技术领域
本发明涉及蓄电池生产加工设置设备技术领域,具体涉及一种全自动蓄电池防护网片安装设备。
背景技术
在蓄电池生产加工过程中需要防止电池生产的后道工序对AGM隔板造成损坏,需要在蓄电池上的汇流排汇流排6-7mm处安装一层防护网片,而该防护网片在购入时时成卷出售的,一般一卷防护网片通常为几百米长的料带。传统的操作方式是将料带通过简易装置切成所需大小的小块状,再由人工将这种小块状的防护网片安装入蓄电池中。具体人工操作是由人手的拇指与食指配合将防护网片安装到蓄电池中。而人工安装不仅对工人的指关节的造成的劳损是显而易见的,并且安装质量也不稳定。
专利号为CN106450415A的发明公开了一种全自动蓄电池防护网片安装机,主体包括分切部、切断部和安装部,分切部包括分切机架、料带通道、分切刀和动力装置;切断部包括切断机架,切断机架上水平设置有若干窄防护网片料带通过的窄料带通道,在窄防护网片料带前进的方向上还设置有窄料带驱动装置和切断装置;安装部包括安装机架、网片夹、顶杆、网片夹驱动装置、顶杆驱动装置、网片托盘、托盘驱动装置、夹片槽夹紧装置和蓄电池夹紧装置;切断部设置在安装部前方,分切部设置在切断部前方;该发明实现了整个工作过程全自动化,但是该发明公开的全自动蓄电池防护网片安装机自动化安装效率低,并且在安装时其分切后的防护网片并不能精准的安装在蓄电池上的汇流排6-7mm处,导致其安装不稳定,严重影响生产出来的蓄电池质量。因此,针对传统人工安装效率低、劳动力大,以及现有全自动蓄电池防护网片安装机安装效率低、安装无法精准对位的上述不足,设计一种能够解决上述技术问题的全自动蓄电池防护网片安装设备是一项有待解决的技术问题。
发明内容
本发明针对传统人工安装效率低、劳动力大,以及现有全自动蓄电池防护网片安装机安装效率低、安装无法精准对位的上述不足,设计一种能够解决上述技术问题的全自动蓄电池防护网片安装设备。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种全自动蓄电池防护网片安装设备,包括蓄电池传送机构、防护网卷分切机构和防护网片安装机构;

其中,所述防护网卷分切机构包括设置在传送机架上方的分切机架,所述分切机架的下表面前后两端设置有支撑架,两个所述支撑架的下端固定设置在传送机架上,所述分切机架的左上端转动设置有卸卷辊,位于所述卸卷辊的前侧的分切机架设置有伺服电机,所述伺服电机的输出轴与卸卷辊的端轴相连接,位于所述卸卷辊右下方的分切机架中转动设置有导料辊,位于所述导料辊右侧的分切机架中转动设有两个夹料辊,两个所述夹料辊上下对称设置,且两个夹料辊之间预留有压料间隙,位于所述夹料辊右侧的分切机架中设置有上分切辊和下分切辊,所述上分切辊和下分切辊的辊身上均匀设置有若干环形切刀,且上分切辊和下分切辊上的每个环形切刀错位贴合设置,所述上分切辊的辊身表面沿轴向设置有若干横向切刀,所述下分切辊的辊身表面沿轴向开设有若干与横向切刀对应的切断压槽,所述上分切辊和下分切辊的同一端部设置有反向转动驱动装置;
所述分切机架的右端连接有防护网片传送分割架,所述防护网片传送分割架中设置有第二传送带,位于所述第二传送带右侧的防护网片传送分割架下表面开设有若干条形缺口,两个所述条形缺口之间的防护网片传送分割架底壁上设置有竖向隔板;
所述防护网片安装机构固定设置在防护网片传送分割架的正下方,所述防护网片安装机构包括与防护网片传送分割架下表面固定连接的U型固定框,所述U型固定框的右侧壁固定有伸缩装置,所述U型固定框的前后两侧壁上开设有竖向滑槽,所述U型固定框的前后两侧面的右侧面均设置有竖向齿条,所述U型固定框中设置有U型提升架,所述伸缩装置的活动端与U型提升架固定连接,所述U型提升架的前后两侧面均设置有与竖向滑槽相配合的滑块,所述U型提升架中设置有转动板,所述转动板的前后侧面均设置有焊接有转轴,所述转轴穿过U型提升架的两侧面且转动设置,两个所述转轴的端部均连接有齿轮,所述齿轮的左齿面与竖向齿条处于同一竖直线上设置,所述转动板上表面的前后两端均固定有双杆气缸,所述双杆气缸的活塞杆穿过转动板设置,且两个双杆气缸同一侧的活塞杆上连接有压条,位于两个所压条之间的转动板下表面设置有防护网片粘接装置。

