As shown in fig. 1, the method comprises the steps of:
step S101, receiving a setting instruction of a target efficiency parameter;
in the present disclosure, the target efficiency parameter represents a ratio of a first amount of resources brought by the content to a second amount of resources consumed. The first resource amount is a resource amount brought by a user clicking the display content, the second resource amount consumed is a resource amount consumed by the user for performing a first interaction with the display content, in a typical scene, the content is a video, the first resource amount is a value, such as money, points and the like, paid for the video by the user after clicking the video, and the second resource amount consumed is a value, such as money, points and the like, paid for the user by a publisher of the video for clicking, the target efficiency parameter at this time actually represents a ratio of output to consumption for the publisher of the video.
In the present disclosure, the user may input the target efficiency parameter through the human-machine interface to determine an efficiency target to be achieved by the displayed content, and a typical human-machine interface may be an input field, a sliding bar, or the like, and if a value of the target efficiency parameter is directly input through the input field, if "3" is directly input in the input field, the target efficiency parameter is set to 3, or if a value of the target efficiency parameter is determined through sliding of the sliding bar, if the target efficiency parameter on the leftmost side of the sliding bar is 0, and if the target efficiency parameter on the rightmost side of the sliding bar is 10, the value of the target efficiency parameter may be set to be between 0 and 10 through the sliding bar, and of course, the target efficiency parameter is generally greater than 1.
Step S102, obtaining the content to be displayed;
in the present disclosure, the content to be shown may include various content forms of text, picture, video, audio, and the like, or a combination of the above content forms, and typically, the content to be shown may be video content of a video platform, advertisement content, commodity content of an e-commerce platform, search results of a search platform, and the like.
In a typical application, the content to be displayed is displayed at a display position on a page, the obtaining of the content to be displayed is to obtain the content to be displayed at the display position, typically, the content to be displayed is a video, the display position is a recommendation position on the page, and when each recommendation condition is triggered, the video to be displayed corresponding to the recommendation position is obtained.
Step S103, obtaining a pre-estimated value of the first resource amount;
in the present disclosure, the first resource amount is calculated by predictive models in different scenarios. Optionally, the obtaining the estimated value of the first resource amount may include:
step S201, determining a calculation scene of the first resource amount;
step S202, obtaining a pre-estimation model corresponding to the calculation scene;
step S203, calculating the estimated value of the first resource amount according to the estimation model.
In the above steps, a calculation scenario requiring determination of the first resource amount is preferred, where the calculation scenario is used to determine a parameter for calculating the first resource amount, and a typical application scenario is, for example, a tv, the parameter for calculating the first resource amount may be an image of a user, a price trend of a commodity, and the like; after a calculation scene of a first resource amount is determined, acquiring an estimation model corresponding to the calculation scene, wherein the estimation model can be obtained by learning through methods such as deep learning, and the consumption habit of a user is predicted by learning a large number of user types to obtain a consumption model of the user; and inputting the parameter of the first resource quantity into the pre-estimation model to obtain a pre-estimation value of the first resource quantity, wherein the first resource quantity is the total consumption quantity of the user on the e-commerce platform by taking the e-commerce scene as an example.
Optionally, the determining a calculation scenario of the first resource amount further includes:
receiving a selection instruction of a calculation scene;
and determining a calculation scene of the first resource amount according to the selection instruction.
In the disclosure, a user may input a selection instruction of a computing scene through a human-computer interaction interface to determine in which scene the content to be displayed needs to be displayed or which scene the content to be displayed corresponds to. Typically, the system may present all supported scenes in a form of a pull-down menu, and the user selects the scene through the pull-down menu, and the system determines the calculation scene of the first resource amount according to a selection instruction generated by the pull-down menu.
Through the selection instruction, the user can flexibly select various calculation scenes to deal with different display scenes.
It is understood that the first resource amount may represent different meanings for different scenarios, and the pre-estimation model may also be obtained by using different methods, and the above scenarios and the meaning of the first resource amount are merely examples and do not constitute a limitation of the present disclosure.
