Abstract
The invention provides cigarette paper for adjusting the pH value of cigarettes and a preparation method thereof. The invention uses microcapsule technology to wrap organic acid substances, adopts a complex coacervation method to prepare the microcapsule additive with multi-core capsule cores, and adds the additive in a sizing section for producing cigarette paper. The invention takes volatile and/or nonvolatile organic acid as a capsule core to prepare the cigarette paper for adjusting the pH value. The organic acid microcapsule can overcome the limitation of the application of volatile substances on cigarette paper, increase the content of organic acid, overcome the defect of reaction between the volatile substances and calcium carbonate on the cigarette paper due to excessively high addition amount of the organic acid, release the organic acid when the cigarette is burnt and really play a role in adjusting the pH value of the cigarette.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of cigarette auxiliary materials, in particular to cigarette paper for adjusting the pH value of smoke and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The organic acid plays an important role in the tobacco growth process and has important influence on the quality of cigarettes, and although the content of the organic acid is low, the organic acid has far greater influence on the sensory quality of the cigarettes than polybasic acid and higher fatty acid. Organic acids have a considerable influence on the smoking comfort of cigarettes, such as neutralization of smoke, reduction of irritation, and influence on the aroma and taste of cigarettes. The cigarette smoke mainly refers to cigarette mainstream smoke, the acidity and alkalinity of the cigarette smoke are indexes reflecting the quality of cigarettes, and chemical compositions and chemical balance in the cigarette smoke can be comprehensively reflected. The pH value of the smoke can represent the acid-base equilibrium state of organic and inorganic components when the cigarette is burnt, and can reflect the smoke intensity, the irritation and the sensory quality of cigarette smoking. Therefore, the pH value of the smoke can be adjusted to have important influence on the acid-base balance of the smoke, the aroma quality, the main stream smoke components and the smoking quality.
The organic acid includes volatile organic acids and non-volatile organic acids. Volatile organic acid can be directly volatilized into smoke in the smoking process of the cigarette, and obvious influence is generated on taste and aroma. The non-volatile organic acid can adjust the pH value of the smoke, so that the taste is mellow, the smoke concentration is enhanced, and the tobacco fragrance is indirectly influenced. When the acid substances are directly added on the cigarette paper in the prior art, the organic acid reacts with calcium carbonate in the cigarette paper to cause great fluctuation of air permeability of the cigarette paper, and in addition, stronger acidity also causes certain corrosion to papermaking equipment. These reasons also limit the large scale application of organic acids to cigarette paper.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide cigarette paper for adjusting the pH value of cigarettes and a preparation method thereof, aiming at the technical blank of the application of the existing organic acid on the cigarette paper. The cigarette paper containing the organic acid microcapsules can greatly reduce the volatilization speed of volatile organic acids in the storage process of the cigarette paper; the defect of reaction between the organic acid and calcium carbonate on the cigarette paper caused by excessively high addition of the organic acid can be overcome, so that the organic acid is released when the cigarette is burnt, and the effect of adjusting the pH value of the cigarette is really exerted.
In order to realize the aim, the invention provides a preparation method of cigarette paper for adjusting the pH value of smoke, which comprises the following steps:
(1) Dissolving microcapsule wall material raw materials with positive and negative charges in distilled water, fully stirring, adding organic acid capsule core, and emulsifying for 6-15min at 7500-10000r/min with a high-speed dispersion machine to obtain microcapsule emulsion;
(2) Stirring the microcapsule emulsion obtained in the step (1) at the constant temperature of 40 +/-5 ℃ at the speed of 600-1000r/min, stirring for 20-90min, dropwise adding an acetic acid solution to adjust the pH value to 4.8-5.5 to form microcapsules coating the multi-core capsule core, and continuously heating and stirring for 1-2h to obtain a first solution;
(3) Adding glutamine transaminase into the first solution obtained in the step (2) for curing, and adding a preservative accounting for 0.1-0.3% of the mass of the first solution after curing for 2.5-3.5h to obtain a microcapsule solution;
(4) Adding the microcapsule solution prepared in the step (3) into a coating material at a sizing section for producing cigarette paper, wherein the coating weight is 3-25g/m 2 And then drying at 110-130 ℃ to prepare the cigarette paper for adjusting the pH value of the smoke.
In a specific embodiment of the invention, the microcapsule wall material with positive and negative charges in step (1) is one or two selected from gelatin, acacia, chitosan, sodium alginate, isolated soy protein, and sodium carboxymethyl cellulose.
In one embodiment of the present invention, the organic acid capsule core in step (1) is selected from non-volatile organic acids and/or volatile organic acids.
In a specific embodiment of the present invention, the organic acid capsule core in step (1) is selected from one or more of benzoic acid, phenylacetic acid, butyric acid, isovaleric acid, 2-methylbutyric acid, 3-methylvaleric acid, caproic acid, caprylic acid, citric acid, sorbic acid, tartaric acid, malic acid, oxalic acid, malonic acid, succinic acid, myristic acid, and stearic acid.
In a specific embodiment of the present invention, in the microcapsule emulsion described in step (1), the mass concentration of the microcapsule wall material is 1 to 6%, the mass concentration of the organic acid capsule core is 1 to 10%, and the mass ratio of the microcapsule wall material to the organic acid capsule core is 2:1 to 1:3.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following advantages:
(1) The preparation method is simple, and the prepared microcapsule auxiliary can be stably coated and retained on the cigarette paper, so that the application limitation that the traditional organic acid, especially volatile organic acid, is easy to volatilize and is not easy to retain on the cigarette paper is avoided.
(2) The microcapsule auxiliary agent prepared by the method can increase the content of organic acid, overcomes the defect of reaction between the organic acid and calcium carbonate on cigarette paper due to overhigh addition amount of the organic acid, enables the organic acid to be released only when the cigarette is burnt, and really plays a role in adjusting the pH value of the cigarette.

and (3): adding 2g of glutamine transaminase into the first solution for curing, and adding 2g of preservative after curing for 3 hours to obtain a microcapsule solution;
and (4): adding the prepared microcapsule solution into a coating material at a sizing section for producing cigarette paper, wherein the coating weight is 5g/m 2 And then drying at a high temperature of 120 ℃ to prepare the cigarette paper for adjusting the pH value of the smoke.
