本发明涉及一种保密贴纸,通过在印刷层的上部或下部设置用于防止被推动的弹性聚合体层,即使用手指接触推或拉,也可以将力量消耗在使弹性聚合体层变形、伸长上,从而有解决现有技术中在粘贴位置滑动的问题的效果。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种保密贴纸,更详细地涉及一种一次性保密贴纸,在进出要求保密的设施时,为了封印手机等电子设备的摄像头部分或者确认商品包装盒或秘密文件盒(信封)等的开封与否而使用。
背景技术
在访问像半导体公司一样技术主导企业或要求保密的国家机关等时,访问者有义务在所携带的手机、平板电脑、笔记本电脑等电子设备的摄像头部位粘贴上保密贴纸。
最近,为了确认商品包装盒或机密文件盒(信封)等的开封与否也使用保密贴纸。
保密贴纸相关的现有技术有韩国公开专利第10-2019-0074369号及登记专利第10-1684376号。前者形成有贯通贴纸和离型纸的切开线,粘贴贴纸后揭下时,可容易地确认产生破损或变形,后者即使将贴纸揭下后再粘贴,也会在脱落的部分留下痕迹从而可容易地确认封印是否任意解除。
后者的现有技术,如图1所示,在手机1的摄像头部位2粘贴保密贴纸12后揭下时,贴纸的上部层14a掉下的同时下部印刷层14b在粘贴部位2露出,有能容易地确认封印的解除与否的优点。
但是,如图1及图2所示,最近手机等电子设备用钢化玻璃覆盖摄像头部位2,保密贴纸12、14最终粘贴在钢化玻璃上。因此,如图2所示,如果将两个拇指3、4分别放在保密贴纸12、14上并按压,慢慢拉或推,就可以很容易地使贴纸脱离摄像头部位2后重新粘贴至原位置,从而有无法发挥保密贴纸12、14的功能的缺点。
前者的现有技术,即使在一般的非弹性材料的贴纸上形成切开线,如图2所示,问题在于,如果慢慢地拉或推贴纸,没有因切开线导致的破损或变形,可使贴纸脱离摄像头部位2后回到原位。
发明内容
本发明是为了解决上述现有技术的问题而提出的,目的在于提供一种设置有用于防止被推动的弹性聚合体层的保密贴纸。
为了达成上述目的,根据本发明的保密贴纸的特征在于,叠层有包括印刷层的多个层,在所述印刷层的上部或下部还包括用于防止被推动的弹性聚合体层。
根据本发明的保密贴纸的另一个特征在于,所述弹性聚合体层在所述印刷层的上部将第一粘贴工具放在二者之间而形成。
根据本发明的保密贴纸的另一个特征在于,在所述弹性聚合体层上还形成有涂布层。
根据本发明的保密贴纸的另一个特征在于,所述弹性聚合体层在所述印刷层的下部将第二粘贴工具放在二者之间而形成。
根据本发明的保密贴纸的另一个特征在于,所述弹性聚合体层在底部还设置有第三粘贴工具,所述第二粘贴工具是半固态粘合剂,所述第三粘贴工具是液态粘合剂。
根据本发明的保密贴纸的另一个特征在于,所述弹性聚合体层由与厚度或长度相比具有150%以上的伸长率的材料形成。
根据本发明的保密贴纸的另一个特征在于,所述弹性聚合体层为硅凝胶片。
根据本发明的保密贴纸的另一个特征在于,所述弹性聚合体层形成有多个厚度的1/2以上深度的切开线。
根据本发明的保密贴纸,通过在印刷层的上部或下部还设置用于防止被推动的弹性聚合体层,即使用手指接触并推或拉,也可以将力量消耗在使弹性聚合体层变形、伸长上,从而有解决现有技术中在粘贴位置滑动的问题的效果。

以下,参照附图对本发明的优选实施例进行说明。
如图3及图4作为一个实施例的保密贴纸100所示,本发明的核心技术思想在于,设置有用于防止被推动的弹性聚合体层,即使如图2所示,用手指3、4接触并推或拉,也可以通过将力量消耗在使弹性聚合体层变形、伸长上,从而防止在粘贴位置2滑动。
保密贴纸100的上部面101如后述实施例所示,可看到展示保密贴纸相关内容的印刷层,底面102具备用于粘贴在被粘贴物上的粘贴工具。
如图3及图4所示,所述用于防止被推动的弹性聚合体层,是指不论将保密贴纸100的上部面101向哪个方向用力推或拉,底面102始终以附着在原来粘贴位置的状态向施加外力103的方向变形、伸长,去除外力时借助于复原力104想要恢复原状的物质层,如果是具有前面性质的物质层,则可以视为与其相当的东西。但是,为了优选的实施,可制成一般的弹性聚合体(elastromer)。更为优选地,可以是硅橡胶层或硅凝胶片。
根据实施例,所述用于防止被推动的弹性聚合体层的定义,参照图4,可以是由与厚度t或长度L1相比具有150%以上的伸长率的材料形成的层。其中,伸长率是将从增长的长度减掉原来长度的值除以原来的长度乘以100,在本发明中,作为一个实施例图4中通过(L/t)x100计算,或通过[L2-L1]/L1]x100可得出150以上的值。
根据所述定义具有不到150%的伸长率时,和现有保密贴纸一样,外力施加的力直接传递至贴纸底面102,从而有在钢化玻璃等被推动的问题。
所述用于防止被推动的弹性聚合体层的厚度t根据实施例可多种多样,但考虑保密贴纸100的最小宽度L1和伸长率,优选地至少为最小宽度L1的1/2.5以下。硅凝胶片的情况,可形成为0.4~0.5mm的厚度。
