Claims (8)

1. The production method of the anti-yellowing lining cloth is characterized by comprising the following steps:
(1) sequentially passing the POY through a filament cutter, a roller, a hot box, a cooling plate, a false twister, a second roller, a second hot box, a netlike device, a black roller, a third roller, an oil wheel and a winder, controlling the conveying speed to be 700 m/min, the drafting ratio of the roller to be 1.5-1.7, the underfeeding ratio of the roller to be 90-100, the underfeeding ratio of the black roller to be 90-100, the D/Y ratio of the false twister to be 1.6-1.7 and the rotating speed of the oil wheel to be 1.5-2.5 r/min, and preparing and obtaining DTY;
(2) placing the DTY on a creel, then stably feeding the yarns to a yarn feeder, actively feeding the yarns through a transmission system, uniformly feeding the yarns to a needle opening to obtain lining cloth, automatically stopping when the yarns are broken, feeding the lining cloth into a cloth rolling machine for traction, and adjusting the width of a door to ensure that the cloth surface is smooth;
(3) feeding the lining cloth into a steam furnace for pre-shrinking, wherein the conveying speed is 50-60 m/min, the pressure of a compression roller is 1.5-2.5 kg, and the temperature is 180-200 ℃;
(4) padding lining cloth by using anti-yellowing liquid with the liquid carrying rate of 70-80%, drying at the temperature of 100-120 ℃ for 1-2 minutes, and then baking at the temperature of 190-205 ℃ for 1-1.5 minutes, wherein the anti-yellowing liquid contains an anti-yellowing agent, and the anti-yellowing agent comprises 10-30 parts of formylhydrazine, 10-20 parts of emulsifier, 20-25 parts of ethanolamine, 15-30 parts of urea and 5-10 parts of polyoxyethylene ether;
(5) transferring the lining cloth by using an engraving roll, uniformly transferring the hot melt adhesive powder on the surface of the fabric cloth in a dot shape, wherein the coating amount is 8-10 g/square meter, the processing speed is 18-20 m/min, the temperature of a main roll is 200-.
2. The method for producing anti-yellowing lining cloth according to claim 1, wherein (1) a hot box is at a temperature of 160-170 ℃.
3. The method for producing anti-yellowing lining cloth according to claim 1, wherein the temperature of the (1) second heating chamber is 160-180 ℃.
4. The method for producing an anti-yellowing lining cloth according to claim 1, wherein (3) the overfeed rate of the steam oven is 28 to 35.
5. The method for producing an anti-yellowing lining cloth according to claim 1, wherein (3) the overfeed rate of the main brush of the steam oven is 10 to 20.

The production method of the anti-yellowing lining cloth according to claim 1, wherein (4) the preparation process of the anti-yellowing liquid: adding a small amount of water, adding the required amount of the anti-yellowing agent, fully stirring for dissolving, adjusting the pH value to 4-5, and diluting with water to a specified amount, wherein the content of the anti-yellowing agent is 10-30 g/L.
7. The method for producing an anti-yellowing lining cloth according to claim 1, wherein the emulsifier (4) is glyceryl monostearate.
8. The method for producing an anti-yellowing lining cloth according to claim 1, wherein (5) the type of the hot-melt adhesive powder is any one of polyethylene, polyamide, polyester, polyurethane, EVA and EVAL.
