本发明公开了一种工程用石块破碎筛分装置,包括底座、破碎装置和筛分装置,所述底座顶部左侧通过螺丝对称安装固定有支架,所述破碎装置通过螺丝安装固定于支架顶部,所述筛分装置通过螺丝安装固定于底座顶部右侧。本发明可轻松对大型石块进行破碎处理,有效提高施工效率。

本发明涉及一种工程用石块破碎筛分装置,属于水利工程设备技术领域。
背景技术
建筑或水利工程施工时需对较大的石块进行破碎处理,而现有的破碎设备效率低,且破碎质量较差,严重影响工作效率。为解决上述问题,特提供一种新的技术方案。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种工程用石块破碎筛分装置,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的本发明采用以下技术方案:一种工程用石块破碎筛分装置,包括底座、破碎装置和筛分装置,所述底座顶部左侧通过螺丝对称安装固定有支架,所述破碎装置通过螺丝安装固定于支架顶部,所述筛分装置通过螺丝安装固定于底座顶部右侧。
优选的,所述破碎装置上设置有进料口、导向孔、齿条孔、第一电机、出料口与锤压块,所述进料口开设于破碎装置前端下方,所述导向孔对称开设于破碎装置顶部两侧,所述齿条孔开设于破碎装置顶部中间,所述第一电机通过螺丝安装固定于破碎装置右侧后端,所述出料口开设于破碎装置右侧底部,所述锤压块嵌套于破碎装置内部。
优选的,所述锤压块上设置有导向轴与齿条,所述导向轴对称焊接于锤压块顶部两侧,且导向轴嵌套于导向孔内,所述齿条焊接于锤压块顶部中间,且齿条嵌套于齿条孔内。
优选的,所述第一电机主轴上通过联轴器安装固定有传动轴,所述传动轴通过轴承过盈连接于破碎装置内部后端,传动轴中段通过紧定螺丝安装固定有扇形齿轮,所述扇形齿轮与齿条齿啮合。
优选的,所述最左侧的导向轴顶部一体成型连接有拉杆,所述拉杆底部焊接有限位座,所述限位座顶部通过转轴连接有提升块,所述提升块顶部右侧开设有放置槽。
优选的,所述筛分装置左侧上方通过管道与出料口相连接,筛分装置上设置有第二电机、筛分网、排料口与清理口,所述第二电机通过螺丝安装固定于筛分装置顶部中间,第二电机主轴上通过联轴器安装固定有搅拌杆,所述搅拌杆放置于筛分装置内部上方,搅拌杆底部通过螺丝安装固定有十字叶轮,所述筛分网通过螺丝安装固定于筛分装置内部中间,所述排料口开设于筛分装置前端下方,所述清理口开设于筛分装置右侧上方。
优选的,所述最左侧的支架中间开设有滑槽,所述滑槽内嵌套有L型滑杆,所述L型滑杆左端放置于放置槽内,L型滑杆顶部焊接有料板,所述料板嵌套于破碎装置内侧底部,且料板右侧与出料口内侧底部转轴连接。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:本发明改变了传统的破碎和筛分设备的结构设计,本发明的扇形齿轮与齿条齿啮合,可通过扇形齿轮轻松带动锤压块顺着导向孔直线上升;L型滑杆左端放置于放置槽内,可通过提升块轻松带动料板进行翻转;筛分网通过螺丝安装固定于筛分装置内部中间,可轻松对破碎后的石块进行筛分,巧妙的结构设计实现了部件之间联动,实现了破碎筛分的一体化完成;清理口开设于筛分装置右侧上方,可轻松对无法筛分的石块进行清理;综合上述本发明可轻松对大型石块进行破碎处理,有效提高施工效率。

