Abstract

Description

连接两部件的装置
本发明有关一种连接两部件的装置，特别是连接两家具板的装置，它具有一安装头和一旋转支承于该安装头中的操纵元件，用该元件可将一连接元件保持在该安装头中，其中该操纵元件在处于被装入安装头中的状态时可从外部用一工具将其转动。
为固定两相互成直角的家具板，在采用已有的连接装置时是将第一块家具板上的一连接元件嵌接进配置于第二块家具板上的一安装头中。借助于安装头中的一操纵元件，该操纵元件通过旋转被连接元件从后部抓住且由此优选地被进一步拉进安装头内部，从而将该连接元件保持且夹紧在安装头内。
在采用已有的连接装置时，操纵元件在它被装入安装头中时是用一工具从外部来对它转动的，通常采用一十字头螺丝刀来转动它，其中螺丝刀被插入操纵元件中的十字槽形接收装置中。由于家具板本身的缘故，经常不可能将螺丝刀放置成与操纵元件的旋转轴相平行，因而常常是螺丝刀仅仅只能相对旋转轴倾斜。为了能将螺丝刀在其每一角度位置时仍能最大可能地插入十字槽中，操纵元件中的十字槽形状要针对一较大的角度范围来进行设计且因此在每一角度位置时仅仅是一种折衷的方案。由于十字槽的这种形状，装配工在旋转操纵元件时便不可能得到螺丝刀精确的倾斜位置，且要求装配工给予更高的注意力，这样在旋转操纵元件时不至于使螺丝刀从操纵元件的接收装置中滑出。
文件DE8910150U公开了一种开头所述类型的连接装置。在该连接装置的作为操纵元件的螺栓的头上有一个包括许多小三角齿的齿形结构，这种齿形结构虽然使它与工具的接合容易一些，但其各个齿由于尺寸较小的缘故容易折断。
因此，本发明的目的是进一步发展一种上文所述类型的连接装置，使得在旋转操纵元件时能改善操作过程。
为实现上述目的，按本发明在开头所述类型的连接装置中是这样进行的：在安装头中有一相对操纵元件的旋转轴倾斜的、对准该操纵元件的导向通道；操纵元件设有一用于接收倾斜导入导向通道中的工具的操纵接收装置；操纵元件设有作为操纵接收装置的一对准导向通道的轴的十字槽。
通过这一导向通道来将旋转操纵元件的工具插入，由此为安装工提供了螺丝刀插向操纵元件的精确位置。导向通道的直径可以从尽量小的间隙与被插入的工具调整一致。例如：可将导向通道直径调整到螺丝刀杆直径上。这样可将螺丝刀精确插入导向通道且当转动时不会从操纵元件接收装置中滑出，因此安装工仅需将其注意力集中于旋转螺丝刀上。导向通道无需是圆周方向封闭的通孔，而可以是一种在圆周侧上开口的、开槽的圆周壁，如果这样做从加工技术来说话是方便的。
在一加工技术上特别优选的实施形式中，导向通道在安装头的外壁上用一通孔形成。该安装头可以比如加工成已带有通孔的注塑件，或者是带有分别加工的通孔的一金属件。
为能将工具尽可能无倾斜地插入导向通道中且当其转动时能将其引导在导向通道之中，导向通道至少应为3mm长，优选地至少为4mm长。
在本发明的优选实施形式中提供有：导向通道相对操纵元件的旋转轴的倾斜角在约30°的范围内，优选地在约22°的范围内。根据如本发明所述的被导向在导向通道中的工具，该工具可以比迄今为止常规的方式具有更大的倾斜度且由此进一步改善了连接装置的操作性能。原则上，经该导向通道可规定直至约25°的每一个工具倾斜角。
在其它的实施形式中，导向通道在其位于工具插入方向上的前端圆周段上是大致与操纵元件旋转轴平行的，因此可以将一比如带锥形操纵尖头的螺丝刀这样的工具在刀杆的斜向伸展的后端圆周段上和在前端圆周段上引导至由于螺丝刀的倾斜现在只能大致平行于操纵元件旋转轴的操纵尖头上。
由于工具相对于操纵元件或相对于其操纵接收装置的倾斜位置是精确确定的，因而操纵接收装置的形状不需要如迄今为止常规的做法在一大的角度范围内加以调整，而是可根据工具给定的倾斜位置来加以形成。这样能更加方便地来用一工具旋转操纵元件。
在本实施形式的特别有利的另一发展中，槽臂构成专门用于接收一倾斜放置的螺丝刀。
优选地在其中在工具插入方向上的十字槽前端槽臂在插入方向上是朝前开口的，这样有利于操纵元件的进一步小型化。
从以下的说明和附图中可了解本发明其它的优点。同样，前述的以及其后进一步介绍的根据本发明的特征均可单独地或者以多个随意组合的形式找到各种用途。所示及所描述的实施形式不应被理解为最终列举，而应是对描述本发明具有示范性的特点。

