Detailed Description
The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present application will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present application, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present application, and not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments that can be derived from the embodiments given herein by a person of ordinary skill in the art are intended to be within the scope of the present disclosure.
In the embodiment of the application, a more flexible display mode can be adopted for some target pages in the commodity object information service system, specifically, before the specific display, the geographical position information of the user can be judged, the scene characteristics of the user can be determined according to the geographical position information, then, the requirement of the user for browsing the target pages under the scene characteristics is predicted, and the display content of the target pages is determined according to the prediction result. That is to say, in the embodiment of the present application, the same target page may show different page contents in the case that the scene features where the visitor user is located are different. Such scene characteristics may then be determined by the relative positional relationship between the user and a particular location (e.g., "business circles," airports, etc.). Through the change of the page content, the online and offline combination is better realized, the information of the offline entity shop is more effectively transmitted to the user, and the user can more easily obtain the required information. The specific target page may be various, that is, similar functions may be provided in various pages, for example, a client top page of an application program may be specifically included, or a stub page of a function such as a search result page, a store detail page, "scan" and the like may be specifically included.
In terms of system architecture, referring to fig. 1, embodiments of the present application may relate to a server and a client of an application, and a specific application may be an application related to a commodity object information service system. The server is mainly used for judging the scene characteristics of the user and correspondingly determining the content specifically required to be displayed in the target page, and the client is mainly used for realizing man-machine interaction with the user and displaying the specific page content determined by the server.
The following describes in detail specific implementations provided in embodiments of the present application.
Example one
The first embodiment provides a page content display method mainly from the perspective of a server, and referring to fig. 2, the method may specifically include:
s201: receiving a browsing request aiming at a target page, wherein the browsing request carries geographical position information of a user;
the specific browsing request may be submitted to the server by the application client, and the server processes the specific browsing request. In the embodiment of the present application, there may be various specific target pages, for example, a client top page, a search result page, a certain brand of shop top page, a landing page with actions such as "scan", and the like. These target pages are typically associated with information related to the physical store. In a conventional implementation, the same target page may include information in both the virtual store and the physical store, from which the user selects to browse. However, in the embodiment of the present application, the dynamic change of the page content in the same target page may be implemented according to the geographic location of the user and the relative location relationship with the target location. Therefore, when submitting a specific browsing request, the client may carry the specific geographical location information in the browsing request. The specific geographical location information may be obtained by a positioning system in the specific terminal device, and so on.
As for the virtual stores, in general, online stores opened on behalf of an individual or a brand, etc., for example, stores opened online by a certain user, or brand flagship stores opened online by a certain brand, etc. may be included. Such a virtual store generally delivers an item specifically purchased by a user to a specified delivery address by means of delivery by a seller or a merchant without being associated with actual geographic location information.
The physical store refers to a store having a physical business place actually opened at a certain geographical location, and in an implementation mode of online-offline combination, the physical store may be online in units of physical stores, and for example, the physical store may be generally referred to as a "cloud store". The online stores corresponding to the physical stores are obviously associated with clear geographical position information, and not only can provide a delivery and delivery mode for a user at home, but also can support various modes such as 'self-service in store' or direct shopping in the physical stores. In addition, a plurality of physical stores are usually opened on line under the same brand, so that a plurality of online "cloud stores" corresponding to the same brand may be associated with different geographic locations, may be located in different "business circles", and the like.
In the prior art, in order to provide the user with information as rich as possible during the process of accessing a specific target page, the result displayed in the page may include information associated in the virtual store and information associated in a "cloud store" related to the physical store. However, the emphasis points of the displayed contents in the specific page cannot be distinguished according to the information such as the actual geographic position of the user, and the role of guiding from the online to the offline physical store is not obvious enough.
