Abstract

本发明公开了一种轮毂轴承单元密封组件,主要包括静止骨架、转动骨架等,静止骨架固定在轮毂外圈上,转动骨架设置在轮毂法兰盘上,在静止骨架上设置有外包橡胶体,外包橡胶体上设置有唇口A、唇口B、唇口C、橡胶凸起A和橡胶凸起B,橡胶凸起A位于静止骨架顶端,橡胶凸起A与轮毂法兰盘之留有较小间隙,唇口C与转动骨架配合形成空腔A,空腔A通过狭长的迷宫式密封通道与外界相通,唇口B、唇口C与转动骨架间配合形成空腔B,唇口A、唇口B与转动骨架间配合形成空腔C。本发明减小了摩擦力矩;转动骨架与法兰过盈配合,避免泥水直接进去密封腔体;利用迷宫效应增加泥水侵入路径难度;减低了生产工艺复杂性和生产成本。

技术领域
本发明涉及轮毂轴承的领域,具体涉及一种轮毂轴承单元密封组件。
背景技术
轮毂轴承是一种承载重量和为轮毂的转动提供精确引导的汽车零部件。现有轮毂轴承的密封方案中,橡胶突起20、唇口一12、唇口二13、唇口三14、唇口四15为依附于骨架16上的一整单片式结构,骨架16安装在轮毂外圈17上,不锈钢骨架18安装在轮毂法兰盘19上,唇口一12在自然状态下与不锈钢骨架18之间有间隙。现有技术中,有较多唇口与转动骨架接触,易造成较大的摩擦力矩。同时,存在泥水通过不锈钢骨架18与轮毂法兰盘19的间的空隙渗入滚道,造成泥水侵入滚道失效、油脂污染和油脂外溢的风险。同时较多的唇口设计和橡胶包裹会造成制造工艺的复杂化和成本的提高。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术存在的不足,而提供一种轮毂轴承单元密封组件。
本发明的目的是通过如下技术方案来完成的:这种轮毂轴承单元密封组件,主要包括静止骨架、转动骨架、唇口A、唇口B、唇口C、橡胶凸起A、空腔A、空腔B、空腔C、橡胶凸起B、密封通道,静止骨架固定在轮毂外圈上,转动骨架设置在轮毂法兰盘上,轮毂外圈与轮毂法兰盘间形成滚道,滚道外侧形成空腔和空隙,在静止骨架上设置有外包橡胶体,外包橡胶体上设置有唇口A、唇口B、唇口C、橡胶凸起A和橡胶凸起B,橡胶凸起A位于静止骨架顶端,橡胶凸起A与轮毂法兰盘之间留有较小间隙,唇口C与转动骨架配合形成空腔A,空腔A通过狭长的迷宫式密封通道与外界相通,唇口B、唇口C与转动骨架间配合形成空腔B,唇口A、唇口B与转动骨架间配合形成空腔C,唇口A为挡油唇口,静止骨架顶部设有橡胶凸起B,橡胶凸起B与轮毂外圈紧密压装贴合。
所述静止骨架和转动骨架为U形设计,两者配合形成狭小的密封通道。
所述唇口C在自然状态下与转动骨架之间有间隙,唇口B在自然状态下和转动骨架接触。
所述转动骨架与轮毂法兰盘过盈配合,两者沿轮毂法兰盘直径方向与贴合,形成密封剂空间,密封剂空间内填有密封剂。
本发明的有益效果为:本发明在确保密封性能的前提下,静止骨架仅有2个唇口与转动骨架接触,减小了摩擦力矩;转动骨架与法兰过盈配合,与法兰形成缓冲空间,并填充密封剂,避免泥水直接进去密封腔体,能囤积大量的泥水并通过离心及重力作用及时排出;利用迷宫效应增加泥水侵入路径难度,增加非接触的唇口,抵挡泥水侵入密封腔体,共同作用产生高效的动态密封,减小泥水通过转动骨架与法兰盘间的空隙渗入滚道而造成油脂污染和油脂外溢的风险,提高了密封性能;转动骨架上未设橡胶包裹,减少了橡胶包裹和唇口从而减低了生产工艺复杂性和生产成本。

