本发明涉及饲料加工处理技术领域,具体为一种饲料生产加工用高效烘干设备,其结构包括箱体以及设于箱体一侧的入料箱门和控制器,所述箱体前侧设有出料箱门和驱动电机,所述箱体顶部嵌入安装有热风机和转动电机,所述箱体内部包括有烘干腔以及倾斜设置于烘干腔一侧的回料腔,所述出料箱门设于烘干腔底部的一侧,所述回料腔顶部和底部两端均与烘干腔相连通,所述烘干腔内倾斜安装有第一输送辊带和第二输送辊带,所述热风机设于第一输送辊带上方,所述第二输送辊带相对倾斜设置于第一输送辊带下方,且设于入料箱门下方,所述第一输送辊带一侧设于回料腔顶部一侧,所述第二输送辊带一侧设于回料腔底部一侧。

技术领域
本发明涉及饲料加工处理技术领域,具体为一种饲料生产加工用高效烘干设备。
背景技术
随着人口和收入的增加,中国居民食物结构得到很大改善,对食用畜产品的需求量增长很快,因此,肉、蛋、奶等动物食品的消费量的快速增长必然带动饲料需求量上升,通常消耗量较大,一些企业需要对饲料、粮食等产品进行烘干处理,便于饲料的打包输送和储存,提高饲料的品质,饲料的烘干为饲料加工的一个重要步骤,但是烘干的效果并不理想,并且饲料形状大小不一,质量相差较大,容易凝结成块,不能较为均匀有效的进行烘干,从而影响工作效率,因而有必要提出一种食品加工的空气净化车间。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本发明目的是提供一种饲料生产加工用高效烘干设备,以解决上述背景技术中提到的问题。
为了实现上述目的,本发明是通过如下的技术方案来实现:一种饲料生产加工用高效烘干设备,其结构包括箱体以及设于箱体一侧的入料箱门和控制器,所述箱体前侧设有出料箱门和驱动电机,所述箱体顶部嵌入安装有热风机和转动电机,所述箱体内部包括有烘干腔以及倾斜设置于烘干腔一侧的回料腔,所述出料箱门设于烘干腔底部 的一侧,所述回料腔顶部和底部两端均与烘干腔相连通,所述烘干腔内倾斜安装有第一输送辊带和第二输送辊带,所述热风机设于第一输送辊带上方,所述第二输送辊带相对倾斜设置于第一输送辊带下方,且设于入料箱门下方,所述第一输送辊带一侧设于回料腔顶部一侧,所述第二输送辊带一侧设于回料腔底部一侧,所述第一输送辊带和第二输送辊带上侧均水平设置又连接框架。
进一步改进的是:所述转动电机连接有螺旋杆,所述螺旋杆倾斜设于回料腔内侧,所述螺旋杆上侧套设有粉碎辊,所述粉碎辊设于回料腔顶部。
进一步改进的是:所述连接框架两侧通过螺栓锁固于烘干腔两侧,所述连接框架中部通过螺丝啊锁固有若干个的倒V形分散板,所述倒V形分散板由水平上至下呈树状图阵列分布,各个所述倒V形分散板下侧与第一输送辊带和第二输送辊带上表面相邻。
进一步改进的是:所述箱体一侧可转动连接有短轴,所述箱体设于第一输送辊带一侧,且短轴与第一输送辊带的辊轴之间通过内轮啮合传动,所述驱动电机通过传动带分别与短轴和第二输送辊带的辊轴传动连接。
进一步改进的是:所述烘干腔与回料腔之间设有筛选网,所述筛选网倾斜设置于回料腔中部。
进一步改进的是:所述驱动电机、热风机和转动电机均连接并受控于控制器,所述控制器为PLC控制器。
通过采用上述的技术方案,本发明的有益效果是,通过在回料腔设置的螺旋杆能够重新将饲料输送至烘干腔上侧进行循环烘干,同时螺旋杆转动能够提高烘干腔内部热量的流动性,再通过粉碎辊进行粉碎,将凝结成块的饲料进行粉碎打散,并通过树状图阵列分布的倒V形分散板饲料分散开来,增加受热面积,其大大提高烘干效果和工作效率,另外烘干腔与回料腔中部之间设有筛选网,能够在螺旋杆向上输送时,对一些较为容易烘干的细小优质的饲料过滤下来,下落同时能通过循环的热量进行烘干,其他较为粗糙的饲料再次送上粉碎辊进行粉碎打散,烘干效果极好,对现有技术来说具有较大的改进和使用价值。