2)本发明公开的全自动蓄电池防护网片安装设备通过第二传送带将分切后的防护网片分别送到条形缺口处的防护网片传送的右端,然后通过伸缩装置的伸长或缩短使得U型提升架沿着U型固定框内部向上或向下运动,并且其U型提升架在向上或向下运动的过程中其两端的齿轮会与竖向齿条相啮合,并且由于竖向齿条上的齿数为齿轮的一般,其每次上升或下降过程中均匀转动180°,当伸缩装置缩至最短时,其转动板上的防护网片粘接装置会伸出条形缺口将防护网片粘住,然后再反向转动180°将粘住的防护网片放入由第一传送带运输来的蓄电池上表面,然后其双杆气缸伸出,其两个压条将防护网片两端压入蓄电池的汇流排中,并且此时防护网片会从防护网片粘接装置上脱落;整个防护网片安装机构其能够实现自动吸附防护网片、对位防护网片,并对其进行自动安装,其加工效率高,安装稳定、安装后的质量更高,有效避免了因防护网片安装不牢造成后的后续蓄电池损失问题。

位于夹料辊206右侧的分切机架201中设置有上分切辊207和下分切辊208,上分切辊207和下分切辊208的辊身上均匀设置有若干环形切刀209,且上分切辊207和下分切辊208上的每个环形切刀209错位贴合设置(参考附图4),上分切辊207的辊身表面沿轴向设置有若干横向切刀210,下分切辊208的辊身表面沿轴向开设有若干与横向切刀210对应的切断压槽211,本实施例中上分切辊207和下分切辊208设置的环形切刀为2~4个,横向切刀210和切断压槽211设置为一个。上分切辊207和下分切辊208的同一端部设置有反向转动驱动装置212。具体地,其反向转动驱动装置212包括齿轮传动箱2121,齿轮传动箱213的内腔上下两端设置有两个相互啮合的从动齿轮2122,齿轮传动箱2121的外表面设置有驱动电机2123,驱动电机2123与其中一个从动齿轮2122相连接,上分切辊207和下分切辊208的端轴分别于上下两个从动齿轮2122相啮合。通过驱动电机2123驱动其中一个从动齿轮2122转动,然后通过两者之间的啮合从而实现上分切辊207和下分切辊208之间的反向同步转动分切。
参考附图1和附图10,分切机架201的右端连接有防护网片传送分割架4,防护网片传送分割架4中设置有第二传送带401,位于第二传送带401右侧的防护网片传送分割架4下表面开设有若干条形缺口402,两个条形缺口402之间的防护网片传送分割架4底壁上设置有竖向隔板403。并且,还在位于下分切辊208右侧的分切机架201倾斜设置有导料板213,导料板213的右端设置在第二传送带401的上方。同时,还在位于第二传送带401和条形缺口402之间的防护网片传送分割架4下表面设置有三角形导料块404。
参考附图6、附图7、附图8和附图9,在防护网片安装机构3固定设置在防护网片传送分割架4的正下方,防护网片安装机构3包括与防护网片传送分割架4下表面固定连接的U型固定框301,U型固定框301的右侧壁固定有伸缩装置302,具体地该伸缩装置302为液压缸、气缸或电动伸缩杆其中的一种。在U型固定框301的前后两侧壁上开设有竖向滑槽3011,U型固定框301的前后两侧面的右侧面均设置有竖向齿条303,U型固定框301中设置有U型提升架304,伸缩装置302的活动端与U型提升架304固定连接,U型提升架304的前后两侧面均设置有与竖向滑槽3011相配合的滑块305。
U型提升架304中设置有转动板306,转动板306的前后侧面均设置有焊接有转轴307,转轴307穿过U型提升架304的两侧面且转动设置,两个转轴307的端部均连接有齿轮308,在对齿轮308进行设置时,注意其竖向齿条303上的齿数为齿轮308齿数的一半。并将齿轮308的左齿面与竖向齿条303处于同一竖直线上设置,即U型提升架304在伸缩装置302的作用上下移动时,其齿轮308会与竖向齿条303相啮合,从而实现转动板306正向或反向转动180°。转动板306上表面的前后两端均固定有双杆气缸309,双杆气缸309的活塞杆穿过转动板306设置,且两个双杆气缸309同一侧的活塞杆上连接有压条310,并且设置时其压条310的下表面光滑设置且不具有静电,保证压条310不会对分切后的防护网片具有吸附力。