图1中示出一连接装置1，它能用于连接两块家具板。连接装置1具有一安装头2以及一可绕旋转轴3旋转且被支承于安装头2中的操纵元件4。
安装头2被放入第一家具板的一相应孔中直至其边缘5贴合为止，且第二家具板的一连接元件(图中未示出)通过一连接接收装置6嵌接进安装头2的内部。通过转动操纵元件4，该连接元件经过相对于连接接收装置6口径缩小了的开口7被保持在安装头2中，且由于操纵元件4的一倾斜内表面8的作用因此仍被夹紧在旋转轴3的方向上。
为能将该操纵元件4在位于装在第一家具板中的安装头2中转动，在操纵元件4中提供有一形状为十字槽10的操纵接收装置9，螺丝刀11可从外部倾斜地沿插入方向12被插入该接收装置中。为引导这一斜向放置的螺丝刀11，在安装头2中配置有一相对旋转轴3倾斜的、对准操纵接收装置9的导向通道13。借助于这一导向通道13，螺丝刀11的刀杆14及其十字形操纵尖头15能够被以很小的间隙插入且被引导旋转。由此，操纵接收装置9被构成在导向通道13的轴16的方向上，亦即：操纵接收装置9的形状被调整至由导向通道13所规定的螺丝刀11及其操纵尖头15的倾斜位置上。
导向通道13形成在由边缘5所组成的安装头2的外壁17中，且其长度在本实施例中为约4mm。导向通道13的轴16在本实施例中相对于操纵元件4的旋转轴3倾斜约20°。
如图1所示，螺丝刀11的刀杆14并不是在圆周上完整地被导入导向通道13中的，相反螺丝刀11在导向通道13中其刀杆14位于插入方向12后端圆周段18上而其操纵尖头15则位于前端圆周段19上。在螺丝刀11插入方向12上靠前的十字槽10的前端槽臂20(图3)则因此在插入方向12朝前侧向张开。在任何情况下，螺丝刀11的倾斜位置则由导向通道13精确确定。

Claims (6)

1.用于连接两部件的连接装置(1)，它具有一安装头(2)和一可旋转支承于该安装头(2)中的操纵元件(4)，用该元件可将一连接元件保持在安装头(2)中，其中该操纵元件(4)在处于被装入安装头(2)中的状态时可从外部用一工具(11)将其转动，其特征在于：在安装头(2)中有一相对操纵元件(4)的旋转轴(3)倾斜的、对准该操纵元件(4)的导向通道(13)；操纵元件(4)设有一用于接收倾斜导入导向通道(13)中的工具的操纵接收装置(9)；操纵元件(4)设有作为操纵接收装置(9)的一对准导向通道(13)的轴(16)的十字槽(10)。
2.如权利要求1所述的连接装置，其特征在于：导向通道(13)在安装头(2)的一外壁(17)上用一通孔构成。
3.如权利要求1所述的连接装置，其特征在于：导向通道(13)的长度至少为3mm。
4.如权利要求1所述的连接装置，其特征在于：导向通道(13)相对于操纵元件(4)的旋转轴(3)倾斜角在约30°的范围内。
5.如权利要求1所述的连接装置，其特征在于：导向通道(13)在工具插入方向(12)上靠前的前端圆周段(19)上大至与操纵元件(4)的旋转轴(3)相平行。
6.如权利要求1所述的连接装置，其特征在于：在工具插入方向(12)上靠前的十字槽(10)的前端槽臂(20)在插入方向(12)上朝前开口。