S202: determining scene characteristics of the user according to the position relation between the geographical position information and the target place;
in the embodiment of the application, because the browsing request of the user carries the geographical location information of the user, the server can determine the scene characteristics of the user after receiving the specific browsing request. The scene feature is, in this embodiment of the present application, a relative positional relationship feature between the user and the target location that is determined according to the geographic location of the user and the geographic location of the target location, for example, the positional relationship feature may specifically include a far field, a near field, an arrival field, and the like. In a specific implementation, the server may also pre-store geographic location information associated with a plurality of specific target locations, for example, taking a city and the like as a unit, and store geographic location information corresponding to target locations such as business circles and the like included in the unit, so that after the geographic location of a certain user is determined, the geographic location information may be compared with geographic locations of each target location in the city where the user is located, and whether the user is located within a preset range around the certain target location or is located within the certain target location is determined, and the like. Furthermore, different page contents can be provided in the target page according to different specific scene characteristics.
S203: predicting target information of the target page browsed by the user under the scene characteristics;
s204: and determining the display content of the target page according to the prediction result.
After the scene characteristics of the user are determined, the target information of the user browsing the target page under the scene characteristics can be predicted. That is, the specific target information may refer to information content that a user desires to obtain through a target page when the user specifically views the page. In the embodiment of the present application, regarding the provision of the target information, not only the type of the target page but also the specific scene characteristics of the user may be considered, because even if the same user makes a browsing request for the same target page, the information that the user desires to obtain may be different under different scene characteristics. The scene characteristics may specifically include: the target place does not exist in a preset range around the geographic position of the user, the geographic position of the user is located in a preset range near the target place, or the geographic position of the user is located in the target place. For example, the specific target location may be a "business circle" or the like, and the scene characteristics may include that no business circle exists near the user, or that the user is located within a certain range near a certain business circle, or that the user is within a certain business circle, or the like. Accordingly, for the users with different scene characteristics, the page content that can be presented in the target page may be different because the requirements for browsing the target page may be different. For example, if the target place does not exist within a preset range around the geographic location where the user is located, for example, there is no business area nearby the user, the processing may be performed in a normal online browsing manner, and information associated with the virtual store and/or the physical store on the line may be displayed in a page, including store information, merchandise object information, and the like. That is, in this case, since the user's tendency to a specific physical store or a target place is not obvious, it is sufficient to handle the tendency according to a general browsing request.
And if the geographical location of the user is found to be within a preset range near the target place, for example, the user is within a certain range near a certain business district, prompt information related to the target place and/or the physical shop therein may be provided in the target page, for example, position prompt information about the target place may be included, or prompt information about an ongoing discount activity in the target place, or prompt information about a distance, a route, and the like from the location of the user to the target place may be included. Therefore, the drainage of the user to the offline physical shop can be more effectively realized. In addition, in this case, the behavior information of the user can be sensed while providing the prompt information, and specifically, if the user performs an operation such as detail check on a certain prompt information, the user can predict further needs after returning to the target page, and update the content of the prompt information according to the prediction result. For example, if preferential event information about a target location is provided in a target page, the user may update the prompt information to the remaining parking space information of the target location when returning to the target page after clicking and checking information such as details of the event, and may provide an operation entry for performing an operation such as "reservation".
If the geographical position of the user is located in a certain target place, the information of the related commodity object in the target place can be provided according to the requirement information when the target page is browsed in the target place. That is, if the user is already in a target location, the main purpose and the required information of the user when the user opens the application client to browse the target page are usually related to the target location, for example, if a reservation has been made for a certain entity shop in the target location before, the opening client may need to check the queuing condition of the entity shop, and if user right information about the user that can be used for verification in the certain entity shop in the target location is obtained before, the purpose of opening the client in the target location may be to verify the user right information. Therefore, in the embodiment of the present application, if it is found that the user is currently located in a certain target place, information related to the physical stores in the target place may be directly presented, which may include real-time queuing information of the physical stores that the user has reserved, or information such as a two-dimensional code for verifying a certain user right, and the like. Thus, the operation path of the user can be shortened, so that the user can obtain required information more conveniently.
