In some embodiments, the execution subject of the scheduling device control method (e.g., the computing device 101 shown in fig. 1) may obtain the set of item information by way of a wired connection or a wireless connection. Wherein, the article information may include: the name of the article, the category of the article, the shelf life of the article and the shelf loading time of the article. The above categories of articles may be used to characterize the durability of the articles. The greater the durability value, the shorter the storage time of the article corresponding to the durability.
As an example, the above item information set may be [ [ red fuji apple, 4, 15 days, 9 days ], [ carp, 5, 4 days, 3 days ] ].
Step 202, determining classification information corresponding to each item information in the item information set to obtain a classification information set.
In some embodiments, the determining, by the executing entity, classification information corresponding to each item information in the item information set to obtain a classification information set may include:
firstly, determining a freshness value corresponding to the item information by the following formula:
Figure BDA0002711511690000071
wherein F represents the above freshness value. ST represents the shelf life of the article included in the article information. Q represents the shelf life of the article included in the article information.
As an example, the above item information [ red fuji apple, 4, 15 days, 9 days ]. It is determined by the above formula that the shelf life of the article corresponding to the article information may be 0.4.
And secondly, determining classification information corresponding to the article information through the following formula based on the freshness value:
K=G×F。
wherein K represents the classification information. F represents the freshness value. G represents the item type included in the item information.
As an example, the above item information may be [ red fuji apple, 4, 15 days, 9 days ]. The freshness value may be 0.4. It is determined by the above formula that the classification information corresponding to the above article information may be 1.6.
In some optional implementation manners of some embodiments, the determining, by the executing entity, classification information corresponding to each item information in the item information set may include:
the method comprises the following steps of firstly, determining the ratio of the shelf-loading time of the articles and the shelf life of the articles included in the article information as a first ratio.
And secondly, determining the difference value between the first commodity circulation amount included in the commodity information and the current commodity circulation amount as a first difference value.
And thirdly, determining the ratio of the first difference to the daily inventory of the articles contained in the article information as a second ratio.
And a fourth step of generating a classification value corresponding to the article information based on the first ratio, the second ratio, and the article type included in the article information.
And a fifth step of generating classification information corresponding to the article information based on the classification value.
Step 203, determining article scheduling information corresponding to each article information in the article information set based on the classification information set to obtain an article scheduling information set.
In some embodiments, the executing entity may determine, based on the classification information set, article scheduling information corresponding to each article information in the article information set, to obtain an article scheduling information set. The article scheduling information corresponding to the article information of which the classification information is less than 1.5 in the article information set may be "discount 0.9. The item scheduling information corresponding to the item information having the classification information of not less than 1.5 in the item information set may be "discount 0.7".
As an example, the above item information set may be [ [ red fuji apple, 4, 15 days, 9 days ], [ carp, 5, 4 days, 3 days ] ]. The classification information set corresponding to the item information set may be [1.6, 1.25 ]. The resulting set of item scheduling information may be discounted 0.9, discounted 0.7.
In some optional implementation manners of some embodiments, the determining, by the execution subject, item scheduling information corresponding to each item information in the item information set may include:
the method comprises the following steps of firstly, obtaining an order information set corresponding to the article information, wherein the order information comprises: item name, item value transfer value fraction, value transfer operation number.
And secondly, determining the difference value between the item value transfer value and the item value generation value included in the item information as a second difference value.
And thirdly, generating a first product value set based on the second difference value and the order information set.
And fourthly, determining first article scheduling information included in article scheduling information corresponding to the article information based on the second difference, the first article drift amount included in the article information and the first product value set.
And step 204, controlling the relevant equipment to execute the item scheduling operation based on the item scheduling information set.
In some embodiments, the execution subject may control the related device to execute the item scheduling operation based on the item scheduling information set. The article scheduling operation may be to move an article corresponding to the article scheduling information to a corresponding discount area based on the article scheduling information. The discount area refers to the arrangement area of the articles with the same discount in the market.
