Abstract
本发明公开了一种医用胶带棉布单面涂胶防水装置,包括墙板,所述墙板对称设置,其包括定板和活动板,所述定板外侧上部通过导向机构活动连接活动板;定板间设置底辊,底辊上方依次平行设置涂胶辊和网纹辊,网纹辊前后两侧对称设置涂胶腔体,其下方设置接料盒,其内侧接触网纹辊,涂胶腔体上方贯通设置溢流管并通至接料盒内,其下方贯通设置料管并通过电磁阀和双向隔膜泵通至储料箱内,接料盒底部设置回料管并通至储料箱内,底辊下部设置升降轴,其外端通过升降机构连接活动板下端;具有思路新颖独特,通过电机使升降轴同步反转,利用升降机构并配合使活动板限定升降在范围,方便调节涂胶辊与底辊间间隙,涂胶腔体对网纹辊胶,进胶、回胶避免浪费。

技术领域
本发明涉及纺织涂布机械技术领域,特别是涉及一种医用胶带棉布单面涂胶防水装置。
背景技术
纺织,大致分为纺纱与编织两道工序,中国纺织的起源相传由嫘祖养蚕冶丝开始,混纺织物:构成织物的原料采用两种或两种以上不同种类的纤维,经混纺而成纱线所制成,有涤粘、涤腈、涤棉等混纺织物。而作为现如今的医用行业中,如防水胶带、包扎用的纱布带等,都需要在布料的表面进行单面涂胶以进行防水,而通常情况下现在都是采用喷胶的方式进行涂布,以达到防水的目的。
而由于在传统的涂布机械中,在喷涂胶料过程中胶料呈雾状化附着于布的表面,这样的雾状胶对操作环境有极大的污染,给操作工人带来极大的危害,并且涂布还会出现喷雾涂胶的附着力差,涂胶不均匀等问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对现有问题,提供了一种医用胶带棉布单面涂胶防水装置。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:一种医用胶带棉布单面涂胶防水装置,包括墙板,所述墙板对称设置,其包括定板和活动板,所述定板外侧上部通过导向机构活动连接活动板;定板间设置底辊,底辊上方依次平行设置涂胶辊和网纹辊,网纹辊前后两侧对称设置涂胶腔体,其下方设置接料盒,其内侧接触网纹辊,涂胶腔体上方贯通设置溢流管并通至接料盒内,其下方贯通设置料管并通过电磁阀和双向隔膜泵通至储料箱内,接料盒底部设置回料管并通至储料箱内,底辊下部设置升降轴,其外端通过升降机构连接活动板下端。
作为对上述方案的进一步改进,所述的导向机构包括限位板条,所述限位板条对称固接于定板上,其内活动夹设活动板,所述限位板条上设有油路,油路外端连接注油嘴一,其内端与活动板接触。
作为对上述方案的进一步改进,所述的升降机构包括锥齿轮副和立轴,所述锥齿轮副连接于水平设置的升降轴外端和竖直设置的立轴间,立轴通过轴承座连接于定板外侧,立轴上端设置外螺纹,并啮合于固定座内的内螺纹,固定座固接于活动板下端外侧,活动板下端连接限位块,并与固接于定板外端的限位开关接触,定板外侧还设置限位座,并与活动板的下端接触。 作为对上述方案的进一步改进,所述的固定座上设置注油嘴二,并贯通至内螺纹。
作为对上述方案的进一步改进,所述的升降轴外端通过轴承贯穿定板,并通过压盖连接,其内端通过联轴器连接动力轴一端,其另一端连接双向双输出电机,双向双输出电机通过支撑架安装于横衬上,横衬固接于定板间。
作为对上述方案的进一步改进,利用双向双输出伺服电机通过动力轴将动力传递到升降轴,实现升降轴的反向转动,避免了对称的立轴上的外螺纹加工成反向螺纹,方便加工方便安装,无需分端安装立轴,再通过升降机构使活动板实现升降位移,用以调节涂胶辊与底辊间的间隙大小,同时限定机构限定活动板在升降的过程中只能上下升降,避免了活动板的水平位移的情况,限位开关和限定座避免了活动板下降位移的极限;底辊通过伺服电机驱动,伺服电机的编码器安装于涂胶辊轴端,编码器检测到涂胶辊与底辊转速不一致时,编码器发出信号到伺服电机,通过伺服电机保证涂胶辊与底辊的转速相同;
