With continued reference to fig. 2, a flow 200 of some embodiments of an item information push method according to the present disclosure is shown. The method may be performed by the computing device 101 of fig. 1. The item information pushing method comprises the following steps:
step 201, obtaining article circulation information of each article in an article group to be recommended to obtain an article circulation information set.
In some embodiments, an executing subject (e.g., the computing device 101 shown in fig. 1) of the item information pushing method may obtain item circulation information of each item in an item group to be recommended from a terminal through a wired connection manner or a wireless connection manner, so as to obtain an item circulation information set. Wherein the article circulation information comprises an article quality assurance attribute value. Here, the item shelf-life property value may be a length of shelf life of the item (e.g., the shelf life of item a is 10 days, i.e., the item shelf-life property value of item a is 10). Optionally, the article circulation information may further include an article value transfer attribute value, an article circulation attribute value, an article information click quantity, an article information browsing quantity, an article circulation quantity, and an article circulation score value. Optionally, the item circulation information may further include an item name. Here, the item value transfer attribute value may refer to an item's incoming value attribute value (e.g., cost price, unit may be an element). Here, the item circulation attribute value may refer to a value attribute value (for example, a selling price, a unit may be an element) of the circulated item. Here, the item information click amount may represent the number of times a web link of the item information is clicked. Here, the item information browsing amount may represent the number of times the item information is browsed by the user. Here, the article circulation amount may refer to the number of articles circulated (for example, the selling of the article a is 10 pieces, i.e., the article circulation amount of the article a is 10). Here, the item flow score value may be a score value for an item.
As an example, the item circulation information for item a may be: { [ item name: apple ]; [ value transfer attribute value of article: 10 ]; [ article circulation attribute value: 15 ]; [ item information click volume: 50 ]; [ item information browsing amount: 80 ]; [ article runoff amount: 20 ]; [ article circulation score value: 9 ]; [ quality assurance attribute value of article: 9]}. The article circulation information of article B may be: { [ item name: banana ]; [ value transfer attribute value of article: 9 ]; [ article circulation attribute value: 12 ]; [ item information click volume: 40 ]; [ item information browsing amount: 60 ]; [ article runoff amount: 15 ]; [ article circulation score value: 9 ]; [ quality assurance attribute value of article: 10]}. The article circulation information of article C may be: { [ item name: orange ]; [ value transfer attribute value of article: 12 ]; [ article circulation attribute value: 15 ]; [ item information click volume: 45 ]; [ item information browsing amount: 60 ]; [ article runoff amount: 30 ]; [ article circulation score value: 8 ]; [ quality assurance attribute value of article: 7]}. The article circulation information of article D may be: { [ item name: watermelon ]; [ value transfer attribute value of article: 12 ]; [ article circulation attribute value: 15 ]; [ item information click volume: 45 ]; [ item information browsing amount: 80 ]; [ article runoff amount: 25 ]; [ article circulation score value: 10 ]; [ quality assurance attribute value of article: 10]}. Obtaining an article circulation information set:
{ [ item name: apple ]; [ value transfer attribute value of article: 10 ]; [ article circulation attribute value: 15 ]; [ item information click volume: 50 ]; [ item information browsing amount: 80 ]; [ article runoff amount: 20 ]; [ article circulation score value: 9 ]; [ quality assurance attribute value of article: 9] };
{ [ item name: banana ]; [ value transfer attribute value of article: 9 ]; [ article circulation attribute value: 12 ]; [ item information click volume: 40 ]; [ item information browsing amount: 60 ]; [ article runoff amount: 15 ]; [ article circulation score value: 9 ]; [ quality assurance attribute value of article: 10] };
{ [ item name: orange ]; [ value transfer attribute value of article: 12 ]; [ article circulation attribute value: 15 ]; [ item information click volume: 45 ]; [ item information browsing amount: 60 ]; [ article runoff amount: 30 ]; [ article circulation score value: 8 ]; [ quality assurance attribute value of article: 7] };
{ [ item name: watermelon ]; [ value transfer attribute value of article: 12 ]; [ article circulation attribute value: 15 ]; [ item information click volume: 45 ]; [ item information browsing amount: 80 ]; [ article runoff amount: 25 ]; [ article circulation score value: 10 ]; [ quality assurance attribute value of article: 10]}.
Step 202, selecting an article quality guarantee attribute value greater than or equal to a predetermined threshold value from the article quality guarantee attribute values included in the article circulation information set as a target article quality guarantee attribute value, and obtaining a target article quality guarantee attribute value set.