如图5至7所示,作为本发明的优选的实施例,通过包括印刷层30的多个层叠加而形成保密贴纸110、120、130,在所述印刷层30的上部或下部还设置有用于防止被推动的弹性聚合体层50。
图5是表示在印刷层30的上部将第一粘贴工具40放在中间并形成弹性聚合体层50的实施例。其中,印刷层30只在上部面印刷表示贴纸内容的印刷文句或图形,但如果在下部面也通过用于粘贴在被粘贴物或离型纸10的底部粘贴工具20撕下贴纸,则贴纸内容的一部分可以露出来(参照图1)。此时,优选地,底部粘贴工具20涂布有比第一粘贴工具40粘贴力强的粘合剂或黏合剂。
根据应用实施例,图5中,第一粘贴工具40使用和弹性聚合体层50相同的材料,但粘结性高,可将第一粘贴工具40和弹性聚合体层50设置为一个的弹性聚合体层(例如,硅凝胶层)。
如图6所示,在弹性聚合体层50的上部还可形成有涂布层60等一个以上的保护层。起到离型纸10作用的涂布层60形成于最上端时,优点在于可实现为卷形的胶带。
图7是表示在印刷层30的下部将第二粘贴工具54放在中间并形成弹性聚合体层50的实施例。其中,印刷层30也可以和图5的实施例中说明的相同。但是,优选地,设置于印刷层30的下部的第二粘贴工具54涂布有比设置于印刷层30上部的第一粘贴工具40粘贴力强的粘合剂或黏合剂。
根据应用实施例,如图7所示,在弹性聚合体层50的底部还可设置有第三粘贴工具52,但也可将弹性聚合体层50/第三粘贴工具52两个层实现为一个的弹性聚合体层(例如,硅凝胶层)。第二粘贴工具54/弹性聚合体层50两个层或第二粘贴工具54/弹性聚合体层50/第三粘贴工具52三个层同样也可用相同材料实现为一个的弹性聚合体层(例如,硅凝胶层)。实现为一个的弹性聚合体层时,在弹性聚合体层的上、下部面增强粘着性和其它层粘贴。
如图7所示,在弹性聚合体层50的底部还设置有另外的第三粘贴工具52时,优选地,第三粘贴工具52使用比设置于弹性聚合体层50的上部面的第二粘贴工具54的粘贴力强的粘合剂或黏合剂。具体的实施例为,第二粘贴工具54可形成为半固态粘合剂,第三粘贴工具52可形成为液态粘合剂。
在此,区别在于,液态粘合剂初期以液体状态存在然后经过蒸发、冷却、反应等过程逐渐固化,在完全固化后成为固态,相反,半固态粘合剂即使时间过去也会留下半固体的性质。由于这样的区别,半固态粘合剂与液态粘合剂不同,具有些许的弹性。
因此,优选地,在图7中,用于粘贴于被粘贴物的第三粘贴工具52为液态粘合剂,从而防止被推动,另外,弹性聚合体层50的上部面的第二粘贴工具54为半固态粘合剂,从而可补充弹性聚合体层50的变形力。
另外,在图7中,在印刷层30的上部还可形成有涂布层60等一个以上的保护层。起到离型纸10作用的涂布层60形成于最上端时,可实现为卷形的胶带。
图8是表示本发明的用于防止被推动的弹性聚合体层50的变形实施例的立体图。如图8a所示,本发明的弹性聚合体层50可没有任何切开线地形成,但如图8b至图8d所示,也可形成有多个切开线52、54、56。针对所述切开线52、54、56,如图2所示,用拇指3、4等推或拉粘贴的保密贴纸时,由于向通过切开线分成多个的弹性聚合体层50施加的外力的差异,一部分撕裂等现象容易发生,因此,除了简单的格子线52、垂直交叉的乾卦形状54、格子里加上四角等形状56结合外,还可具有多种形态。
根据实施例,优选地,为达成上述目的,所述多个切开线52、54、56可仅在弹性聚合体层50的表面一部分形成,但如图8所示,可形成厚度t的1/2以上的深度。优选地,在未形成切开线52、54、56的厚度部位,为了进一步提高撕裂效果,弹性聚合体层50设置为多孔型材料。
以上参照附图进行了说明,但图中所示的保密贴纸的结构仅为一个实施例,可实施多种地变形。例如,也可在现有的保密贴纸上再加上本发明的用于防止被推动的弹性聚合体层或在中间插入或在底层追加而实施。
Claims (4)
1.一种保密贴纸,其特征在于,
由包括印刷层的多个层叠加而成,
在所述印刷层的上部还包括用于防止被推动的弹性聚合体层,
所述弹性聚合体层为在所述印刷层的全部具有规定的厚度(t)和一侧的侧面长度(L1)的片状,设置为不论将保密贴纸的上部面向哪个方向用力推或拉,保密贴纸的底面始终以附着在原来粘贴位置的状态向施加外力的方向变形、伸长,去除外力时借助于复原力恢复原状,并且保密贴纸由与厚度(t)或侧面长度(L1)相比具有150%以上的伸长率的材料形成,
在所述印刷层的上面印刷表示所述保密贴纸内容的印刷文句或图形,
所述弹性聚合体层在所述印刷层的上部将第一粘贴工具放在二者之间而形成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的保密贴纸,其特征在于,
在所述弹性聚合体层上还形成有涂布层。
3.根据权利要求1至2中任意一项所述的保密贴纸,其特征在于,
所述弹性聚合体层为硅凝胶片。
4.根据权利要求1至2中任意一项所述的保密贴纸,其特征在于,
所述弹性聚合体层形成有多个厚度的1/2以上深度的切开线。