In a word, different page contents are provided for users under different scene characteristics, so that the users can obtain information required to be obtained more easily, and meanwhile, the online users can be better guided to offline entity stores.
As described above, in the implementation, the target page may be multiple, and in the case of different target pages, the page display policy specific to various different scene features may also be different. The following are described separately.
First, the target page may include a client front page, wherein the client front page may generally include a plurality of tabs, for example, as shown in fig. 3-1, a first tab 301 and a second tab 302 may be included, the first tab may be a tab with a general property, and in a conventional implementation, after receiving an access request to the client front page, page content corresponding to the first tab is generally presented by default. The second tab is a tab corresponding to a service based on a geographic location, and in the prior art, only when a user manually selects the tab, the page content corresponding to the tab is usually displayed. In the content of the page corresponding to the specific second tab, the specific information in the place can be usually displayed by taking the target place as a unit, including information of a promotional activity carried out in the place, or information of an activity carried out in an entity store in the place, and the like.
In the embodiment of the application, different page contents can be provided for the user accessing the client top page according to different scene features of the user. For example, as shown in fig. 3-1, if the target place does not exist within a preset range around the geographic location where the user is located, the page content corresponding to the first tab may be presented in the client front page by default.
Or, as shown in fig. 3-2, if the geographic location of the user is located within a preset range near the target place, displaying, by default, first page content corresponding to the second tab in the client front page, where the first page content includes: information of at least one physical store at the target location. In a specific implementation, a prompt may be given if a sales promotion or the like is held in a particular physical store in a specific target location. In addition, it may be determined whether or not the user is associated with reservation information or user right information for a target entity store at the target place, and if so, prompt information about the target entity store may be provided in the client top page. For example, as shown in fig. 3-2, assuming that the user is near a certain mall a, when the user accesses the client home page, the page content of the tab corresponding to the geo-location related service can be directly shown in the home page, and in an alternative manner, the name of the tab can be directly set as "mall a" and information related to the mall can be shown in the home page. Specifically, when the user is associated with reservation information, ranking progress information in the target entity store may be obtained, and the ranking progress information is prompted in the client top page. In specific implementation, the prompt information can be provided on the basis of an electronic map so as to help a user to better locate a specific target place and a physical shop.
In addition, if the geographic location of the user is located in the target place, a second page content corresponding to the second tab may be displayed in the client front page by default, where the second page content includes: and judging whether the user is associated with reservation information or user interest information aiming at a target entity shop at the target place, and if so, providing information about the ranking progress in the target entity shop or information for verifying the user interest in the client top page. For example, as shown in fig. 3-3, assuming that a user has previously reserved a meal to a certain physical store, real-time ranking information of the physical store may be provided, and so on.
In another case, the target page includes: a search results page. For such a page, if the target place does not exist within a preset range around the geographic position where the user is located, providing commodity object information meeting the search condition in the search result page, wherein the commodity object information meeting the search condition comprises commodity objects associated with a virtual store and/or an entity store. For example, as shown in fig. 4-1, in a case where there is no target place near the user, assuming that the user initiates a search using "headphones" as a keyword, a commodity object that hits the keyword can be directly returned in the search result page, and there is no need to distinguish between its corresponding virtual store and the physical store.
And if the geographic position of the user is located in a preset range near the target place, providing information of the commodity objects meeting the search condition in the search result page, determining whether the commodity objects meeting the search condition exist in the commodity objects associated with the entity shop at the target place, and if so, providing prompt information about the target place and/or the entity shop in the search result page. For example, as shown at 401 in fig. 4-2, again assuming that a user initiated a search with "headset" as the keyword, but at this time the user was located near a certain mall B and there is headset available in the mall B, prompt information about the mall and/or the physical store in which the object of the relevant merchandise is specifically sold may be provided in the search results page. For example, if there are many brands of physical stores in the mall B and headphones are sold, the position information of each brand of physical store laid in the mall B, including the floor where the store is located, can be prompted, so that the user can quickly locate a specific physical store. In addition, in specific implementation, the service provided by the target place and/or the physical store may be prompted, and the service includes delivering the specified commodity object to the geographic location where the user is located within a preset time period (e.g., 2 hours, etc.).