实施例:如附图所示,这种轮毂轴承单元密封组件,主要包括静止骨架1、转动骨架2、唇口A3、唇口B4、唇口C5、橡胶凸起A6、空腔A7、空腔B8、空腔C9、橡胶凸起B11、密封通道21,静止骨架1固定在轮毂外圈17上,转动骨架2设置在轮毂法兰盘19上,轮毂外圈17与轮毂法兰盘19间形成滚道,滚道外侧形成空腔和空隙,在静止骨架1上设置有外包橡胶体,外包橡胶体上设置有唇口A3、唇口B4、唇口C5、橡胶凸起A6和橡胶凸起B11,橡胶凸起A6位于静止骨架1顶端,橡胶凸起A6与轮毂法兰盘19之间留有较小间隙,形成预密封,减少进入空腔A7的水流,且可在高速旋转下,引导进入空腔A7的水流大部分沿轮毂法兰盘19表面甩出。唇口C5与转动骨架2配合形成空腔A7,空腔A7通过狭长的迷宫式密封通道21与外界相通,在大量泥水涌入时可用于短暂积聚外界进入的水或杂质,防止外界的水或杂质进一步进入空腔B8,起到一定缓冲功能。唇口B4、唇口C5与转动骨架2间配合形成空腔B8,唇口A3、唇口B4与转动骨架2间配合形成空腔C9,空腔B8作为蓄水腔可以起到在深水位工况下大量泥水涌入时短暂蓄水的作用,唇口C5在自然状态下与转动骨架2之间有间隙,作为阻挡泥水溅入空腔28的第一道唇口防线,唇口B4在自然状态下和转动骨架2接触,作为密封腔体内第一道唇口防线。唇口A3为挡油唇口,防止滚道内润滑油脂的泄漏,避免润滑油脂与空腔C9内唇口A3、唇口B4区域添加油脂混合的作用。静止骨架1顶部设有橡胶凸起B11,橡胶凸起B11与轮毂外圈17紧密压装贴合,减小两者之间缝隙,亦可减小静止骨架1与轮毂外圈17的相对运动。静止骨架1和转动骨架2为U形设计,两者配合形成狭小的密封通道21,泥水侵入的路径长度增长,进而增加了泥水侵入的难度,使得仅有少量水流能够进入密封通道9;同时,在轴承的高速转动下,进入通道的水能沿转动骨架2甩出。转动骨架2与轮毂法兰盘19过盈配合,两者沿轮毂法兰盘19直径方向与贴合,形成密封剂空间10,密封剂空间10内填有密封剂,起到密封作用,有效地防止水或杂质进入轮毂轴承内部,进一步优化密封性能。

1.一种轮毂轴承单元密封组件,其特征在于:主要包括静止骨架(1)、转动骨架(2)、唇口A(3)、唇口B(4)、唇口C(5)、橡胶凸起A(6)、空腔A(7)、空腔B(8)、空腔C(9)、橡胶凸起B(11)、密封通道(21),静止骨架(1)固定在轮毂外圈(17)上,转动骨架(2)设置在轮毂法兰盘(19)上,轮毂外圈(17)与轮毂法兰盘(19)间形成滚道,滚道外侧形成空腔和空隙,在静止骨架(1)上设置有外包橡胶体,外包橡胶体上设置有唇口A(3)、唇口B(4)、唇口C(5)、橡胶凸起A(6)和橡胶凸起B(11),橡胶凸起A(6)位于静止骨架(1)顶端,橡胶凸起A(6)与轮毂法兰盘(19)之间留有较小间隙,唇口C(5)与转动骨架(2)配合形成空腔A(7),空腔A(7)通过狭长的迷宫式密封通道(21)与外界相通,唇口B(4)、唇口C(5)与转动骨架(2)间配合形成空腔B(8),唇口A(3)、唇口B(4)与转动骨架(2)间配合形成空腔C(9),唇口A(3)为挡油唇口,静止骨架(1)顶部设有橡胶凸起B(11),橡胶凸起B(11)与轮毂外圈(17)紧密压装贴合。
