Wherein, the light can be projected to the supporting shell 82 through the space between the bottom edge of the mounting tube 54 and the bottom surface of the inner cavity of the supporting shell 82, so that the supporting shell 82 has a larger light receiving area, and the light receiving quantity of the adhesive is increased.
In some embodiments, a through hole 541 is provided in a sidewall of the bottom of the mounting cylinder 54. When the UV lamp 58 is energized to emit light, light can be projected to the support housing 82 through the through hole 541, so that the support housing 82 has a larger light receiving area.

Claims (5)

1. A box cover assembly production system for wrapping and adhering a cardboard blank to a hollow support case, the support case being open at a top and having a boss on an outer sidewall of a bottom thereof, the box cover assembly production system comprising:
the top surface of the machine table is provided with a first groove, the bottom surface of the first groove is provided with a second groove, and the sum of the depths of the first groove and the second groove is not more than the height of the boss;
the board storage device is located on the side of the machine platform and comprises a board storage frame, a lifting mechanism and a bracket, wherein the board storage frame is provided with a board storage channel which is vertically arranged and is open at the top;
the gluing device is positioned on the side of the board storage device and comprises a first displacement device and a gluing mechanism connected with the first displacement device, and the first displacement device can drive the gluing mechanism to move relative to the board storage frame so as to coat the adhesive on the paperboard blank;
the first material moving device is arranged between the board storage device and the machine table and can move the paper board blank from the board storage device to the first groove on the machine table;
the second material moving device is arranged on the side of the machine table, can move the supporting shell to the paper board blank on the machine table, can drive the supporting shell to press the paper board blank downwards to press the paper board blank into the second groove, and can move the supporting shell to separate from the machine table;
the push plate device is arranged on the side of the machine table and comprises a push plate frame, a push plate driving piece and a first push plate piece, wherein the push plate driving piece is arranged on the push plate frame and is connected with the first push plate piece and can drive the first push plate piece to transversely move towards the paperboard blank on the machine table;
the second moves the material device and includes:
a third displacement device;
the first belt conveyor is used for conveying the supporting shell and arranged on the side of the third displacement device, and a baffle plate which is vertically arranged is arranged at the end part of a rack of the first belt conveyor;
the first mounting frame is connected with the third displacement device;
the mounting cylinder is open downwards and is arranged at the bottom of the first mounting frame, and a second support is arranged in the mounting cylinder;
the second sucker is arranged on the second support, and the bottom edge of the second sucker is lower than that of the mounting cylinder;
the third displacement device can drive the mounting cylinder to move up and down and move transversely, and when the mounting cylinder moves down, the mounting cylinder can be inserted into the supporting shell, and the second sucker is contacted with the bottom surface of the inner cavity of the supporting shell;
the bottom of the second support is provided with a UV lamp, and the side wall of the bottom of the mounting cylinder is provided with a through hole.

A box cover assembly production system according to claim 1, wherein the lifting mechanism comprises a lifting motor and a lifting screw rod, the lifting motor is arranged on the plate storage frame and located outside the plate storage channel, the lifting screw rod is connected with an output shaft of the lifting motor and vertically arranged, and the bracket extends out of the plate storage channel and is in sleeved fit with the lifting screw rod.
3. A box cover assembly production system according to claim 1, wherein said glue applying mechanism comprises:
the first gluing bracket is connected with the first displacement device;
the gluing motor is arranged on the first gluing bracket;
the second gluing bracket is connected with an output shaft of the gluing motor;

The box cover assembly production system according to claim 4, wherein the second material moving device further comprises a material pushing mechanism, the material pushing mechanism comprises a material pushing driving member and a second plate pushing member, the material pushing driving member is arranged on the outer side wall of the mounting cylinder, and the material pushing driving member is connected with the second plate pushing member and can drive the second plate pushing member to move up and down.