In the two scene features, the commodity object information list meeting the search condition may be displayed in units of commodity objects.
In addition, if the geographic position of the user is located in the target place, the commodity object information which meets the search condition and is associated with the entity shop at the target place can be provided in the search result page. For example, as shown in fig. 4-3, assuming that a user initiated a search with "camel coat" as the key word and that the user is currently in a certain mall C, information of the physical stores and/or specific merchandise objects in the mall C that can provide the matching merchandise objects may be directly returned in the search results page. In a specific implementation, the commodity object information that meets the search condition and is associated with the physical store at the target location may be displayed in units of physical stores.
In a specific implementation, for the third scene feature, atmosphere rendering information about the target place may also be provided in the search result page. For example, the picture of the mall C may be used as the background picture of the header part, and so on.
In still another case, the target page includes: a store front page associated with the target brand. At this time, if the target place does not exist within a preset range around the geographical position where the user is located, the commodity object information associated with the online virtual store of the target brand may be displayed in the store front page. For example, as shown in fig. 5-1, assuming that a user needs to visit a shop front page of a certain brand N, if there is no target location near the geographic location where the user is currently located, information associated with the brand's official flagship store may be directly presented.
And if the geographic position of the user is within a preset range near the target place and the target brand is associated with the physical shop at the target place, displaying prompt information related to the target place and/or the physical shop in a shop home page. For example, as shown in fig. 5-2, when a user visits a shop front page of a brand N, if a mall D is near the user and an entity shop of the brand is resident in the mall D, information about the entity shop of the brand in the mall D of the brand may be displayed in the shop front page, specifically including geographical location information of the mall D, information about preferential activities in the mall D and/or the entity shop of the brand N, and so on.
In addition, if the geographic position of the user is located in the target place and the target brand is associated with the physical shop at the target place, the commodity object information associated with the physical shop is displayed in the shop homepage. For example, as shown in fig. 5-3, also assuming that a user needs to access a shop front page of brand N, the user is currently located right in mall D, and there is an entity shop of brand N in the mall D, then the merchandise object information associated with the entity shop of brand N in the mall D can be directly shown in the shop front page.
In another case, the specific target page may further include: a details page of the target merchandise object. At this time, if the target place does not exist within a preset range around the geographical location where the user is located, the information of the target commodity object in the online virtual store may be displayed in the detail page. For example, as shown in fig. 6-1, if there is no target place near the user with respect to the details page of a certain sweater, it may be processed according to a general browsing request to show the corresponding details information of the product in the virtual shop.
And if the geographic position of the user is within a preset range near the target place and the target physical shop at the target place is associated with the target commodity object, the information about the target commodity object in the physical shop can be provided in the detail page.
And if the geographic position of the user is located in the target place and the target entity shop at the target place is associated with the target commodity object, providing prompt information of the target place, collocation information about the target commodity object, user problem information and/or user evaluation information in the detail page. For example, as shown in fig. 6-2, when a user needs to browse a detailed page of a certain sweater, if the user is found to be currently in a certain shopping mall where the product is sold, information such as the price of the product in a specific physical store of the shopping mall may be provided. In addition, since the user is currently in the mall, the user may already see a specific object of the commodity, and at this time, the purpose of the user viewing the details of the commodity through the client may be to know how the commodity is collocated, the evaluation of the commodity by other users, and the like, and then decide whether to purchase the commodity. Therefore, according to the scene characteristics, collocation information, user evaluation information and the like about the commodity can be provided in the detail page of the commodity object so as to help the user to make shopping decisions.
