collecting parent siganus oramin with gonadal degeneration after 6 months, feeding the parent siganus guttatus in a cooling pond, controlling the cooling amplitude at 0.8-1 ℃/week, properly increasing the feeding amount and the feeding frequency according to the ingestion condition of the parent siganus guttatus, and after 4 months, continuously reducing the water temperature to 16-18 ℃ and keeping the water temperature not to decrease; the fattened parent fish can be transferred to a temperature rising pool from the temperature lowering pool in 10 months, the rising of the natural water temperature is simulated, meanwhile, the daily fed feed is changed into the high-protein parent fish feed and fresh algae in one season is fed every day, wherein the vitamin E and the vitamin C are mixed in the parent fish feed; after raising in a temperature-rising pond for 5-6 weeks, raising the water temperature to 22-23 ℃, starting to manually inject luteinizing hormone releasing hormone and human chorionic gonadotropin, and raising for one week until gonads develop to be completely mature.
2. The method for controlling the sexual maturity of siganus oramin as claimed in claim 1, wherein the temperature rise range of the water in the warming pool is controlled to be 0.8-1 ℃/week.
3. The method for controlling sexual maturation of siganus canaliculatus according to claim 1, wherein the fresh algae is at least one of Enteromorpha prolifera, Gracilaria verrucosa, Laminaria japonica and Porphyra tenera.
4. The method of controlling siganus oralis according to claim 1, wherein uneaten algae in the fresh algae fed daily is fished out on the day.
5. The method for controlling sexual maturity of siganus canaliculatus according to claim 1, wherein the amount of vitamin E is 0.1-1 g/Kg, and the amount of vitamin C is 1-3 g/Kg.
