Abstract
本发明公开了一种亚克力复合板的制备方法,其制备步骤为:A)选取亚克力基材板,在亚克力基材板的表面均匀涂布亚克力胶水,形成亚克力胶层;B)选取PETG板,在PETG板的表面涂布表面处理剂,形成表面处理剂涂层,对涂布表面处理剂涂层的PETG板进行烘干处理;所述的表面处理剂为水性聚氨酯表面处理剂;C)将步骤B)中的PETG板未涂布表面处理剂的一面与涂布亚克力胶层的亚克力基材板先由橡胶热辊高压贴合,再由不锈钢热辊高压贴合,制得亚克力复合板;亚克力板与PETG板复合后,复合板拥有了PETG板的坚韧性、抗冲击性。另外,与PETG板相比,成本更低,便于规划化推广。

技术领域
本发明属于复合板的制备工艺技术领域,尤其涉及一种亚克力复合板的制备方法。
背景技术
亚克力又称特殊处理的有机玻璃,具有极佳透明度、优良的耐候性、加工性能良好、优异的综合性能等特点,但单纯的亚力克板材在实际应用过程中仍然存在着硬度难以满足使用所需、耐磨性较差等技术问题,因此人们逐渐采用亚克力复合板贴覆于家具型材表面,以增强家具材料的表面效果。然而,现有的亚克力复合板的生产工艺,因基材缺乏预处理,基材在复合过程中易变形和起皱,制得的产品平整度差,且贴合条件欠佳,基材之间贴合不紧密、易剥离,产品质量差、合格率低,无法提高应用的家具材料的表面效果,难以满足市场的需求。

PETG板比普通的有机玻璃坚韧10-15倍,比抗冲改性的有机玻璃(亚克力PMMA)坚韧1-3倍。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是:提供一种亚克力复合板的制备方法。
为解决上述技术问题,采用的技术方案是:一种亚克力复合板的制备方法,其制备步骤为:
A)选取亚克力基材板,在亚克力基材板的表面均匀涂布亚克力胶水,形成亚克力胶层;
B)选取PETG板,在PETG板的表面涂布表面处理剂,形成表面处理剂涂层,对涂布表面处理剂涂层的PETG板进行烘干处理;所述的表面处理剂为水性聚氨酯表面处理剂;
C)将步骤B)中的PETG板未涂布表面处理剂的一面与涂布亚克力胶层的亚克力基材板先由橡胶热辊高压贴合,再由不锈钢热辊高压贴合,制得亚克力复合板;
所述的亚克力胶水,包括以下重量份的原料:
步骤C)中,热辊高压贴合的压力为>9吨/m2。
所述的橡胶热辊的温度为75~85℃。
所述的不锈钢热辊的温度为50~60℃。
所述的亚克力胶水,包括以下重量份的原料:
所述PMMA树脂为熔融指数在3.2~3.3g/10min、密度在1.18~1.20g/cm3的羟甲基丙烯酸甲酯。
所述固化剂为对羟基苯磺酸;
所述光扩散剂为亚克力型有机光扩散剂;
所述分散剂为聚乙二醇、乙酸乙酯、正辛醇、正癸醇、油酸、醋酸乙烯酯中的一种或多种组成的混合物;
所述抗氧剂为有机过氧化物、酸酐、乙烯基三乙氧基硅烷中的至少一种;
所述相容剂为环状酸酐型相容剂、羧酸型相容剂、环氧型相容剂、异氰酸酯型相容剂中的至少一种。
所述的亚克力胶水,其制备步骤为:按配方比例,将所述PMMA树脂与石油醚、二氯甲烷、分散剂、相容剂,超声分散至少0.5h,分别加入剩余的物质,搅拌均匀,制得该亚克力胶水。
有益效果:本发明的亚克力胶水可在常温或中温下固化且固化速度快,粘合无气泡、结晶且粘结效果佳,具有较佳的透明度。
亚克力板与PETG板复合后,复合板拥有了PETG板的坚韧性、抗冲击性。另外,与PETG板相比,成本更低,便于规划化推广。

下面结合具体实施方式对本发明做进一步的说明。应理解,此处所描述的具体实施例,仅用于解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
实施例1~3
亚克力复合板的制备方法,其制备步骤相同,具体为:
A)选取亚克力基材板,在亚克力基材板的表面均匀涂布亚克力胶水,形成亚克力胶层;
B)选取PETG板,在PETG板的表面涂布表面处理剂,形成表面处理剂涂层,对涂布表面处理剂涂层的PETG板进行烘干处理;所述的表面处理剂为水性聚氨酯表面处理剂;
C)将步骤B)中的PETG板未涂布表面处理剂的一面与涂布亚克力胶层的亚克力基材板先由橡胶热辊高压贴合,再由不锈钢热辊高压贴合,制得亚克力复合板;热辊高压贴合的压力为>9吨/m2;所述的橡胶热辊的温度为75~85℃;所述的不锈钢热辊的温度为50~60℃。
所述的亚克力胶水,包括以下原料,单位为Kg:
其制备步骤为:按实施例1-3配方比例,将所述PMMA树脂与石油醚、二氯甲烷、分散剂、相容剂,超声分散至少0.5h,分别加入剩余的物质,搅拌均匀,制得该亚克力胶水。透光率:透光率达到92%以上。