In addition to viewing pages such as home pages, searches, store pages, item detail pages, etc. through the client, the client typically provides functions such as "take a picture" or "scan". For example, the user may perform image acquisition on a real object or a picture of a commodity in which the user is interested through a photographing function to query information of a corresponding commodity object of the same money or similar money, and then initiate purchase. In this embodiment of the application, the first adapting page to which the object or the picture of the target commodity object is skipped after image acquisition may also be the target page described in this embodiment of the application, that is, for the first adapting page, different page contents may also be displayed in the page according to different scene features where the user is located.
If the target place does not exist within the preset range around the geographic position of the user, the user may find interested commodities in scenes such as a street and the like, and wants to check whether the same or similar commodities are available for sale on the internet, so that a commodity object information list which is the same as or similar to the target commodity object in the online virtual shop can be displayed in the first receiving page.
And if the geographic position of the user is located in a preset range near the target place and the target entity shop at the target place is associated with the commodity object information which is the same as or similar to the target commodity object, prompt information about the target place and/or the target entity shop can be provided in the first adapting page. For example, if the user performs image acquisition on a certain commodity, and finds that a certain shopping mall is located near the user, and the same money or similar money of the commodity is sold in the shopping mall, information of the shopping mall or a specific entity store in the shopping mall can be prompted, so that the user can be guided to the shopping mall to purchase a commodity object of interest.
Furthermore, if the geographic location where the user is located in the target place and the target physical store at the target place is associated with the same or similar commodity object information as the target commodity object, the prompt information about the target place and the list of the same or similar commodity object information in the target physical store may be provided in the first support page. For example, as shown in fig. 7, suppose that a user finds a certain item of interest in a certain shopping mall, and takes a mobile phone to open an application client to take a picture of the commodity object, at this time, the user most probably aims to check whether a commodity object identical or similar to the certain item still exists in the shopping mall, so that a list of the commodity objects identical or similar to the certain item in other entity shops in the shopping mall can be displayed in the corresponding receiving page. In addition, the position information of the floor where the specific physical store is laid in the shopping mall can be given, and the user can be helped to quickly locate the needed goods.
In addition, for the "scanning" function provided by the client, the user can check the information of the commodity object by scanning the barcode or the two-dimensional code at the hangtag of the specific commodity, and in the corresponding second receiving page, the specific commodity detail information can be usually given. In this embodiment, the specific target page may also include the second receiving page to which the graphic code associated with the target commodity object is skipped after being scanned. For this case, if the geographic location where the user is located in the target place and the target physical store at the target place is associated with the target commodity object information, the detail information about the target commodity object in the target physical store and the online information about the target commodity object may be provided in the second support page, and for example, the details may specifically include: collocation information, user question information, and/or user evaluation information, etc. That is, if a user scans a barcode or the like on a tag of a specific commodity object, the user is usually in a specific physical store, and information on a specific price, material, or the like is obtained by the user directly looking at the information on the tag or by a shopper in the store, and therefore, if detailed information on the price of the commodity or the like is given in a receiving page, it may not be really needed by the user. In the above scenario, the user really needs specific collocation information, evaluation information of other users on the product, and the like. Therefore, in the embodiment of the present application, as shown in fig. 8, for the scene characteristics, in providing the second support page, specific matching information, user evaluation information, and the like can be mainly provided to help the user make a shopping decision. It should be noted that, in the implementation, the online information provided in the second support page may be online information in the whole network, so that the user can obtain richer information content. Or, in an alternative implementation, the online information may be associated with a specific merchandise object in a physical store in the target location, so that the information content obtained by the user is more focused and has higher correlation with the merchandise being viewed by the user.
According to the application of various specific target pages, in the embodiment of the application, different page contents can be provided in the target pages according to different scene characteristics of the user, wherein if no target place exists nearby the user, the user can directly see as a common browsing request, and if a target place exists nearby, prompt information about the target place can be provided in the page, so that the online user can be led to the offline entity shop; if the user is in the target place, the user can be provided with information more meeting the requirement of the user from the aim of browsing a specific target page, so that the aims of helping the user to find a needed commodity in the target place more conveniently or helping the user to make a shopping decision and the like are fulfilled.
