preparation of a cleaning agent working solution: pouring the stock solution of the prepared cleaning agent into a reservoir of cleaning equipment, and mixing the stock solution with deionized water according to a volume ratio of 1: 3, preparing working solution with the mass concentration of 25%, and uniformly mixing the cleaning agent;

Claims (10)
1. A PCBA water-based cleaning agent: the method is characterized in that: comprises the following components in percentage by weight:
glycol ethers: 22% -50%;
propylene glycol ethers: 35% -39%;
polyol: 10% -12%;
corrosion inhibitor: 0.5 to 1 percent;
wetting agent: 1% -1.2%;
penetrant: 1% -3%;
dispersing agent: 2% -3%;
defoaming agent: 0.5 to 1 percent.
2. The PCBA water-based cleaner as recited in claim 1, wherein: the glycol ethers are selected from one or more of diethylene glycol butyl ether, ethylene glycol tert-butyl ether and ethylene glycol phenyl ether.
3. The PCBA water-based cleaner as recited in claim 1, wherein: the propylene glycol ethers are selected from one or more of dipropylene glycol methyl ether, propylene glycol butyl ether and dipropylene glycol butyl ether.
4. The PCBA water-based cleaner as recited in claim 1, wherein: the polyalcohol is one or more selected from glycerol, ethylene glycol and polyethylene glycol.
5. The PCBA water-based cleaner as recited in claim 1, wherein: the corrosion inhibitor is selected from one or more of urotropin, thiourea, triethanolamine and polyaspartic acid, and thiourea is preferred.
6. The PCBA water-based cleaner as recited in claim 1, wherein: the wetting agent is selected from one or more of TMN-6, Tourette BG-10 and Tourette X-114, preferably Tourette X-114.
7. The PCBA water-based cleaner as recited in claim 1, wherein: the penetrating agent is selected from one or more of TMN-5, JFC and TMN-10, preferably Dow TMN-5.
8. The PCBA water-based cleaner as recited in claim 1, wherein: the dispersant is selected from one or more of Dow 15-S-12, Dow 15-S-15 and Dow X-102, preferably Dow X-102; one or more of the antifoaming agents DOWFAX DF103, FOAMEX810 and FOAMEX3062, preferably FOAMEX 810.
9. A preparation method of PCBA water-based cleaning agent is characterized by comprising the following steps: putting 22-50 kg of glycol ethers, 35-39 kg of propylene glycol ethers, 10-12 kg of polyhydric alcohols, 0.5-1 kg of corrosion inhibitors, 1-1.2 kg of wetting agents, 1-3 kg of penetrating agents, 2-3 kg of dispersing agents and 0.5-1 kg of defoaming agents into a dispersion mixer, starting and mixing uniformly, wherein the stirring speed is 500-800 r/min, and the stirring time is 10-20 min, and finally preparing a single homogeneous solution.
10. The application of the PCBA water-based cleaning agent is characterized in that: the method comprises the following steps:
s1: preparation of a cleaning agent working solution: pouring the stock solution of the prepared cleaning agent into a reservoir of cleaning equipment, and mixing the stock solution with deionized water according to a volume ratio of 1: 3, preparing working solution with the mass concentration of 25%, and uniformly mixing the cleaning agent;
s2: cleaning operation: the method comprises the steps of pre-cleaning, jetting, rinsing again, rinsing for the third time and drying; the pre-cleaning medium is a cleaning agent, the time is 5-10 min, and the temperature is 45-60 ℃; the cleaning medium is a cleaning agent, the time is 5-10 min, and the temperature is 45-60 ℃; the medium for jet flow is deionized water, the time is 5-10 min, and the temperature is 25 ℃; the rinsing medium is deionized water, the time is 5-10 min, and the temperature is 25 ℃; the medium for rinsing again is deionized water, the time is 5-10 min, and the temperature is 25 ℃; the medium for the third rinsing is deionized water, the time is 5-10 min, and the temperature is 25 ℃; the drying medium is hot air, the time is 20min, and the temperature is 120 ℃.
