According to an embodiment of the present invention, in step z2, the vertical distance between the lower side surface of the loading plate 3 and the inner side surface of the lower portion of the paper cup packaging box is 10-20 mm.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, the method of stacking a predetermined number of paper cup strip layers on the carrier plate 3 comprises the steps of: a step s1 of driving the support plate 10 to move to a paper cup strip layer placing station by the support plate driving unit 11; step s2, after placing the paper cup strip layer with the preset number of paper cup strips on the support plate 10, the support plate driving unit 11 drives the support plate 10 to move to the paper cup strip layer remote station so that the paper cup strips on the paper cup strip layer placing station fall on the support plate 3; step s3, the supporting plate driving mechanism drives the supporting plate to move downwards for a preset distance; and step s4, repeating the steps s1-s3 until the carrying plate 3 is stacked with a predetermined number of paper cup strip layers.

Claims (8)

1. A stacked paper cup strip pusher device, comprising:
a frame;
the feeding part comprises a lifting driving mechanism fixedly arranged on the rack, a bearing plate horizontally arranged and used for placing stacked paper cups and a bearing plate driving mechanism arranged on the output end of the lifting driving mechanism and used for driving the bearing plate to move back and forth;
the pushing and pressing part comprises a pushing and pressing plate which is located above the bearing plate and is longitudinally arranged and used for pushing and pressing stacked paper cup strips placed on the bearing plate and a pushing and pressing plate driving mechanism used for driving the pushing and pressing plate to move back and forth, the pushing and pressing plate driving mechanism is fixedly installed on the rack, and the output end of the pushing and pressing plate driving mechanism is fixedly connected with the pushing and pressing plate.
2. The device for pushing stacked paper cups according to claim 1, wherein the rear end of the carrying plate is provided with a first electromagnet/electromagnet suction plate; and a second electromagnet/electromagnet suction plate matched with the first electromagnet/electromagnet suction plate is arranged at the output end of the bearing plate driving mechanism.

The device for pushing stacked paper cups according to claim 2, further comprising a paper cup stacking and conveying part for conveying the stacked paper cups to a paper cup pushing position so that the first electromagnet/electromagnet suction plate and the second electromagnet/electromagnet suction plate can be mutually attracted after being electrified, wherein the paper cup stacking and conveying part comprises a supporting plate capable of bearing the bearing plate and a supporting plate driving mechanism for driving the supporting plate to ascend and descend.

The device for pushing stacked paper cup strips according to claim 2 or 3, wherein the first electromagnet/electromagnet suction plate has an L-shaped plate structure formed by a transverse plate and a longitudinal plate located at the lower side of the front end of the transverse plate, and the second electromagnet/electromagnet suction plate has a block structure matched with the L-shaped plate structure.

The device for pushing stacked paper cups according to claim 2, wherein the feeding portion further comprises a feeding mounting plate, a feeding guide post and a feeding guide sleeve matched with the feeding guide post; the feeding mounting plate is mounted at the output end of the lifting driving mechanism and is provided with a feeding guide sleeve mounting hole, and the bearing plate driving mechanism is fixedly mounted on the feeding mounting plate; the feeding guide column is directly or indirectly arranged on the rear side of the second electromagnet/electromagnet suction plate; the feeding guide sleeve is arranged on the feeding guide sleeve mounting hole and sleeved outside the feeding guide column.

The device for pushing stacked paper cups according to claim 1, wherein the pushing portion further comprises a pushing mounting plate, a pushing guide post and a pushing guide sleeve matched with the pushing guide post; the pushing and mounting plate is fixedly mounted on the rack and provided with a pushing and guiding sleeve mounting hole, and the pushing and mounting plate driving mechanism is mounted on the pushing and mounting plate; the pushing guide column is fixedly arranged on the rear side of the pushing plate; the pushing guide sleeve is installed on the pushing guide sleeve installation hole and sleeved outside the pushing guide column.
7. The apparatus of claim 1, wherein the front side of the pushing plate comprises a resilient protective layer.
