发明内容
本公开提供一种用于混合电动车辆的动力传递设备,通过在通过发动机离合器接收发动机输出轴的扭矩的输入轴的前部处在径向方向上设置两排两个离合器,并且在输入轴的后部处单独地布置另一个离合器,该动力传递设备具有部件数量减少和长度及重量减小的优点。
通过用于混合电动车辆的动力传递设备,也可减少用于接收电动机的扭矩的部件的数量,在用于混合电动车辆的动力传递设备中,设置为两排的两个离合器与发动机离合器共用离合器鼓(clutch drum),并且离合器鼓形成有电动机齿轮,该电动机齿轮与电动机在外部齿轮啮合以从电动机接收扭矩。
当离合器与输入轴的后部分离时,在变速器的前部可为差速齿轮提供更好的空间,这在变速器的布局中提供了优点。
在本公开的一个实例性形式中,一种用于混合电动车辆的动力传递设备,该混合电动车辆具有作为动力源的发动机和电动机,该动力传递设备可包括:发动机输出轴、输入轴、第一输出轴和第二输出轴、第三输出轴、共用离合器鼓、发动机离合器、第一离合器和第三离合器、行星齿轮组和第二离合器。发动机输出轴可接收发动机的扭矩。输入轴可与发动机输出轴同轴地设置。第一输出轴和第二输出轴可形成为与输入轴同轴的空心轴,并分别设置在输入轴的前侧和后侧而没有旋转干涉。第三输出轴可形成为空心轴,并与第一输出轴同轴设置而没有旋转干涉。
共用离合器鼓可设置在输入轴的前侧,并可具有在共用离合器鼓的外周上形成以与电动机在外部进行齿轮啮合的电动机齿轮。共用离合器鼓可具有内周,该内周由在前盖的径向内侧处形成的支撑端可旋转地支撑,并且共用离合器鼓通过连接板连接到输入轴。发动机离合器可布置在共用离合器鼓的内周上,并构造为在发动机输出轴和输入轴之间选择性地传递扭矩。第一离合器和第三离合器可在共用离合器鼓的内周内在径向方向上设置为两排,并构造为选择性地将输入轴的扭矩分别传递到第一输出轴和第三输出轴。行星齿轮组可设置在第二输出轴上,并包括通过连接环与第二输出轴花键接合(spline-engaged)的齿圈。第二离合器可径向地设置在行星齿轮组的外部,并选择性地连接输入轴和行星齿轮组的太阳轮。
连接板可形成为设置在发动机离合器和第三离合器之间的盘形,并包括:与共用离合器鼓的内周花键接合的径向外部,以及与输入轴的外周花键接合的径向内部。
发动机离合器可包括多个发动机离合器片、发动机离合器毂、多个发动机离合器盘和发动机离合器活塞。该多个发动机离合器片可与共用离合器鼓的内周花键接合。发动机离合器毂可固定到发动机输出轴的延伸端。该多个发动机离合器盘可交替地设置在该多个发动机离合器片之间,并与发动机离合器毂的外周花键接合。发动机离合器活塞可设置在发动机从动缸和该多个发动机离合器片之间,以通过发动机从动缸摩擦地操作该多个发动机离合器片和该多个发动机离合器盘。
发动机从动缸可在前盖的支撑端的内部处形成。
第一离合器可包括多个第一离合器片、第一离合器毂、多个第一离合器盘和第一离合器活塞。该多个第一离合器片可与共用离合器鼓的内周花键接合。第一离合器毂可通过第一连接件与第一输出轴的外周花键接合。该多个第一离合器盘可交替地设置在该多个第一离合器片之间,并与第一离合器毂的外周花键接合。第一离合器活塞可设置在第一从动缸和第一离合器片之间,并构造为通过第一从动缸摩擦地操作第一离合器片和第一离合器盘。
第一连接件可经由插入在第一连接件和连接板之间的轴承由连接板在轴向方向上支撑。
第三离合器可包括第三离合器鼓、多个第三离合器片、第三离合器毂、多个第三离合器盘和第三离合器活塞。第三离合器鼓可设置在第一离合器的径向内部,并连接到共用离合器鼓的内周以在轴向方向上固定。该多个第三离合器片可与第三离合器鼓的内周花键接合。第三离合器毂可通过第三连接件与第三输出轴的外周花键接合。该多个第三离合器盘可交替地设置在该多个第三离合器片之间,并与第三离合器毂的外周花键接合。第三离合器活塞可设置在第三从动缸和第三离合器片之间,并构造为通过第三从动缸摩擦地操作第三离合器片和第三离合器盘。
第三连接件可经由插入在第三连接件和第一连接件之间的轴承由第一连接件在轴向方向上支撑。
第三离合器还可包括恢复单元(restoring unit),该恢复单元设置在第三离合器活塞与连接到第三离合器毂的第三连接件之间。
恢复单元可包括支撑件和多个弹簧。支撑件可具有径向内部和径向外部,其中,径向内部经由轴承由第三连接件的外周可旋转地支撑,径向外部与第三离合器鼓的内周花键接合。该多个弹簧可设置在支撑件和第三离合器活塞之间。
