Abstract
The invention relates to a faint scent cigarette paper and a preparation method thereof, wherein the faint scent essence comprises, by weight, 5% -20% of tree moss extract, 2% -10% of tobacco extract, 3% -10% of fruit extract, 2% -6% of modifier and the balance of water. When the cigarette paper is produced, the fragrant module essence is diluted by an ethanol solution, then the cigarette paper is uniformly dip-coated on a coating machine, and then the cigarette paper is dried by a quick low-temperature drying cylinder, so that the fragrant module essence and the cigarette paper are tightly combined together and uniformly distributed. Along with the burning and smoking of the cigarette, the cigarette can be endowed with strong fresh aroma, the aroma is rich and full, the aftertaste is natural and comfortable, and the cigarette has positive effects of improving the sweet feeling, the thick feeling and the richness of the cigarette smoke, reducing the smoke irritation and covering the miscellaneous gas.

In addition, compared with the high-temperature oxygen-poor state when the tobacco shreds are burnt, the cigarette paper is positioned at the periphery of the cigarette, the burning temperature is relatively low, and the cigarette paper is in an oxygen-rich state, so that the problems of fragrance loss and poor comfort degree can be solved by perfuming the cigarette paper, the lower burning temperature can ensure the effective transfer of functional fragrance components, and the generation of harmful components can be reduced under the oxygen-rich burning condition. Preferably, the fruit extract containing essential oil includes, but is not limited to, one or more of blueberry extract, red plum extract, raspberry extract, concentrated pear juice or concentrated apple juice.
Preferably, the modifier includes but is not limited to one or more of oak moss extract, peru extract, maltol, ethyl maltol or violet leaf oil.
The preparation method of the faint scent cigarette paper comprises the following steps:
s1, preparing the fragrant essence and the flavoring solution with the set requirements;
s2, uniformly coating the flavoring solution on the cigarette paper substrate through a coating machine, and then drying at a low temperature of 70-100 ℃ for 5-10S to obtain the fen-flavor cigarette paper.
Preferably, the fragrant solution is prepared by mixing 5-20% of tree moss extract containing essential oil, 2-10% of tobacco extract containing essential oil, 3-10% of fruit extract containing essential oil, 2-6% of modifier and the balance of water uniformly, and dissolving in ethanol to obtain a uniform and transparent solution, namely the fragrant solution.
Preferably, the addition amount of the faint scent essence accounts for 0.3% -6% of the weight of the cigarette paper.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
the fresh scent cigarette paper of the technical scheme has small volatility of the flavor components, so that the fresh scent cigarette paper has little influence on the production environment and the process line of cigarettes.
When the cigarette paper is produced, the cigarette paper is uniformly dip-coated with the ethanol solution of the fen-flavor essence on a coating machine, and then is dried by a low-temperature drying cylinder, so that the essence and the cigarette paper are tightly combined together, and the cigarette paper is uniform in distribution and stable in property.
The production of harmful components can be reduced under the combustion conditions of low temperature and oxygen enrichment, the release of the fen-flavor module essence is relatively uniform and stable, and the difference during mouth-to-mouth suction is reduced.

Example 1
Weighing 0.15Kg of faint scent type essence prepared by 5 percent of tree moss extract containing essential oil, 2 percent of Yunyan extract containing essential oil, 3 percent of blueberry extract containing essential oil, 2 percent of oak moss extract and the balance of water by weight percent, and dissolving the faint scent type essence in 10.0Kg of ethanol to ensure that the concentration percent of the faint scent type essence is 1.48 percent.

Weighing 1.0Kg of faint scent type essence prepared by 15 percent of tree moss extract containing essential oil, 8 percent of Zimbabwe tobacco leaf extract containing essential oil, 7 percent of red plum extract containing essential oil, 4 percent of ethyl maltol and the balance of water by weight, and dissolving the faint scent type essence in 10.0Kg of ethanol to ensure that the concentration percentage of the faint scent type essence is 9.09 percent.
Preparing cigarette paper according to the cigarette paper production and manufacturing process: defibering, pulping, proportioning long and short fibers, adding a filler and a functional auxiliary agent, dehydrating, forming paper, squeezing, drying and reeling. The prepared fen-flavor cigarette paper and common cigarette paper with the same quantitative index, air permeability index, ash content and other indexes are respectively rolled into cigarette samples by adopting the same cut tobacco, the cigarette samples are respectively marked as sample cigarettes (A-D) and blank cigarettes, the blank cigarettes are used as comparative examples, and cigarette sensory quality evaluation is carried out on the prepared sample cigarettes according to the standard of GB5606.4-2005 'fourth part sensory technical requirements of cigarettes', and the results are shown in Table 1.

As can be seen from the table 1, when the fen-flavor cigarette paper prepared by the invention is used in cigarettes, the fragrance score of the cigarettes is increased compared with that of a comparison sample, the faint scent cigarette paper has obvious fruit fragrance, can play the roles of inhibiting irritation, covering up offensive odor, improving aftertaste and the like, has good overall sensory quality, and has a certain application prospect.
The prepared blank cigarette paper, the prepared fen-flavor essence and the prepared fen-flavor cigarette paper are subjected to thermal cracking experiments at 400 ℃, and the results of GC/MS detection of cracked products are shown in figure 1.
As shown in figure 1, the faint scent essence and the faint scent cigarette paper can release fragrance components such as ethyl maltol, orcinol, benzyl benzoate, ethyl linoleate, raspberry ketone and the like at 400 ℃.

5. A method of making a fen-flavor cigarette paper as claimed in any of claims 1 to 4 comprising the steps of:
s1, preparing the fragrant essence and the flavoring solution with the set requirements;
s2, uniformly coating the flavoring solution on the cigarette paper substrate through a coating machine, and then drying at a low temperature of 70-100 ℃ for 5-10S to obtain the fen-flavor cigarette paper.

The preparation method of the fen-flavor cigarette paper as claimed in claim 5, wherein the preparation method of the flavoring solution with faint scent flavor is that after 5% -20% of tree moss extract containing essential oil, 2% -10% of tobacco extract containing essential oil, 3% -10% of fruit extract containing essential oil, 2% -6% of modifier and the balance of water are uniformly mixed, the mixture is dissolved in ethanol to obtain a uniform and transparent solution, namely the flavoring solution with faint scent flavor.