In some embodiments, the execution subject may select, as the target item quality assurance attribute value, an item quality assurance attribute value greater than a predetermined threshold from among the item quality assurance attribute values included in the item circulation information sets, to obtain the target item quality assurance attribute value set. Here, the predetermined threshold may be a preset numerical value. For example, the predetermined threshold may be "9". Thus, the recommendation of the article information with too low a good evaluation rate can be avoided.
As an example, an item quality assurance attribute value greater than or equal to a predetermined threshold value "8" may be selected as a target item quality assurance attribute value from the individual item quality assurance attribute values included in the individual item flow information in the item flow information set shown in step 201, resulting in a target item quality assurance attribute value set: [ quality assurance attribute value of article: 9 ]; [ quality assurance attribute value of article: 10 ]; [ quality assurance attribute value of article: 10].
Step 203, determining the article circulation information corresponding to each quality guarantee attribute value in the target article quality guarantee attribute value groups as the information of the articles to be recommended, so as to obtain an information group of the articles to be recommended.
In some embodiments, the execution subject may determine, as the to-be-recommended item information, item circulation information corresponding to each of the target item quality assurance attribute values in the target item quality assurance attribute value groups, to obtain the to-be-recommended item information group.
As an example, the set of target item shelf-life attribute values may be: [ quality assurance attribute value of article: 9 ]; [ quality assurance attribute value of article: 10 ]; [ quality assurance attribute value of article: 10]. Item 1 [ quality assurance attribute value: 9] the corresponding article circulation information is { [ article name: apple ]; [ value transfer attribute value of article: 10 ]; [ article circulation attribute value: 15 ]; [ item information click volume: 50 ]; [ item information browsing amount: 80 ]; [ article runoff amount: 20 ]; [ article circulation score value: 9 ]; [ quality assurance attribute value of article: 9]}. Item 2 [ quality assurance attribute value: 10, the corresponding article circulation information is { [ article name: banana ]; [ value transfer attribute value of article: 9 ]; [ article circulation attribute value: 12 ]; [ item information click volume: 40 ]; [ item information browsing amount: 60 ]; [ article runoff amount: 15 ]; [ article circulation score value: 9 ]; [ quality assurance attribute value of article: 10]}. Item No. 3 [ item quality attribute value: 10, the corresponding article circulation information is { [ article name: watermelon ]; [ value transfer attribute value of article: 12 ]; [ article circulation attribute value: 15 ]; [ item information click volume: 45 ]; [ item information browsing amount: 80 ]; [ article runoff amount: 25 ]; [ article circulation score value: 10 ]; [ quality assurance attribute value of article: 10]}. Obtaining an information group of the article to be recommended:
{ [ item name: apple ]; [ value transfer attribute value of article: 10 ]; [ article circulation attribute value: 15 ]; [ item information click volume: 50 ]; [ item information browsing amount: 80 ]; [ article runoff amount: 20 ]; [ article circulation score value: 9 ]; [ quality assurance attribute value of article: 9] };
{ [ item name: banana ]; [ value transfer attribute value of article: 9 ]; [ article circulation attribute value: 12 ]; [ item information click volume: 40 ]; [ item information browsing amount: 60 ]; [ article runoff amount: 15 ]; [ article circulation score value: 9 ]; [ quality assurance attribute value of article: 10] };
{ [ item name: watermelon ]; [ value transfer attribute value of article: 12 ]; [ article circulation attribute value: 15 ]; [ item information click volume: 45 ]; [ item information browsing amount: 80 ]; [ article runoff amount: 25 ]; [ article circulation score value: 10 ]; [ quality assurance attribute value of article: 10]}.
And step 204, generating an item information recommendation table based on the item information group to be recommended.
In some embodiments, the execution subject may establish an empty table, and input each item information to be recommended in the item information group to be recommended into the empty table, respectively, to generate an item information recommendation table.
As an example, the information group of the item to be recommended may be:
{ [ item name: apple ]; [ value transfer attribute value of article: 10 ]; [ article circulation attribute value: 15 ]; [ item information click volume: 50 ]; [ item information browsing amount: 80 ]; [ article runoff amount: 20 ]; [ article circulation score value: 9 ]; [ quality assurance attribute value of article: 9] };
{ [ item name: banana ]; [ value transfer attribute value of article: 9 ]; [ article circulation attribute value: 12 ]; [ item information click volume: 40 ]; [ item information browsing amount: 60 ]; [ article runoff amount: 15 ]; [ article circulation score value: 9 ]; [ quality assurance attribute value of article: 10] };
{ [ item name: watermelon ]; [ value transfer attribute value of article: 12 ]; [ article circulation attribute value: 15 ]; [ item information click volume: 45 ]; [ item information browsing amount: 80 ]; [ article runoff amount: 25 ]; [ article circulation score value: 10 ]; [ quality assurance attribute value of article: 10]}.