下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整的阐述。
如图1-5所示,一种工程用石块破碎筛分装置,包括底座1、破碎装置2和筛分装置3,底座1顶部左侧通过螺丝对称安装固定有支架4,破碎装置2通过螺丝安装固定于支架4顶部,筛分装置3通过螺丝安装固定于底座1顶部右侧,破碎装置2上设置有进料口5、导向孔6、齿条孔7、第一电机8、出料口9与锤压块10,进料口5开设于破碎装置2前端下方,导向孔6对称开设于破碎装置2顶部两侧,齿条孔7开设于破碎装置2顶部中间,第一电机8通过螺丝安装固定于破碎装置2右侧后端,出料口9开设于破碎装置2右侧底部,锤压块10嵌套于破碎装置2内部,锤压块10上设置有导向轴11与齿条12,导向轴11对称焊接于锤压块10顶部两侧,且导向轴11嵌套于导向孔6内,齿条12焊接于锤压块10顶部中间,且齿条12嵌套于齿条孔7内,第一电机8主轴上通过联轴器安装固定有传动轴13,传动轴13通过轴承过盈连接于破碎装置2内部后端,传动轴13中段通过紧定螺丝安装固定有扇形齿轮14,扇形齿轮14与齿条12齿啮合。
具体使用方式:将大型石块通过进料口5投放到破碎装置2内部的料板26上,随后启动第一电机8带动扇形齿轮14旋转,扇形齿轮14旋转带动齿条12上的锤压块10顺着导向孔6直线向上滑动,当扇形齿轮14旋转180°时,齿条12与扇形齿轮14分离,锤压块10在自身重力下顺着导向孔6下落对料板26上的石块进行破碎处理;当扇形齿轮14继续旋转并与齿条12啮合时,锤压块10上升并带动导向轴11上的提升块17上升,提升块17上升带动L型滑杆25上升,L型滑杆25上升带动料板26翻转并通过出料口9将破碎后的石块倾倒于筛分装置3内部的筛分网20上;最后启动第二电机19带动十字叶轮27旋转与筛分网20配合对石块进行筛分。

1.一种工程用石块破碎筛分装置,包括底座(1)、破碎装置(2)和筛分装置(3),其特征在于:所述底座(1)顶部左侧通过螺丝对称安装固定有支架(4),所述破碎装置(2)通过螺丝安装固定于支架(4)顶部,所述筛分装置(3)通过螺丝安装固定于底座(1)顶部右侧;所述破碎装置(2)上设置有进料口(5)、导向孔(6)、齿条孔(7)、第一电机(8)、出料口(9)与锤压块(10),所述进料口(5)开设于破碎装置(2)前端下方,所述导向孔(6)对称开设于破碎装置(2)顶部两侧,所述齿条孔(7)开设于破碎装置(2)顶部中间,所述第一电机(8)通过螺丝安装固定于破碎装置(2)右侧后端,所述出料口(9)开设于破碎装置(2)右侧底部,所述锤压块(10)嵌套于破碎装置(2)内部,所述筛分装置(3)左侧上方通过管道与出料口(9)相连接,筛分装置(3)上设置有第二电机(19)、筛分网(20)、排料口(21)与清理口(22),所述第二电机(19)通过螺丝安装固定于筛分装置(3)顶部中间,第二电机(19)主轴上通过联轴器安装固定有搅拌杆(23),所述搅拌杆(23)放置于筛分装置(3)内部上方,搅拌杆(23)底部通过螺丝安装固定有十字叶轮(27),所述筛分网(20)通过螺丝安装固定于筛分装置(3)内部中间,所述排料口(21)开设于筛分装置(3)前端下方,所述清理口(22)开设于筛分装置(3)右侧上方,所述锤压块(10)上设置有导向轴(11)与齿条(12),所述导向轴(11)对称焊接于锤压块(10)顶部两侧,且导向轴(11)嵌套于导向孔(6)内,所述齿条(12)焊接于锤压块(10)顶部中间,且齿条(12)嵌套于齿条孔(7) 内,所述第一电机(8)主轴上通过联轴器安装固定有传动轴(13),所述传动轴(13)通过轴承过盈连接于破碎装置(2)内部后端,传动轴(13)中段通过紧定螺丝安装固定有扇形齿轮(14),所述扇形齿轮(14)与齿条(12)齿啮合,所述最左侧的导向轴(11)顶部一体成型连接有拉杆(15),所述拉杆(15)底部焊接有限位座(16),所述限位座(16)顶部通过转轴连接有提升块(17),所述提升块(17)顶部右侧开设有放置槽(18),最左侧的所述 支架(4)中间开设有滑槽(24),所述滑槽(24)内嵌套有L型滑杆(25),所述L型滑杆(25)左端放置于放置槽(18)内,L型滑杆(25)顶部焊接有料板(26),所述料板(26)嵌套于破碎装置(2)内侧底部,且料板(26)右侧与出料口(9)内侧底部转轴连接。