另外上胶过程:双向隔膜泵工作通过电磁阀抽吸胶料从储料箱内取出送到涂胶腔体内,对网纹辊进行上胶,利用网纹辊对涂胶辊进行供胶,再由涂胶辊对棉布进行涂胶作业,当涂胶腔体内胶料加满后通过溢流管进行回流到接料盒内,通过接料盒底部的回料管回流到储料箱内,同时接料盒内侧接触网纹辊还对其表面多余胶料进行刮除,避免了网纹辊表面胶料过多,防止后序涂胶量过大,造成成品质量影响;
回胶过程:当涂胶结束后,涂胶腔体内还存在胶料时,通过涂胶腔体下方设置的料管经双向隔膜泵工作利用电磁阀回流通路,使胶料回收到储料箱内;
清洗涂胶管道:此过程与上述上胶过程回胶过程相同。
本发明相比现有技术具有以下优点:具有结构紧凑,设计合理,思路新颖独特,通过电机使升降轴同步反转,利用升降机构并配合导向机构使活动板限定升降在范围,其中升降机构的锥齿轮副将从水平设置的升降轴传递到竖直设置的立轴上,立轴转动上端的外内螺纹配合通过固定座带动活动板升降位移,另外活动板两侧的导向机构防止前后位移,保证了活动板只能升降位移,还通过注油嘴对螺纹和滑移摩擦部分进行注油润滑,避免干摩擦而造成的损坏,涂胶腔体通过双向隔膜泵和电磁阀从储油箱内取涂和回涂,实现单管双向利用,并且涂胶腔体注涂满溢后通过溢流管回流到接料盒内再通过管道回流到储料箱内,避免涂料的浪费,同时涂胶完成后还可实现清洗涂胶管道,此外底辊通过伺服电机驱动,当底辊与涂胶辊转速不同步时,伺服电机接收到涂胶辊发出的信号,进行纠正转速,进而达到底辊与涂胶转速同步,保证了医用胶带棉布单面涂胶的有序顺利进行,涂胶均匀,无厚薄差异、无点胶、无断胶等情况,涂胶过程中还通过底辊和涂胶辊的挤压促使胶料强力附着于棉布表面,同时也改善了传统喷胶涂布对操作环境的污染,保证了操作环境对操作工人的危害。

下面结合附图对本发明进一步说明。
如图1-3中所示,一种医用胶带棉布单面涂胶防水装置,包括墙板,所述墙板对称设置,其包括定板1和活动板7,所述定板1外侧上部通过导向机构12活动连接活动板7;定板1间设置底辊3,底辊3上方依次平行设置涂胶辊4和网纹辊5,网纹辊5前后两侧对称设置涂胶腔体62,其下方设置接料盒61,其内侧接触网纹辊5,涂胶腔体62上方贯通设置溢流管64并通至接料盒61内,其下方贯通设置料管63并通过电磁阀66和双向隔膜泵67通至储料箱68内,接料盒61底部设置回料管65并通至储料箱68内,底辊3下部设置升降轴2,其外端通过升降机构8连接活动板7下端,用以升降活动板7。
作为对上述方案的进一步改进,所述的导向机构12包括限位板条9,所述限位板条9对称固接于定板1上,其内活动夹设活动板7,所述限位板条9上设有油路10,油路10外端连接注油嘴一11,其内端与活动板7接触,用以润滑活动板7在升降过程中磨损,防止卡死现象。
作为对上述方案的进一步改进,所述的升降机构8包括锥齿轮副801和立轴803,所述锥齿轮副801连接于水平设置的升降轴2外端和竖直设置的立轴803间,立轴803通过轴承座802连接于定板1外侧,立轴803上端设置外螺纹808,并啮合于固定座804内的内螺纹,固定座804固接于活动板7下端外侧,活动板7下端连接限位块805,并与固接于定板1外端的限位开关806接触,定板1外侧还设置限位座807,并与活动板7的下端接触。 作为对上述方案的进一步改进,所述的固定座804上设置注油嘴二809,并贯通至内螺纹。