最后,在位于两个所压条310之间的转动板306下表面设置有防护网片粘接装置311。
实施例二
本实施例2介绍了基于实施例1基础上改进后的一种全自动蓄电池防护网片安装设备,其主要是针对防护网片粘接装置311进行具体说明。下面结合附图8和附图9进行详细说明。
首先,本实施例2与实施例1的相同之处不做再次说明,其不同之处在于,本实施例2中的防护网片粘接装置311包括若干均匀设置在转动板306下表面的转动座3111,转动座3111的下端转动设置有粘接胶轮3112,并且在粘接胶轮3112的外表面涂覆有粘接胶,通过其在粘接胶轮3112表面粘附的胶水能够对处于条形缺口402上表面的分切后的防护网片进行粘取。
进一步的,本实施例2还在位于粘接胶轮3112上方的转动座3111上设置有粘接胶卷3113,若干转动座3111上共同贯穿设置有转杆3114,粘接胶卷3113设置在均匀转杆3114上,且转杆3114的一端部设置有步进电机3115,粘接胶卷3113的外端卷绕在粘接胶轮3112的外圆面。上述设计是去通过将粘接胶卷3113绕在粘接胶轮3112的外圆面,通过其粘接胶卷3113粘胶面对分切后的防护网片进行吸附,并且通过步进电机3115的转动可以间断更新焊接的粘接胶卷3113面,从而有效保证其对分切后防护网片的粘取效果。

1.一种全自动蓄电池防护网片安装设备,其特征在于,包括蓄电池传送机构(1)、防护网卷分切机构(2)和防护网片安装机构(3),所述蓄电池传送机构(1)包括底部传送机架(101),所述底部传送机架(101)中设置有第一传送带(102),所述底部传送机架(101)的前面设置有控制面板(103);
所述防护网卷分切机构(2)包括设置在传送机架(101)上方的分切机架(201),所述分切机架(201)的下表面前后两端设置有支撑架(202),两个所述支撑架(202)的下端固定设置在传送机架(101)上,所述分切机架(201)的左上端转动设置有卸卷辊(203),位于所述卸卷辊(203)的前侧的分切机架(201)设置有伺服电机(204),所述伺服电机(204)的输出轴与卸卷辊(203)的端轴相连接,位于所述卸卷辊(203)右下方的分切机架(201)中转动设置有导料辊(205),位于所述导料辊(205)右侧的分切机架(201)中转动设有两个夹料辊(206),两个所述夹料辊(206)上下对称设置,且两个夹料辊(206)之间预留有压料间隙,位于所述夹料辊(206)右侧的分切机架(201)中设置有上分切辊(207)和下分切辊(208),所述上分切辊(207)和下分切辊(208)的辊身上均匀设置有若干环形切刀(209),且上分切辊(207)和下分切辊(208)上的每个环形切刀(209)错位贴合设置,所述上分切辊(207)的辊身表面沿轴向设置有若干横向切刀(210),所述下分切辊(208)的辊身表面沿轴向开设有若干与横向切刀(210)对应的切断压槽(211),所述上分切辊(207)和下分切辊(208)的同一端部设置有反向转动驱动装置(212);所述分切机架(201)的右端连接有防护网片传送分割架(4),所述防护网片传送分割架(4)中设置有第二传送带(401),位于所述第二传送带(401)右侧的防护网片传送分割架(4)下表面开设有若干条形缺口(402),两个所述条形缺口(402)之间的防护网片传送分割架(4)底壁上设置有竖向隔板(403);所述防护网片安装机构(3)固定设置在防护网片传送分割架(4)的正下方,所述防护网片安装机构(3)包括与防护网片传送分割架(4)下表面固定连接的U型固定框(301),所述U型固定框(301)的右侧壁固定有伸缩装置(302),所述U型固定框(301)的前后两侧壁