Inputting each item information to be recommended in the item information group to be recommended into the empty table respectively to generate an item information recommendation table:
Figure 306758DEST_PATH_IMAGE013
step 205, sending the item information recommendation table to a display device with a display function so that a user can browse the item information recommendation table.
In some embodiments, the execution subject may send the item information recommendation table to a display device having a display function for a user to browse.
As an example, the above item information recommendation table may be transmitted to a display device "001" having a display function for the user to browse.
The above embodiments of the present disclosure have the following advantages: by the item information pushing method of some embodiments of the present disclosure, the experience of the user browsing item information is improved, and the loss of user traffic is reduced. Specifically, the inventors found that the reason for the loss of user traffic is: the influence of the quality guarantee attribute value on the user experience is not considered, so that the user experience is poor when the user browses the article circulation information with the lower quality guarantee attribute value, and the loss of user flow is caused. Based on this, according to the article information pushing method of some embodiments of the present disclosure, first, article circulation information of each article in an article group to be recommended may be obtained, so as to obtain an article circulation information set. Wherein the article circulation information comprises an article quality assurance attribute value. Thus, the quality guarantee attribute value of each item to be recommended can be preliminarily known. Then, an article quality assurance attribute value greater than or equal to a predetermined threshold value may be selected from the article quality assurance attribute values included in the article circulation information sets as a target article quality assurance attribute value, so as to obtain a target article quality assurance attribute value set. Therefore, the article circulation information with low article quality guarantee attribute value can be prevented from being pushed to the user. Then, the article circulation information corresponding to each of the quality guarantee attribute values of the target articles in the quality guarantee attribute value groups can be determined as the information of the articles to be recommended. Finally, an item information recommendation table is generated to be sent to a display device with a display function so as to be browsed by a user. Therefore, the experience of browsing the article information by the user is improved. Furthermore, the loss of user traffic is reduced.
With further reference to fig. 3, a flow 300 of further embodiments of an item information push method according to the present disclosure is shown. The method may be performed by the computing device 101 of fig. 1. The item information pushing method comprises the following steps:
step 301, obtaining article circulation information of each article in an article group to be recommended to obtain an article circulation information set.
Step 302, selecting an article quality assurance attribute value greater than or equal to a predetermined threshold value from the article quality assurance attribute values included in the article circulation information sets to serve as a target article quality assurance attribute value, so as to obtain a target article quality assurance attribute value set.
Step 303, determining the article circulation information corresponding to each quality guarantee attribute value in the target article quality guarantee attribute value sets as the information of the articles to be recommended, so as to obtain an information set of the articles to be recommended.
In some embodiments, the specific implementation manner and technical effects of steps 301 and 303 can refer to steps 201 and 203 in the embodiments corresponding to fig. 2, which are not described herein again.
Step 304, determining the ratio of the item value transfer attribute value and the item circulation attribute value included in each item information to be recommended in the item information group to be recommended as a value transfer circulation rate, so as to obtain a value transfer circulation rate group.
In some embodiments, the execution subject may determine, as the value transfer diversion rate, a ratio of an item value transfer attribute value and an item diversion attribute value included in each item information to be recommended in the item information group to be recommended, to obtain the value transfer diversion rate group. Here, the value of the value transfer slew rate may be retained to two significant digits after the decimal point.
As an example, the information group of the item to be recommended may be:
{ [ item name: apple ]; [ value transfer attribute value of article: 10 ]; [ article circulation attribute value: 15 ]; [ item information click volume: 50 ]; [ item information browsing amount: 80 ]; [ article runoff amount: 20 ]; [ article circulation score value: 9 ]; [ quality assurance attribute value of article: 9] };
{ [ item name: banana ]; [ value transfer attribute value of article: 9 ]; [ article circulation attribute value: 12 ]; [ item information click volume: 40 ]; [ item information browsing amount: 60 ]; [ article runoff amount: 15 ]; [ article circulation score value: 9 ]; [ quality assurance attribute value of article: 10] };
{ [ item name: watermelon ]; [ value transfer attribute value of article: 12 ]; [ article circulation attribute value: 15 ]; [ item information click volume: 45 ]; [ item information browsing amount: 80 ]; [ article runoff amount: 25 ]; [ article circulation score value: 10 ]; [ quality assurance attribute value of article: 10]}.