作为对上述方案的进一步改进,所述的升降轴2外端通过轴承贯穿定板1,并通过压盖连接,其内端通过联轴器15连接动力轴16一端,其另一端连接双向双输出电机14,双向双输出电机14通过支撑架13安装于横衬4上,横衬4固接于定板1间。
作为对上述方案的进一步改进,利用双向双输出伺服电机通过动力轴16将动力传递到升降轴2,实现升降轴2的反向转动,避免了对称的立轴803上的外螺纹808加工成反向螺纹,方便加工方便安装,无需分端安装立轴803,再通过升降机构8使活动板7实现升降位移,用以调节涂胶辊4与底辊3间的间隙大小,同时限定机构限定活动板7在升降的过程中只能上下升降,避免了活动板7的水平位移的情况,限位开关806和限定座避免了活动板7下降位移的极限;底辊3通过伺服电机驱动,伺服电机的编码器安装于涂胶辊4轴端,编码器检测到涂胶辊4与底辊3转速不一致时,编码器发出信号到伺服电机,通过伺服电机保证涂胶辊4与底辊3的转速相同;
另外上胶过程:双向隔膜泵67工作通过电磁阀66抽吸胶料从储料箱68内取出送到涂胶腔体62内,对网纹辊5进行上胶,利用网纹辊5对涂胶辊4进行供胶,再由涂胶辊4对棉布进行涂胶作业,当涂胶腔体62内胶料加满后通过溢流管进行回流到接料盒61内,通过接料盒61底部的回料管63回流到储料箱68内,同时接料盒61内侧接触网纹辊5还对其表面多余胶料进行刮除,避免了网纹辊5表面胶料过多,防止后序涂胶量过大,造成成品质量影响;
回胶过程:当涂胶结束后,涂胶腔体62内还存在胶料时,通过涂胶腔体62下方设置的料管63经双向隔膜泵67工作利用电磁阀66回流通路,使胶料回收到储料箱68内;
清洗涂胶管道:此过程与上述上胶过程回胶过程相同。

1.一种医用胶带棉布单面涂胶防水装置,包括墙板,其特征在于,所述墙板对称设置,其包括定板和活动板,所述定板外侧上部通过导向机构活动连接活动板;定板间设置底辊,底辊上方依次平行设置涂胶辊和网纹辊,网纹辊前后两侧对称设置涂胶腔体,其下方设置接料盒,其内侧接触网纹辊,涂胶腔体上方贯通设置溢流管并通至接料盒内,其下方贯通设置料管并通过电磁阀和双向隔膜泵通至储料箱内,接料盒底部设置回料管并通至储料箱内,底辊下部设置升降轴,其外端通过升降机构连接活动板下端。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种医用胶带棉布单面涂胶防水装置,其特征在于,所述的导向机构包括限位板条,所述限位板条对称固接于定板上,其内活动夹设活动板,所述限位板条上设有油路,油路外端连接注油嘴一,其内端与活动板接触。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种医用胶带棉布单面涂胶防水装置,其特征在于,所述的升降机构包括锥齿轮副和立轴,所述锥齿轮副连接于水平设置的升降轴外端和竖直设置的立轴间,立轴通过轴承座连接于定板外侧,立轴上端设置外螺纹,并啮合于固定座内的内螺纹,固定座固接于活动板下端外侧,活动板下端连接限位块,并与固接于定板外端的限位开关接触,定板外侧还设置限位座,并与活动板的下端接触。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种医用胶带棉布单面涂胶防水装置,其特征在于,所述的固定座上设置注油嘴二,并贯通至内螺纹。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种医用胶带棉布单面涂胶防水装置,其特征在于,所述的升降轴外端通过轴承贯穿定板,并通过压盖连接,其内端通过联轴器连接动力轴一端,其另一端连接双向双输出电机,双向双输出电机通过支撑架安装于横衬上,横衬固接于定板间。