The above embodiments of the present disclosure have the following advantages: first, an item information set is obtained, wherein the item information includes: the name of the article, the category of the article, the shelf life of the article and the shelf loading time of the article. By acquiring a set of item information, data preparation is performed for the following steps. And secondly, determining classification information corresponding to each item information in the item information set to obtain a classification information set. By generating the classification information, the article information is roughly classified, and data reference is provided for next generation of article scheduling information. Then, based on the classification information set, article scheduling information corresponding to each article information in the article information set is determined, and an article scheduling information set is obtained. By generating the item scheduling information set, the relevant scheduling equipment can execute the scheduling task according to the scheduling information. And finally, controlling related equipment to execute the item scheduling operation based on the item scheduling information set. Therefore, the speed of executing the scheduling task by the related scheduling equipment is increased, the scheduling efficiency and the article turnover rate are increased, and the use efficiency of the shelf resources is increased.
With further reference to fig. 3, a flow chart 300 of further embodiments of a scheduling apparatus control method is shown, the flow chart 300 of the scheduling apparatus control method comprising the steps of:
step 301, an item information set is obtained.
In some embodiments, the executing entity may obtain the item information set through a wired connection or a wireless connection. Wherein the item information may include: item name, item category, item shelf life, length of time an item has been shelved, quantity of inventory on the day of the item, quantity of commodity turnover on the month (e.g., commodity quantity sold on the month), first quantity of commodity turnover (e.g., estimated commodity quantity sold on the month), value transfer value of the item (e.g., unit price of the item), and value generation value of the item (e.g., cost price of the item).
As an example, the item information set may be [ [ red fuji apple, 4, 15 days, 9 days, 200 pieces, 1000 pieces, 2000 pieces, 70 yuan, 55 yuan ], [ carp, 5, 4 days, 3 days, 100 jin, 400 jin, 900 jin ] ].
Step 302, determining a classification value corresponding to the item information.
In some embodiments, the executing entity may determine the classification value corresponding to the article information by the following formula:
Figure BDA0002711511690000101
where K represents the classification value. G represents the item type included in the item information. ST represents the shelf life of the article included in the article information. Q represents the shelf life of the article included in the article information. ES indicates a first amount of article traffic included in the article information. S represents the monthly turnover number of the article included in the article information. I represents the daily stock quantity of the article included in the article information.
As an example, the above item information may be [ red fuji apple, 4, 15 days, 9 days, 200 pieces, 1000 pieces, 2000 pieces, 70 yuan, 55 yuan ]. The classification value determined by the above formula to correspond to the above item information may be 4.32 (calculation process is as follows).
Figure BDA0002711511690000102
The above formula is used as an invention point of the embodiment of the present disclosure, and solves the technical problem two mentioned in the background art that the classification is not accurate enough due to the fact that factors influencing the generation of classification information cannot be comprehensively considered, thereby influencing the scheduling of corresponding articles and causing the possible occurrence of bin pressing of the articles. The factors that cause the scheduling of the corresponding articles to be affected and cause the possible problem of bin pressing of the articles "are often as follows: the conventional method only considers the commodity circulation amount in the current month and the commodity inventory amount in the current day, and does not consider the influence of the commodity shelf loading time and the commodity shelf quality guarantee period on the generation of the classification information, so that the classification is not accurate enough. If the factors are solved, the dispatching of the articles can be more accurate and timely, and the problem of pressing the articles into the warehouse is reduced. To achieve this, first, the present disclosure introduces the commodity current monthly turnover and commodity current daily inventory. Because the change of the inventory quantity has certain influence on the classification of the articles, the representation capability of the formula is stronger by introducing the monthly circulation quantity of the articles and the daily inventory quantity of the articles. Secondly, the present disclosure introduces item categories, and realizes rough estimation of items through the item categories, for example, the item category corresponding to the item with higher requirement on item storage condition is larger than the item category with lower requirement on item storage. The present disclosure then introduces a shelf life and an item shelf life, the greater the ratio of the shelf life to the item shelf life, the shorter the relative remaining shelf life of the item, and the more the item should be preferentially processed. By introducing the parameters, the comprehensive consideration of the factors generated by the classification information is realized, so that the generated classification information is more accurate. Finally, the dispatching of the articles is more accurate and timely, and the problem of pressing the articles into the warehouse is reduced.