上开设有竖向滑槽(3011),所述U型固定框(301)的前后两侧面的右侧面均设置有竖向齿条(303),所述U型固定框(301)中设置有U型提升架(304),所述伸缩装置(302)的活动端与U型提升架(304)固定连接,所述U型提升架(304)的前后两侧面均设置有与竖向滑槽(3011)相配合的滑块(305),所述U型提升架(304)中设置有转动板(306),所述转动板(306)的前后侧面均设置有焊接有转轴(307),所述转轴(307)穿过U型提升架(304)的两侧面且转动设置,两个所述转轴(307)的端部均连接有齿轮(308),所述齿轮(308)的左齿面与竖向齿条(303)处于同一竖直线上设置,所述转动板(306)上表面的前后两端均固定有双杆气缸(309),所述双杆气缸(309)的活塞杆穿过转动板(306)设置,且两个双杆气缸(309)同一侧的活塞杆上连接有压条(310),位于两个所压条(310)之间的转动板(306)下表面设置有防护网片粘接装置(311);所述防护网片粘接装置(311)包括若干均匀设置在转动板(306)下表面的转动座(3111),所述转动座(3111)的下端转动设置有粘接胶轮(3112),且所述粘接胶轮(3112)的外表面涂覆有粘接胶。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种全自动蓄电池防护网片安装设备,其特征在于,位于所述粘接胶轮(3112)上方的转动座(3111)上设置有粘接胶卷(3113),若干所述转动座(3111)上共同贯穿设置有转杆(3114),所述粘接胶卷(3113)设置在均匀转杆(3114)上,且所述转杆(3114)的一端部设置有步进电机(3115),所述粘接胶卷(3113)的外端卷绕在粘接胶轮(3112)的外圆面。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种全自动蓄电池防护网片安装设备,其特征在于,反向转动驱动装置(212)包括齿轮传动箱(2121),所述齿轮传动箱(213)的内腔上下两端设置有两个相互啮合的从动齿轮(2122),所述齿轮传动箱(2121)的外表面设置有驱动电机(2123),所述驱动电机(2123)与其中一个从动齿轮(2122)相连接,所述上分切辊(207)和下分切辊(208)的端轴分别于上下两个从动齿轮(2122)相啮合。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种全自动蓄电池防护网片安装设备,其特征在于,位于所述下分切辊(208)右侧的分切机架(201)倾斜设置有导料板(213),所述导料板(213)的右端设置在第二传送带(401)的上方。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种全自动蓄电池防护网片安装设备,其特征在于,位于所述第二传送带(401)和条形缺口(402)之间的防护网片传送分割架(4)下表面设置有三角形导料块(404)。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种全自动蓄电池防护网片安装设备,其特征在于,所述伸缩装置(302)为液压缸、气缸或电动伸缩杆其中的一种。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种全自动蓄电池防护网片安装设备,其特征在于,所述竖向齿条(303)上的齿数为齿轮(308)齿数的一半。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种全自动蓄电池防护网片安装设备,其特征在于,所述上分切辊(207)和下分切辊(208)设置的环形切刀为2~4个,所述横向切刀(210)和切断压槽(211)设置为一个。
9.根据权利要求1所述的一种全自动蓄电池防护网片安装设备,其特征在于,所述压条(310)的下表面光滑设置且不具有静电。
