本发明涉及一种灌缝机,具体涉及一种多功能路面裂缝灌缝机及灌缝方法,属于路面裂缝灌缝设备技术领域。
背景技术
随着公路路面的常年使用,其会发生多处裂缝,为了延长路面使用时间,需要对路面裂缝进行灌缝,现有的路面裂缝灌缝机与吹风机或热喷枪配套使用,现有多功能路面裂缝灌缝机通常采用液化气加热系统,使沥青或灌缝胶快速融化,通过沥青泵的压力由出料口出料而达到裂缝处理的效果;通过压力注射式灌缝,使材料和缝壁紧密结合,同时使用人工操作万向轮跟踪裂缝;多功能路面裂缝灌缝机主要应用在公路养护施工中,用于沥青路面、水泥路面、场地的表面裂缝处理,现有的灌缝设备工作钱强度大,为此,中国专利申请号:201810401858.7公开了一种多功能路面裂缝灌缝机及灌缝方法,灌缝机包括:车体、电子监控装置、裂缝识别传感装置、信号处理装置、控制中心、裂缝清洁装置、压力注射灌缝装置、裂缝胶带粘补装置;同时,本发明的灌缝方法中可根据路面裂缝情况智能选择不同修补路面裂缝方案,将沥青灌注技术和裂缝补贴技术结合,不仅节省人力资源,提高工作效率,但现有的灌缝施工后,容易造成裂缝与灌缝料脱离,从而造成裂缝修补失败。
发明内容
为解决上述问题,本发明提出了一种多功能路面裂缝灌缝机,灌缝后,能够保证灌缝料与裂缝结合更加紧密,避免灌缝料和路面裂缝分离。

一种多功能路面裂缝灌缝方法,所述方法具体如下:
1)路面扩缝处理,扩缝时,通过推手将板座推送到路面裂缝处,并打开激光发射器,使其光线落入到裂缝上,接着,通过切割液压缸驱动扩缝臂将上的切割盘压紧路面裂缝,并通过驱动电机带动切割盘进行切割作业,切割过程中,只需完成路面其主裂缝切割;
2)路面扩孔处理,扩孔时,打开透明仓底面的线光发射器,使线光发射器落入裂缝上,接着,扩孔液压缸分别交错带动冲击头和麻花钻进行扩孔,扩孔液压缸带动滑板上下滑动,滑板带动其底部的滑杆上下滑动,细径扩孔时,直接通过扩孔液压缸带动冲击头直接冲击地面,粗孔扩孔时,通过钻板在细径光轴上滑动,并通过麻花钻对裂缝进行粗孔扩孔;
3)路面清理,扩缝和扩孔的碎渣先通过钢丝辊进行刮除,接着,通过刷辊其刷毛对路面裂缝进行清理,最后通过强力风机其强风对裂缝进行清理,清理时,通过围挡进行灰尘隔离;
4)灌缝自循环,通过导热油波纹管对箱体内的灌缝料进行加热,加热时,通过导热油波纹管、热油泵与热油锅形成对灌缝料循环加热,加热时,通过提液泵将完成加热的灌缝料上提,并重新打回箱体,并对箱体上部灌缝料进行加热;

2)路面扩孔处理,扩孔时,打开透明仓底面的线光发射器,使线光发射器落入裂缝上,接着,扩孔液压缸分别交错带动冲击头和麻花钻进行扩孔,扩孔液压缸带动滑板上下滑动,滑板带动其底部的滑杆上下滑动,细径扩孔时,直接通过扩孔液压缸带动冲击头直接冲击地面,粗孔扩孔时,通过钻板在细径光轴上滑动,并通过麻花钻对裂缝进行粗孔扩孔;