如图1-4图所示,本发明提供一种饲料生产加工用高效烘干设备的技术方案:其结构包括其结构包括箱体1以及设于箱体1一侧的入料箱门2和控制器3,所述箱体1前侧设有出料箱门4和驱动电机5,所述箱体1顶部嵌入安装有热风机6和转动电机7,所述箱体1内部包括有烘干腔8以及倾斜设置于烘干腔8一侧的回料腔9,所述出料箱门4设于烘干腔8底部的一侧,所述回料腔9顶部和底部两端均与烘干腔8相连通,所述烘干腔8内倾斜安装有第一输送辊带10和第二输送辊带11,所述热风机6设于第一输送辊带10上方,所述第二输送辊带11相对倾斜设置于第一输送辊带10下方,且设于入料箱门2下方,所述第一输送辊带10一侧设于回料腔9顶部一侧,所述第二输送辊带11一侧设于回料腔9底部一侧,所述第一输送辊带10和第二输送辊带11上侧均水平设置又连接框架12,回料腔9顶部和底部两端均与烘干腔8相连通形成一个可供气体循环流动的腔体,所述转动电机7连接有螺旋杆71,所述螺旋杆71倾斜设于回料腔9内侧,能够将饲料重新向上输送至烘干腔8上侧下次烘干,所述螺旋杆71上侧套设有粉碎辊72,所述粉碎辊72设于回料腔9顶部,能将大小不均匀的饲料进一步粉碎打散,一方面提高饲料质量,另一方面有利于饲料的烘干,所述连接框架12两侧通过螺栓锁固于烘干腔8两侧,所述连接框架12中部通过螺丝啊锁固有若干个的倒V形分散板121,可拆卸连接便于连接框架12和V形分散板121的拆卸和更换,所述倒V形分散板121由水平上至下呈树状图阵列分布,各个所述倒V形分散板121下侧与第一输送辊带10和第二输送辊带11上表面相邻,能够由上至下输送的饲料依次分散开,不容易堆积,所述箱体1一侧可转动连接有短轴13,所述箱体1设于第一输送辊带10一侧,且短轴13与第一输送辊带10的辊轴之间通过内轮啮合传动,所述驱动电机5通过传动带分别与短轴13和第二输送辊带11的辊轴传动连接,第一输送辊带10顺时针转动,第二输送辊带11逆时针转动,将饲料向烘干腔8底部输送,所述烘干腔8与回料腔9之间设有筛选网91,所述筛选网91倾斜设置于回料腔9中部,能够在螺旋杆71向上输送时,对一些较为容易烘干的细小优质的饲料过滤下来,下落同时能通过循环的热量进行烘干,其他较为粗糙的饲料再次送上粉碎辊72进行粉碎打散,所述驱动电机5、热风机6和转动电机7均连接并受控于控制器3,所述控制器3为PLC控制器。
工作原理:本发明提供的一种饲料生产加工用高效烘干设备,通过打开入料箱门2将饲料投入后,饲料落入第一输送辊带10和第二输送辊带11,通过第一输送辊带10和第二输送辊带11上侧树状图阵列分布的倒V形分散板121将饲料分散开来,有利于加快烘干效率,随后落入回料腔9,回料腔9设置的螺旋杆71能够重新将饲料输送至烘干腔8上侧进行循环烘干,同时螺旋杆71转动能够提高烘干腔8内部热量的流动性,再通过粉碎辊72进行粉碎,将凝结成块的饲料进行粉碎打散,并通过树状图阵列分布的倒V形分散板121饲料分散开来,增加受热面积,其大大提高烘干效果和工作效率,另外烘干腔8与回料腔9中部之间设有筛选网91,能够在螺旋杆71向上输送时,对一些较为容易烘干的细小优质的饲料过滤下来,下落同时能通过循环的热量进行烘干,其他较为粗糙的饲料再次送上粉碎辊72进行粉碎打散,烘干效果极好。
需要说明的是,本发明的一种饲料生产加工用高效烘干设备,主要对上述结构进行了改进,其未提及的功能、部件及结构,可以采用现有技术中能够实现相应功能的部件及结构进行实施,。

1.一种饲料生产加工用高效烘干设备,其特征在于:其结构包括箱体以及设于箱体一侧的入料箱门和控制器,所述箱体前侧设有出料箱门和驱动电机,所述箱体顶部嵌入安装有热风机和转动电机,所述箱体内部包括有烘干腔以及倾斜设置于烘干腔一侧的回料腔,所述出料箱门设于烘干腔底部的一侧,所述回料腔顶部和底部两端均与烘干腔相连通,所述烘干腔内倾斜安装有第一输送辊带和第二输送辊带,所述热风机设于第一输送辊带上方,所述第二输送辊带相对倾斜设置于第一输送辊带下方,且设于入料箱门下方,所述第一输送辊带一侧设于回料腔顶部一侧,所述第二输送辊带一侧设于回料腔底部一侧,所述第一输送辊带和第二输送辊带上侧均水平设置又连接框架。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种饲料生产加工用高效烘干设备,其特征在于:所述转动电机连接有螺旋杆,所述螺旋杆倾斜设于回料腔内侧,所述螺旋杆上侧套设有粉碎辊,所述粉碎辊设于回料腔顶部。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种饲料生产加工用高效烘干设备,其特征在于:所述连接框架两侧通过螺栓锁固于烘干腔两侧,所述连接框架中部通过螺丝啊锁固有若干个的倒V形分散板,所述倒V形分散板由水平上至下呈树状图阵列分布,各个所述倒V形分散板下侧与第一输送辊带和第二输送辊带上表面相邻。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种饲料生产加工用高效烘干设备,其特征在于:所述箱体一侧可转动连接有短轴,所述箱体设于第一输送辊带一侧,且短轴与第一输送辊带的辊轴之间通过内轮啮合传动,所述驱动电机通过传动带分别与短轴和第二输送辊带的辊轴传动连接。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种饲料生产加工用高效烘干设备,其特征在于:所述烘干腔与回料腔之间设有筛选网,所述筛选网倾斜设置于回料腔中部。