Step 303, based on the classification value, generates classification information corresponding to the article information.
In some embodiments, the execution subject may generate the classification information corresponding to the article information in various ways based on the classification value.
In some optional implementation manners of some embodiments, the executing body generating classification information corresponding to the item information based on the classification value may include:
in a first step, in response to determining that the classification value is within a first preset interval, first preset classification information is determined as classification information corresponding to the article information.
Wherein, the first preset interval may be [2, 5 ]. The first preset classification information may be 1.
And secondly, in response to the fact that the classification value is determined to be within a second preset interval, determining second preset classification information as classification information corresponding to the article information.
Wherein, the second preset interval may be [5, 8 ]. The second preset classification information may be 2.
And thirdly, in response to the fact that the classification value is determined to be within a third preset interval, determining third preset classification information as the classification information corresponding to the article information.
Wherein, the third preset interval may be [8, 10 ]. The third preset classification information may be 3.
As an example, the above classification value may be 4.32. The resulting classification information may be 1.
And step 304, acquiring an order information set corresponding to the item information.
In some embodiments, the execution subject may obtain the order information set corresponding to the item information through a wired connection or a wireless connection. Wherein, the order information may include: item name, item value transfer value (e.g., item discount), value transfer operation number (e.g., order amount).
As an example, the above item information may be [ red fuji apple, 4, 15 days, 9 days, 200 pieces, 1000 pieces, 2000 pieces, 70 yuan, 55 yuan ]. The order information set corresponding to the article information may be [ [ red apple, 0.98, 4], [ red apple, 0.98, 6], [ red apple, 0.9, 13] ].
Step 305, determining first item scheduling information included in item scheduling information corresponding to the item information.
In some embodiments, the executing entity may determine the first item scheduling information included in the item scheduling information corresponding to the item information by the following formula:
Figure BDA0002711511690000121
wherein M is1Indicating the first article scheduling information. ES indicates a first amount of article traffic included in the article information. P represents an item value transition value included in the item information. C represents an item value generation value included in the item information. i represents a serial number. N represents the number of order information in the order information set. And D represents the ratio of the value transfer value of the goods included in the order information set. DiAnd indicating the value transfer value ratio of the goods included in the ith order information in the order information set. X represents the number of value transfer operations included in the order information set. XiAnd the value transfer operation quantity included in the ith order information in the order information set is represented. K represents classification information corresponding to the article information. w represents a preset threshold.
Figure BDA0002711511690000122
Indicating rounding up.
As an example, the above item information may be [ red fuji apple, 4, 15 days, 9 days, 200 pieces, 1000 pieces, 2000 pieces, 70 yuan, 55 yuan ]. The order information set corresponding to the article information may be [ [ red apple, 0.98, 50], [ red apple, 0.9, 100] ]. The classification value corresponding to the article information may be 1. The preset coefficient may be 2000. Then, by the above formula, it is determined that the item scheduling information corresponding to the item information includes the first item scheduling information which may be 1723 (the calculation process is as follows).
Figure BDA0002711511690000123
Step 306, determining second item scheduling information included in the item scheduling information corresponding to the item information.
In some embodiments, the executing entity may determine second item scheduling information included in the item scheduling information corresponding to the item information by using the following formula:
Figure BDA0002711511690000131
wherein M is2Indicating the second item scheduling information. M1Indicating the first article scheduling information. ES indicates a first amount of article traffic included in the article information. i represents a serial number. N represents the number of order information in the order information set. X represents the number of value transfer operations included in the order information set. XiAnd the value transfer operation quantity included in the ith order information in the order information set is represented.