Step S104, obtaining the click probability and the first probability of the content to be displayed;
the click probability is the probability of clicking the content to be displayed by the user, the first probability is the probability of carrying out first interaction between the user and the content to be displayed, the first interaction is the first interaction carried out with the user after the user clicks the content, in a typical application scene, the first interaction is the video watched by the user, the user needs to click the video firstly and then carry out the first interaction, namely the video clicking operation, and the first probability is the probability of carrying out the video clicking operation by the user; in another typical application scenario, the first interaction is that the user clicks a program corresponding to a download link in an advertisement, and then the user needs to click the advertisement first and then perform the first interaction on the advertisement, that is, download the program corresponding to the link in the advertisement, where the first probability is a probability that the user downloads the program corresponding to the link in the advertisement.
Optionally, the obtaining the click probability and the first probability of the content to be displayed includes:
step S301, respectively obtaining a click probability calculation model and a first probability calculation model;
step S302, respectively calculating the click probability and the first probability according to the calculation model of the click probability and the calculation model of the first probability.
Likewise, the click probability and the first probability are also calculated by the corresponding calculation model. Typically, the calculation model is obtained by learning the characteristics of the content to be displayed, the user portrait, the scene characteristics, and the like. And calculating the click probability and the first probability by inputting the characteristics of the current content to be displayed, the portrait of the terminal user and the scene characteristics into a model.
It is understood that the above-mentioned first interaction is only meant to be an example and not to limit the disclosure, and in fact, the first interaction may be any interactive operation performed by the user on the content to be presented.
Step S105, calculating a weight value of the content to be displayed according to the target efficiency parameter, the estimated value of the first resource amount, the click probability, and the first probability.
The display weight value is used for determining whether the display content is displayed.
In this step, said calculating a weight value for the content to be displayed according to the target efficiency parameter, the estimated value of the first resource amount, the click probability and the first probability includes: calculating a second resource amount according to the target efficiency parameter and the estimated value of the first resource amount; and calculating a display weight value of the content to be displayed according to the second resource amount, the click probability and the first probability. Specifically, the display weight value is calculated using the following formula:
y is A B W/R (formula 1)
Wherein Y represents a display weight value, A represents a click probability, B represents a first probability, W represents a first resource amount, and R represents a target efficiency parameter. According to the formula, the second resource amount is the ratio of the first resource amount to the target efficiency parameter, the target efficiency parameter is a value input by a user, the first resource amount is a predicted value and is a dynamic value, and therefore the second resource amount can be dynamically calculated according to the target value set by the user and the model predicted value through the formula, so that the target efficiency parameter on the whole can reach the target value set by the user. By the method, the user can automatically adjust the second resource amount through the formula without setting the specific second resource amount. In a typical application, the content to be presented is an advertisement, and the advertiser does not care how much to pay for each download of the user, but only sets a ratio of revenue to cost, and the system automatically calculates the appropriate payment value.
And S106, determining whether the content to be displayed is displayed or not according to the display weight value.
Optionally, the determining whether to display the content to be displayed according to the display weight value includes:
judging whether the display weight value exceeds a first threshold value;
and displaying the content to be displayed in response to the display weight value exceeding a first threshold value.
In this alternative embodiment, the presentation weight is only compared to a threshold value, and if the threshold value is exceeded, the content to be presented is presented on the presentation bit. In a typical application, the content to be displayed is a video, a plurality of contents to be displayed are displayed at a time point, the contents to be displayed are arranged according to priorities, then, the relationship between the display weight value of the contents to be displayed and the first threshold is compared from the contents to be displayed with the highest priority, and the contents to be displayed with the first display weight value larger than the first threshold are displayed.
Optionally, the determining whether to display the content to be displayed according to the display weight value includes:
obtaining display weight values of a plurality of contents to be displayed to obtain a plurality of display weight values, wherein the display weight values correspond to the contents to be displayed one by one;
calculating to obtain a maximum display weight value of the plurality of display weight values;
and displaying the content to be displayed corresponding to the maximum display weight value.
