With continued reference to fig. 2, a flow 200 of some embodiments of an article sorting apparatus control method according to the present disclosure is shown. The control method of the article sorting equipment comprises the following steps:
step 201, according to a target article information set acquired in advance, a reference article information set and an article information set to be grouped are determined.
In some embodiments, an execution subject (such as the computing apparatus 101 shown in fig. 1) of the article sorting apparatus control method may determine the reference article information set and the article information sets to be grouped according to a target article information set acquired in advance. The target item information set may be acquired through a wired connection manner or a wireless connection manner. The target item information set may be a set of item information of items to be grouped. The reference item information set may be a set of a preset number of pieces of target item information randomly selected from the target item information set. The object item information set to be grouped may be a set of object item information remaining after the reference item information in the reference item information set is removed from the object item information set. The target item information in the target item information set may include an item name and a remaining shelf life of the item.
As an example, the predetermined number may be the number of article booths. The target item information set may be { [ a potato chip, 90 days ], [ B cola, 60 days ], [ C yogurt, 4 days ] }.
In some optional implementations of some embodiments, the determining, by the execution subject, the reference item information set and the item information set to be grouped may include:
the first step is that target article information meeting preset conditions is selected from the target article information set to serve as reference article information, and a reference article information set is obtained. The preset condition may be that the remaining shelf life of the object item included in the object item information is one of a preset number of object item information with the shortest remaining shelf life of the object item included in each object item information in the object item information set.
As an example, the predetermined number may be the number of article booths.
And secondly, selecting target article information which does not meet the preset conditions from the target article information set as article information to be grouped to obtain an article information set to be grouped.
In some optional implementations of some embodiments, the executing body may determine, in response to receiving a request for determining a sequence of item information groups, a reference item information set and an item information set to be grouped according to a target item information set acquired in advance. Therefore, the time for determining the reference article information set and the article information sets to be grouped is increased, and the consumption of computing resources and network resources caused by frequently executing the determination of the reference article information set and the article information sets to be grouped can be avoided.
Step 202, determining a similarity value between each reference article information in the reference article information set and each article information to be grouped in the article information set to generate a similarity value set, so as to obtain a similarity value set.
In some embodiments, the execution subject may use an absolute value of a difference between a remaining shelf life of the article included in the reference article information and a remaining shelf life of the article included in the article information to be grouped as the similarity value between the reference article information and the article information to be grouped.
And step 203, grouping the reference article information in the reference article information set and the article information to be grouped in the article information set to be grouped according to the similarity value group set to obtain a grouped article information group set.
In some embodiments, the executing body may perform grouping processing on the reference article information in the reference article information set and the article information to be grouped in various ways according to the similarity value group set, so as to obtain a grouped article information group set.
In some optional implementation manners of some embodiments, the performing main body performs grouping processing on the reference item information in the reference item information set and the item information to be grouped in the item information set to be grouped to obtain a grouped item information group set, and may include the following steps:
first, a reference item information group is created for each reference item information in the reference item information set, and a reference item information group set is obtained. Wherein the reference article information group in the reference article information group set has a one-to-one correspondence relationship with the reference article information in the reference article information set.
And a second step of adding each reference item information in the reference item information set to a different reference item information group in the reference item information group set. Wherein the reference article information has a one-to-one correspondence relationship with the added reference article information group.
And thirdly, adding each piece of article information to be grouped in the article information set to be grouped to a reference article information group of the reference article information with the maximum similarity value between the reference article information and the article information in the reference article information set to obtain an added reference article information group set.
And fourthly, determining the added reference article information group set as a grouped article information group set.
And 204, sequencing the article information groups in the article information group set to obtain an article information group sequence.
In some embodiments, the execution body may sort the item information groups in the item information group set in order from high to low according to a sum of similarity values between each item information in the item information groups in the item information group set and the reference item information in the item information group, so as to obtain an item information group sequence. The item information group sequence comprises at least one group of item information groups and corresponding sequence numbers.
And 205, controlling the article sorting equipment according to the article information group sequence to sort the articles to be grouped.
In some embodiments, the execution body may control the article sorting apparatus to sort the articles to be grouped according to the sequence of the article information groups. The article to be grouped corresponding to the article information in the same article information group in the article information group sequence can be divided into a group, and then the booth configuration is carried out according to the sequence number of the article information group. Wherein, the corresponding relationship between the sequence numbers and the booths can be preset. The serial number and the booth number corresponding to the booth may be stored in advance in a binary form.
