight. X represents the above procurement cost score value. N represents the second predetermined weight. Y represents the above price score value.
As an example, the first preset weight may be 0.45. The second preset weight may be 0.55.
And step 306, selecting a target number of matching information from the matching information groups as corresponding matching information groups of the purchasing information according to the sequence of the supply score values from large to small based on the purchasing amount included in the purchasing information.
In some embodiments, the specific implementation of step 306 and the technical effect thereof may refer to step 203 in those embodiments corresponding to fig. 2, which are not described herein again.
As can be seen from fig. 3, the description of some embodiments corresponding to fig. 2 is compared. First, in response to receiving the purchasing party authentication information and the supplying party authentication information, the purchasing information corresponding to the purchasing party authentication information and the initial supplying information corresponding to the supplying party authentication information can be acquired. Therefore, authenticity of the purchasing party information in the purchasing wholesale system is guaranteed. Secondly, by establishing a supply information updating mechanism, the initial supply information in the purchase wholesale system can be updated regularly to generate supply information. Thereby enabling the purchasing party to obtain the latest provisioning information for selection by the purchasing party. Then, the supply information matched with the purchase information is selected from the at least one supply information to be used as matching information, and a matching information group is obtained. At least one supplier information exists in the purchase wholesale system, and the at least one supplier information can provide a plurality of supply varieties with different supply information. Thus, the supply item that matches the procured item can be screened out to reduce the amount of computation in subsequently generating the score value. Then, based on the purchasing information, determining the supply score value of the corresponding factor for each matching information in the matching information group to obtain a supply score value set. And according to factors (price factors, purchasing cost optimization factors, supply quantity factors and the like) configured by the purchasing wholesale system, calculating the supply score value of the screened information, and providing data support for a corresponding matching information group of the subsequently selected purchasing information.