The ratio "0.66" of the item value transfer attribute value "10" and the item circulation attribute value "15" included in the 1 st to-be-recommended item information may be determined as the value transfer circulation rate. The value transfer flow rate may be determined as a ratio "0.75" of the item value transfer attribute value "9" and the item flow attribute value "12" included in the 2 nd to-be-recommended item information. The ratio "0.8" of the item value transfer attribute value "12" and the item circulation attribute value "15" included in the 3 rd to-be-recommended item information may be determined as the value transfer circulation rate. The value transfer turnover number group "0.66, 0.75, 0.8" was obtained.
And 305, generating a target item recommendation information group based on the value transfer transition rate group and the item information group to be recommended.
In some embodiments, based on the value transfer drift rate group and the to-be-recommended item information group, the execution subject may generate a target item recommendation information group by:
and step one, selecting the value transfer conversion rate meeting the preset conditions from the value transfer conversion rate group as a target value transfer conversion rate to obtain a target value transfer conversion rate group. Here, the preset condition may satisfy a condition required by the scheme. For example, the preset condition may be "value transfer turnover greater than 0.72".
As an example, a value transfer slip ratio meeting a preset condition "value transfer slip ratio is greater than 0.72" is selected as a target value transfer slip ratio from the above-mentioned value transfer slip ratio group "0.66, 0.75, 0.8", resulting in a target value transfer slip ratio group "0.75, 0.8".
And secondly, determining the information of the to-be-recommended articles corresponding to each target value transfer rate in the target value transfer rate group as target article recommendation information to obtain a target article recommendation information group.
As an example, the target value transfer slew rate group may be "0.75, 0.8". The information of the item to be recommended { [ item name: banana ]; [ value transfer attribute value of article: 9 ]; [ article circulation attribute value: 12 ]; [ item information click volume: 40 ]; [ item information browsing amount: 60 ]; [ article runoff amount: 15 ]; [ article circulation score value: 9 ]; [ quality assurance attribute value of article: 10 } determining as target item recommendation information. The information of the item to be recommended { [ item name: watermelon ]; [ value transfer attribute value of article: 12 ]; [ article circulation attribute value: 15 ]; [ item information click volume: 45 ]; [ item information browsing amount: 80 ]; [ article runoff amount: 25 ]; [ article circulation score value: 10 ]; [ quality assurance attribute value of article: 10 } determining as target item recommendation information. Obtaining a target article recommendation information group:
{ [ item name: banana ]; [ value transfer attribute value of article: 9 ]; [ article circulation attribute value: 12 ]; [ item information click volume: 40 ]; [ item information browsing amount: 60 ]; [ article runoff amount: 15 ]; [ article circulation score value: 9 ]; [ quality assurance attribute value of article: 10] };
{ [ item name: watermelon ]; [ value transfer attribute value of article: 12 ]; [ article circulation attribute value: 15 ]; [ item information click volume: 45 ]; [ item information browsing amount: 80 ]; [ article runoff amount: 25 ]; [ article circulation score value: 10 ]; [ quality assurance attribute value of article: 10]}.
And step 306, generating an item information recommendation table based on the target item recommendation information group and the target value transfer turnover rate group.
In some embodiments, based on the target item recommendation information group and the target value transfer transition rate group, the executing entity may generate an item information recommendation table by:
the method comprises the steps of firstly, generating an article recommendation score value based on each piece of target article recommendation information in the target article recommendation information group and a target value transition transfer rate corresponding to the target article recommendation information, and obtaining an article recommendation score value group.
In some embodiments, the first step may include the following sub-steps:
in the first substep, the ratio of the item information click quantity and the item information browsing quantity included in the target item recommendation information is determined as a score adjustment value. Here, the value of the score adjustment value may be retained to two significant digits after the decimal point.
As an example, the above target item recommendation information { [ item name: banana ]; [ value transfer attribute value of article: 9 ]; [ article circulation attribute value: 12 ]; [ item information click volume: 40 ]; [ item information browsing amount: 60 ]; [ article runoff amount: 15 ]; [ article circulation score value: 9 ]; [ quality assurance attribute value of article: 10] the ratio "0.66" of the item information click quantity "40" and the item information browsing quantity "60" included in the item information is determined as the score adjustment value.
As another example, the target item recommendation information { [ item name: watermelon ]; [ value transfer attribute value of article: 12 ]; [ article circulation attribute value: 15 ]; [ item information click volume: 45 ]; [ item information browsing amount: 80 ]; [ article runoff amount: 25 ]; [ article circulation score value: 10 ]; [ quality assurance attribute value of article: 10 } the ratio '0.75' of the item information click quantity '45' and the item information browsing quantity '60' included in the item information is determined as a score adjustment value.