The above embodiments of the present disclosure have the following advantages: after the article booths are configured by the article sorting equipment control method of some embodiments of the present disclosure, the value transfer rate of the articles and the utilization rate of the storage space can be improved to a certain extent. Specifically, the reasons for the low value transfer rate of the articles and the low utilization rate of the storage space are that: the item information is classified only according to the item category, and the association between the item information of different categories is not considered. Based on this, the article sorting apparatus control method of some embodiments of the present disclosure first determines a reference article information set and an article information set to be grouped according to a target article information set acquired in advance. Therefore, the target article information in the target article information set is preliminarily classified, and the reference article information in the reference article information set is used as a classification basis of the article information to be grouped in the article information set to be grouped. And then, determining a similarity value between each piece of reference article information in the reference article information set and each piece of article information to be grouped in the article information set to generate a similarity value group, so as to obtain a similarity value group set. And then, according to the similarity value group set, grouping reference article information in the reference article information set and article information to be grouped in the article information set to be grouped to obtain a grouped article information group set. Therefore, the reference article information in the reference article information set is used as a reference basis, and the article information to be grouped in the article information set to be grouped is grouped according to the similarity between the article information to be grouped in the article information set to be grouped and the reference article information in the reference article information set. Then, the article information groups in the article information group set are sequenced to obtain an article information group sequence. Thus, the item information included in each item information group in the set of item information groups is sorted according to its difference. And finally, controlling the article sorting equipment according to the article information group sequence to sort the articles to be grouped. Thus, the booths can be configured after sorting the articles according to the article information group order. Therefore, the value transfer rate of the articles and the utilization rate of the storage space are improved.

The above formulas and related contents in steps 302 and 304 are regarded as an inventive point of the embodiments of the present disclosure, and further solve the technical problem mentioned in the background "it is difficult to improve the value transfer rate of the goods and the utilization rate of the storage space". Factors that make it difficult to improve the value transfer rate of the articles and the utilization rate of the storage space are often as follows: the existing control method of the article sorting equipment generally classifies article information according to the categories of articles, and then controls the article sorting equipment to sort articles to be grouped by using the classified article information. On the other hand, when the article information is classified only by the type of the article, it is difficult to classify the article information by the similarity of the article in other aspects, considering only the relationship of the article in the type. Therefore, after the article booths are configured according to the grouped article information, the articles on the same article booth are only related in category, and it is difficult to embody deeper relevance and collocation relationship among the articles. Further, it is difficult to improve the value transfer rate of the articles and the utilization rate of the storage space. If the above factors are solved, the effects of improving the value transfer rate of the articles and the utilization rate of the storage space can be achieved. In order to achieve the effect, firstly, the similarity among the article information is comprehensively evaluated from the four aspects of the net value, the stock quantity, the article transfer quantity and the value transfer times, and the similarity value among the article information to be grouped is obtained. Therefore, the similarity value is used as a reference basis for grouping the information of the articles to be grouped in the information set of the articles to be grouped. Furthermore, the similarity between the article information can be measured from multiple angles, so that the article information classified according to the similarity value has relevance of multiple dimensions. And then, according to the normalized net value, the normalized inventory quantity, the normalized value transfer times and the normalized article transfer quantity, determining the comprehensive score value of each article information group in the article information group set obtained after grouping together. The lower the comprehensive score value is, the higher the net value of the article represented by each article information in the article information group is, the higher the stock level is, the fewer the number of value transfers is, and the fewer the article transfer amount is. Thus, the item information groups in the item information group set can be sorted according to the comprehensive score value. Therefore, the article information corresponding to the article information group with low comprehensive scoring value is conveniently configured at the stall with higher traffic. Further, the value transfer rate of the articles is improved to a certain extent, and the stock is eliminated so as to improve the utilization rate of the storage space.
And 305, sorting the article information groups in the article information group set according to the comprehensive scoring value set.
In some embodiments, the execution subject may sort the item information groups in the item information group set according to sizes of the item information groups in the item information group set in the composite score value set from large to small.
And step 306, controlling the article sorting equipment according to the article information group sequence to sort the articles to be grouped.
In some embodiments, the specific implementation manner and technical effects of step 306 may refer to step 205 in those embodiments corresponding to fig. 2, and are not described herein again.
As can be seen from fig. 3, the process 400 of the article sorting apparatus control method in some embodiments corresponding to fig. 4 embodies the steps of determining the similarity value and the composite score value, as compared to the description of some embodiments corresponding to fig. 2. According to the method, firstly, the similarity among the article information is comprehensively evaluated from the four aspects of the net value, the stock quantity, the article transfer quantity and the value transfer frequency, and the similarity value among the article information to be grouped is obtained.