As an example, the first item scheduling information may be 1723. The article information may be [ red fuji apple, 4, 15 days, 9 days, 200 pieces, 1000 pieces, 2000 pieces, 70 yuan, 55 yuan ]. The set of order information may be [ [ red apple, 0.98, 50], [ red apple, 0.9, 100] ]. The second item scheduling information determined by the above formula may be 0.96 (the calculation process is as follows, the calculation result retains two decimal places).
Figure BDA0002711511690000132
The above two formulas are used as an invention point of the embodiment of the present disclosure, and solve the technical problem mentioned in the background art that "the influence of the order information set corresponding to the article information on the generated scheduling information cannot be considered, which results in the generated scheduling information being inaccurate, and further, the related scheduling device repeatedly executes the scheduling task, which results in the resource waste of the scheduling device". The factors that lead to the waste of resources of the scheduling device are often as follows: in the prior art, the scheduling information is often generated in a manual judgment mode, and the generated scheduling information is not accurate enough and the consideration on the factors influencing the scheduling information is not comprehensive enough. If the factors are solved, the accuracy of the generation of the scheduling information can be improved, and the accuracy and the speed of the scheduling equipment for executing the scheduling task are improved. To achieve this, first, the present disclosure introduces an item first circulation value, an item value transfer value, and an item value generation value to determine an estimated profit margin. In addition, the order information set corresponding to the item information is introduced, and the actual profit in the current month is determined through the value transfer value ratio and the value transfer operation quantity of the item included in each order information. Second, the need to dispatch items is often due to the fact that the sales volume does not meet the expected sales volume. Thus, the present disclosure introduces classification information. The article sales promotion means corresponding to different classification information are different, and the classification information is introduced as a parameter, so that the formula has stronger applicability. In addition, the preset threshold value is introduced, and the yield of the article corresponding to the article information is determined according to the product value of the variable and the classification information. In addition, the difference between the actual sales volume and the estimated sales volume is determined by determining the difference between the first commodity circulation volume and the value transfer operation quantity of each order corresponding to the commodity information. Then, the numerical value of the second article scheduling information corresponding to the article information is determined according to the first article scheduling information. The method comprehensively considers the factors influencing the generation of the scheduling information, so that the generated scheduling information has stronger representation capability and is more accurate. Finally, the problem that related scheduling equipment repeatedly executes scheduling tasks, and further resources of the scheduling equipment are wasted is solved.
And 307, controlling the relevant equipment to execute the item scheduling operation based on the item scheduling information set.
In some embodiments, the executing entity controls the relevant device to execute the item scheduling operation based on the item scheduling information set, and may include the following steps:
firstly, moving the article corresponding to each article scheduling information in the article scheduling information set to the corresponding discount area.
The discount area can be an area where the same discount articles are placed in a shopping mall.
As an example, the above item scheduling information may be [1723, 0.96 ]. The article information corresponding to the article scheduling information may be [ red fuji apple, 4, 15 days, 9 days, 200 pieces, 1000 pieces, 2000 pieces, 70 yuan, 55 yuan ]. When the first item scheduling information included in the item scheduling information is smaller than the current daily stock of the items included in the corresponding item information, all the items can be moved to the discount area through the automatic transportation equipment.
And secondly, controlling printing equipment to generate sales information based on the article scheduling information and article information corresponding to the article scheduling information.
The marketing information that controls the printing device to generate may be "Red Fuji apple, 0.96 Accumulate! ".
The above embodiments of the present disclosure have the following advantages: first, the present disclosure introduces commodity monthly turnover numbers and commodity daily inventory numbers. Furthermore, the dispatching of the articles is more accurate and timely, and the problem of pressing the articles into the warehouse is reduced. In addition, the present disclosure introduces an item first turnover number, an item value transition value, and an item value generation value to determine an estimated profit margin.