A second substep of generating an item recommendation score value based on the score adjustment value, the item information click amount, the item information browsing amount, a target value transfer turnover rate corresponding to the target item recommendation information, an item turnover amount, an item circulation score value and an item quality assurance attribute value included in the target item recommendation information:

Figure 525938DEST_PATH_IMAGE019
and secondly, combining each item recommendation score value in the item recommendation score value group and target item recommendation information corresponding to the item recommendation score value to generate a binary group to obtain a binary group set.
As an example, the set of item recommendation score values described above may be "11, 18". The item recommendation score value "11" and the target item recommendation information { [ item name: banana ]; [ value transfer attribute value of article: 9 ]; [ article circulation attribute value: 12 ]; [ item information click volume: 40 ]; [ item information browsing amount: 60 ]; [ article runoff amount: 15 ]; [ article circulation score value: 9 ]; [ quality assurance attribute value of article: 10] to perform a combination process to generate a binary ({ [ item name: banana ], [ item value transfer attribute value: 9], [ item flow attribute value: 12], [ item information click quantity: 40], [ item information browsing quantity: 60], [ item flow quantity: 15], [ item flow rating value: 9], [ item quality guarantee attribute value: 10] }, 11). The item recommendation score value "18" and the target item recommendation information corresponding to the item recommendation score value "18 { [ item name: watermelon ]; [ value transfer attribute value of article: 12 ]; [ article circulation attribute value: 15 ]; [ item information click volume: 45 ]; [ item information browsing amount: 80 ]; [ article runoff amount: 25 ]; [ article circulation score value: 10 ]; [ quality assurance attribute value of article: 10] to perform a combining process to generate a doublet ({ [ item name: watermelon ]; [ item value transfer attribute value: 12 ]; [ item flow attribute value: 15 ]; [ item information click quantity: 45 ]; [ item information browsing quantity: 80 ]; [ item flow quantity: 25 ]; [ item flow rating value: 10 ]; [ item quality assurance attribute value: 10] }, 18).
And thirdly, establishing an empty table, and inputting each binary group in the binary group set into the empty table to generate an article information recommendation table based on the article recommendation score value group.
As an example, a null table may be established, and each of the binary sets may be input into the null table to generate an item information recommendation table based on the set of item recommendation score values:

the formula and the related content in step 306 serve as an invention point of the disclosure, thereby solving the technical problem two mentioned in the background art that the influence of various factors on the item recommendation result cannot be considered comprehensively, the accuracy of the generated item recommendation score value is not high, the recommended item is difficult to meet the requirement of the user, the shopping experience of the user is reduced, and the flow loss of the platform user is caused. The impact factors that cause the loss of platform user traffic are often as follows: the influence of various factors on the item recommendation result cannot be considered comprehensively, the accuracy of the generated item recommendation score value is not high, the recommended item is difficult to meet the requirements of the user, the shopping experience of the user is reduced, and therefore the flow of the platform user is lost. If the influence factors are solved, the effect of improving the platform user flow can be achieved. To achieve this effect, the formula in step 306 introduces seven influencing factors such as item information click rate, item information browsing amount, target value transfer and transfer rate, item transfer amount, score adjustment value, item quality guarantee attribute value and item transfer score value to improve the accuracy of the item recommended to the user. Firstly, the importance degree of the item to be recommended can be preliminarily known by introducing the item circulation score value. And secondly, the click quantity of the introduced article information and the browsing quantity of the article information are introduced, so that the importance degree of the article to be recommended can be further known. Then, the objective value transfer turnover rate is introduced to consider the cost performance of the article, and the higher the objective value transfer turnover rate is, the higher the cost performance of the article is, the more popular the article is to users. The article flowing amount is introduced to prevent the article from being out of date due to short shelf life of the article, which causes poor user experience. Finally, a score adjustment value is introduced to objectively correct the item recommendation score value. By the seven influence factors, the accuracy of generating the item recommendation score value is improved. Thereby, the accuracy of the item recommended to the user can be improved. Therefore, the shopping experience of the user is improved, and the loss of the flow of the platform user is reduced.
Step 307, sending the item information recommendation table to a display device with a display function so that a user can browse the item information recommendation table.
In some embodiments, the specific implementation manner and technical effects of step 307 may refer to step 205 in those embodiments corresponding to fig. 2, and are not described herein again.
