Abstract
本发明公开了一种棉锦弹力活性数码印花工艺,包括以下步骤:a、织物的预处理;b、活性处理;c、数码印花;d、预固色;f、蒸箱固色;g、后处理,通过数码印花对棉锦进行印花,且通过多次固色实现棉锦面料印花后的着色能力,避免后期使用过程中出现脱色现象。

技术领域
本发明涉及面料印花技术领域,特别涉及一种棉锦弹力活性数码印花工艺。
背景技术
棉锦是由纯棉纱和锦纶丝在喷气织机上交织而成,是制作休闲装,时装的理想用料。规格有平纹,斜纹,消光,方根等系列。
现有的棉锦面料在印染后容易出现脱色的现象,印象棉锦面料印染后的美观度,且现有的棉锦主要通过转印的方式实现印花,工作人员的工作强度大。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种棉锦弹力活性数码印花工艺,通过数码印花对棉锦进行印花,且通过多次固色实现棉锦面料印花后的着色能力,避免后期使用过程中出现脱色现象。
本发明的上述技术目的是通过以下技术方案得以实现的:
一种棉锦弹力活性数码印花工艺,包括以下步骤:
a、织物的预处理:对织物进行退浆、煮练、漂白等工艺进行前处理;
b、活性处理:对预处理后的织物进行活性浆料处理,将织物从浆料中穿过,实现活性浆料对织物的处理,活性浆料由以下重量份组成:0.1-1份的炼染同浴除油剂,0.5-1.5份的环氧树脂黏合剂,0.01-0.1份的有硅类消泡剂, 0.1-0.5份的除氧酶, 1.5-2.5份的尿素,4-10份的双氧水和适量的去离子水;
c、数码印花:将数码印花机布置于温度为26-26℃、湿度为47-59%的房间内,并将活性处理后的织物于该房间内进行数码印花;
d、预固色:将数码印花后的织物,进入到烘箱内进行预固色,烘箱温度为190-200℃,时间为5-10秒;
f、蒸箱固色:将预固色后的织物在转入到蒸箱固色,蒸化温度为102℃,时间为11min;
g、后处理:对固色完成后的织物进行拉幅定型,在拉幅定型的同时加入柔软整理剂,拉幅温度为171℃,车速为33m/min。
作为优选,所述步骤a中,通过退煮漂联合机对棉锦面料进行退浆、煮练和漂白。
作为优选所述步骤c中,房间温度为25℃,相对湿度为50%。
作为优选,所述步骤d中,所用温度为190℃,时间为10秒,且在对其进行预固色时,通过送风机对从烘箱出来的面料进行缓慢降温,送风机的温度为70℃。
本发明的有益效果:染料采用微碱性的的活性染料,通过微碱性的染料实现对棉锦面料的印花染色,避免酸度过大或碱度过大,影响棉锦面料的着色效果;通过预固色和蒸箱固色,实现棉锦面料的高强度固色和对面料的湿度调整,保证蒸箱固色后面料的柔软度,并且维持面料所具有的良好的韧性;在固定的房间内进行数码印花,有利于数码印花中染料的稳定性,避免外部环境对染料造成不良的影响,保证染料运行过程中的稳定性。

以下所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式,保护范围并不仅局限于该实施例,凡属于本发明思路下的技术方案应当属于本发明的保护范围。同时应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员而言,在不脱离本发明原理前提下的若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也应视为本发明的保护范围。
一种棉锦弹力活性数码印花工艺,包括以下步骤:
a、织物的预处理:通过退煮漂联合机对棉锦面料进行退浆、煮练和漂白;
b、活性处理:对预处理后的织物进行活性浆料处理,将织物从浆料中穿过,实现活性浆料对织物的处理,活性浆料由以下重量份组成:0.1-1份的炼染同浴除油剂,0.5-1.5份的环氧树脂黏合剂,0.01-0.1份的有硅类消泡剂, 0.1-0.5份的除氧酶, 1.5-2.5份的尿素,4-10份的双氧水和适量的去离子水;
c、数码印花:将数码印花机布置于温度为25℃,相对湿度为50%的房间内,并将活性处理后的织物于该房间内进行数码印花;
d、预固色:将数码印花后的织物,进入到烘箱内进行预固色,烘箱温度为190℃,时间为10秒,且在对其进行预固色时,通过送风机对从烘箱出来的面料进行缓慢降温,送风机的温度为70℃;
f、蒸箱固色:将预固色后的织物在转入到蒸箱固色,蒸化温度为102℃,时间为11min;
g、后处理:对固色完成后的织物进行拉幅定型,在拉幅定型的同时加入柔软整理剂,拉幅温度为171℃,车速为33m/min。
通过上述工艺印染三组棉锦面料,对其进行异味检测,且按照国家标准对其色牢度进行检测分析。
第一组分析结果为:无异味,其耐洗色牢度达到4~5级,耐汗渍色牢度达到4~5级,耐光晒色牢度达到7~8级;
第二组分析结果为:无异味,其耐洗色牢度达到4~5级,耐汗渍色牢度达到4~5级,耐光晒色牢度达到8级;
第三组分析结果为:无异味,其耐洗色牢度达到4~5级,耐汗渍色牢度达到4~5级,耐光晒色牢度达到7~8级;
由此可见,通过本工艺进行的印花,颜色稳定性好,不会因为洗涤而出现颜色的变化,且无其他味道产生,不仅如此,该方法的印花色牢度总体来说比较高。
Claims (4)
1.一种棉锦弹力活性数码印花工艺,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
a、织物的预处理:对织物进行退浆、煮练、漂白等工艺进行前处理;
b、活性处理:对预处理后的织物进行活性浆料处理,将织物从浆料中穿过,实现活性浆料对织物的处理,活性浆料由以下重量份组成:0.1-1份的炼染同浴除油剂,0.5-1.5份的环氧树脂黏合剂,0.01-0.1份的有硅类消泡剂, 0.1-0.5份的除氧酶, 1.5-2.5份的尿素,4-10份的双氧水和适量的去离子水;
c、数码印花:将数码印花机布置于温度为26-26℃、湿度为47-59%的房间内,并将活性处理后的织物于该房间内进行数码印花;
d、预固色:将数码印花后的织物,进入到烘箱内进行预固色,烘箱温度为190-200℃,时间为5-10秒;
f、蒸箱固色:将预固色后的织物在转入到蒸箱固色,蒸化温度为102℃,时间为11min;
g、后处理:对固色完成后的织物进行拉幅定型,在拉幅定型的同时加入柔软整理剂,拉幅温度为171℃,车速为33m/min。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种棉锦弹力活性数码印花工艺,其特征在于,所述步骤a中,通过退煮漂联合机对棉锦面料进行退浆、煮练和漂白。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种棉锦弹力活性数码印花工艺,其特征在于,所述步骤c中,房间温度为25℃,相对湿度为50%。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种棉锦弹力活性数码印花工艺,其特征在于,所述步骤d中,所用温度为190℃,时间为10秒,且在对其进行预固色时,通过送风机对从烘箱出来的面料进行缓慢降温,送风机的温度为70℃。