1.一种多功能路面裂缝灌缝机,其特征在于:包括裂缝处理机构和灌缝机构;所述路面处理机构包括板座;所述板座底部通过避震器安装有前导轮和后导轮;所述板座尾部设置有围挡;所述围挡下部设置有与地面贴合的后挡板;所述板座于后导轮和围挡之间设置有清扫辊,所述板座于前导轮前侧设置有扩缝器;所述板座于前导轮和后导轮之间设置有细径扩孔器和粗孔扩孔器;所述板座顶面于细径扩孔器和粗孔扩孔器上方通过螺柱固定有扩孔座;所述细径扩孔器和粗孔扩孔器均包括固定于板座和扩孔座之间的滑柱;所述滑柱上滑动设置有滑板;所述滑板底面固定有滑杆;所述滑杆通过轴承从板座底面嵌出;所述滑板顶面和扩孔座之间固定有扩孔液压缸;所述细径扩孔器其滑杆底部固定有冲击头;所述粗孔扩孔器其其滑杆底部固定有钻板;所述钻板滑动设置于细径光轴上;所述细径光轴上端固定于板座底面,其下端旋接有限位螺母;所述钻板底部固定有麻花钻;所述板座底面于细径扩孔器和粗孔扩孔器之间设置有透明仓;所述冲击头和麻花钻穿出透明仓底部;所述透明仓内侧底面设置有多个线光发射器;所述线光发射器其直线与冲击头和麻花钻其轴心连线在同一直线;所述扩缝器包括固定于板座底部的铰接座;所述铰接座上铰接有扩缝臂;所述扩缝臂底部通过轴承安装有切割盘;所述切割盘其转轴上固定有盘体;所述盘体通过盘带套接到固定于扩缝臂上的驱动电机;所述板座和扩缝臂之间通过铰接座铰接有切割液压缸;所述清扫辊包括有电机驱动的钢丝辊和刷辊;所述钢丝辊和刷辊通过传动链联动;所述围挡下部朝向刷辊设置有强力风机;
所述灌缝机构包括灌缝箱和灌缝枪;所述灌缝箱包括箱体,所述箱体内侧底部设置有导热油波纹管;所述导热油波纹管两端通过热油泵与热油锅形成闭环;所述箱体上部设置有提液泵;所述提液泵进液端连接到箱体内侧底部,其出液端连接到三通阀;所述三通阀另外两端分别连接到箱体内侧和延伸管;所述灌缝枪包括泵座;所述泵座上固定有灌缝泵;所述灌缝泵前端通过延伸杆连接到手拉阀;所述手拉阀另一端连接到灌缝头;所述手拉阀其转把连接到泵座上;所述泵座上固定有提手;所述灌缝泵输入端连接有进液法兰;所述进液法兰和延伸管连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的多功能路面裂缝灌缝机,其特征在于:所述板座前端下部设置有激光发射器;所述激光发射器其发射线与切割盘其周向切线一致。
3.根据权利要求1所述的多功能路面裂缝灌缝机,其特征在于:所述板座两侧设置有推手。
4.根据权利要求1所述的多功能路面裂缝灌缝机,其特征在于:所述箱体设置于板座顶部。
5.一种多功能路面裂缝灌缝方法,其特征在于:所述方法具体如下:
1)路面扩缝处理,扩缝时,通过推手将板座推送到路面裂缝处,并打开激光发射器,使其光线落入到裂缝上,接着,通过切割液压缸驱动扩缝臂将上的切割盘压紧路面裂缝,并通过驱动电机带动切割盘进行切割作业,切割过程中,只需完成路面其主裂缝切割;
2)路面扩孔处理,扩孔时,打开透明仓底面的线光发射器,使线光发射器落入裂缝上,接着,扩孔液压缸分别交错带动冲击头和麻花钻进行扩孔,扩孔液压缸带动滑板上下滑动,滑板带动其底部的滑杆上下滑动,细径扩孔时,直接通过扩孔液压缸带动冲击头直接冲击地面,粗孔扩孔时,通过钻板在细径光轴上滑动,并通过麻花钻对裂缝进行粗孔扩孔;
3)路面清理,扩缝和扩孔的碎渣先通过钢丝辊进行刮除,接着,通过刷辊其刷毛对路面裂缝进行清理,最后通过强力风机其强风对裂缝进行清理,清理时,通过围挡进行灰尘隔离;
4)灌缝自循环,通过导热油波纹管对箱体内的灌缝料进行加热,加热时,通过导热油波纹管、热油泵与热油锅形成对灌缝料循环加热,加热时,通过提液泵将完成加热的灌缝料上提,并重新打回箱体,并对箱体上部灌缝料进行加热;
5)灌缝操作,操作时,通过提手将泵座上提,接着,通过三通阀切换到延伸管,并通过延伸管将灌缝料送入到灌缝泵;灌缝泵加压后,将灌缝料送入到灌缝头;通过手拉阀打开和关闭灌缝头,从而通过灌缝头将灌缝料送入到路面裂缝上。
6.根据权利要求1所述的多功能路面裂缝灌缝方法,其特征在于:所述路面扩孔处理时,其细孔数量多于粗孔数量。