第一从动缸和第三从动缸可在径向方向上以两排安装在变速箱(transmissioncase)中。

第二连接件可经由轴承由连接环和变速箱外壳在轴向方向上可旋转地支撑。
第二从动缸可包括第二离合器活塞、支撑轴承和复位弹簧。第二离合器活塞在轴向方向上对应于第二离合器片,并可设置在形成于变速箱中的液压室中。支撑轴承可设置在第二离合器片和第二离合器活塞之间。复位弹簧可设置在第二离合器活塞的径向外部与固定到变速箱的弹簧保持器之间。
根据一个实例性形式,与发动机离合器共用一个共用离合器鼓的第一离合器在输入轴的前部处邻近发动机离合器设置,第三离合器设置在第一离合器的径向内侧以在径向方向上形成两排,并且第二离合器单独地布置在输入轴的后部,从而减少变速器中的部件的数量并减小长度和重量。
另外,由于在径向方向上设置为两排的第一离合器和第三离合器与发动机离合器共用一个共用离合器鼓,并且该共用离合器鼓形成有与电动机在外部进行齿轮啮合的电动机齿轮以从电动机接收扭矩,所以可减少用于接收电动机扭矩的部件的数量。
另外,由于第二离合器与输入轴的后部分离,所以在变速器的前部可为差速齿轮提供更好的空间,这在变速器的布局中提供了优点。
另外,在一个实例性形式中,第二离合器的第二离合器活塞与第二从动缸整体形成,并安装在形成于变速箱中的液压室中,从而减小用于布置第二离合器活塞的空间。

参考图1和图2,用于混合电动车辆的动力传递设备(在下文中称为动力传递设备)接收来自发动机ENG和电动机M的扭矩,并通过四个离合器ECL、CL1、CL2和CL3将接收到的扭矩选择性地传递到输入轴IS和三个输出轴OS1、OS2和OS3。
这里,电动机M可包括转子和定子,并且可用作电动机和产生电力的发电机,和在电动车辆中一样。
根据一个实例性形式的动力传递设备包括发动机输出轴EOS、输入轴IS、第一输出轴OS1、第二输出轴OS2和第三输出轴OS3、共用离合器鼓SCD、发动机离合器ECL、第一离合器CL1、第二离合器CL2和第三离合器CL3,以及行星齿轮组PG。
发动机输出轴EOS,例如阻尼器输出轴,是接收发动机ENG的扭矩的扭矩中间轴,并且设置为穿过在变速箱H的前盖FC的径向内侧处形成的支撑端1。
输入轴IS在变速箱H中与发动机输出轴EOS同轴地设置,并且构造为通过发动机离合器ECL的操作来接收发动机输出轴EOS的扭矩。
第一输出轴OS1形成为与输入轴同轴的空心轴并且设置在输入轴IS的前侧而没有旋转干涉,并且第二输出轴OS2形成为与输入轴同轴的空心轴并且设置在输入轴IS的后侧而没有旋转干涉。
另外,第三输出轴OS3形成为空心轴,并且与第一输出轴OS1同轴设置而没有旋转干涉。
第一输出轴OS1、第二输出轴OS2和第三输出轴OS3构造为在发动机离合器ECL操作时通过第一离合器CL1、第二离合器CL2和第三离合器CL3的操作来接收发动机输出轴EOS的扭矩。
也就是说,第一输出轴OS1、第二输出轴OS2和第三输出轴OS3可分别通过第一离合器CL1、第二离合器CL2和第三离合器CL3选择性地接收扭矩,并且输出轴OS1、OS2和OS3分别形成有第一输出齿轮G1、第二输出齿轮G2和第三输出齿轮G3。
共用离合器鼓SCD设置在输入轴IS的前侧。电动机齿轮MG在共用离合器鼓SCD的外周上形成,使得电动机M与电动机齿轮MG在外部进行齿轮啮合。共用离合器鼓SCD的内周与在前盖FC的径向内侧形成的支撑端1平行,并通过轴承B由支撑端1可旋转地支撑。
另外,共用离合器鼓SCD通过连接板3连接到输入轴IS。
这里,连接板3形成为盘形,并且设置在发动机离合器ECL和第三离合器CL3之间。连接板3的径向外部与共用离合器鼓SCD的内周花键接合,并且连接板3的径向内部与输入轴IS的外周花键接合。因此,当发动机离合器ECL操作时,将发动机输出轴EOS的扭矩传递到输入轴IS。
连接板3由从发动机输出轴EOS通过轴承B向后延伸的延伸端4在轴向方向上可旋转地支撑。
发动机离合器ECL共用该共用离合器鼓SCD,并且构造为在发动机输出轴EOS和输入轴IS之间选择性地传递扭矩。
在发动机离合器ECL中,多个发动机离合器片11和反作用片11a与共用离合器鼓SCD的内周花键接合。
发动机离合器毂13通过焊接固定到发动机输出轴EOS的延伸端4。多个发动机离合器盘15交替地设置在该多个发动机离合器片11和反作用片11a之间,并且与发动机离合器毂13的外周花键接合。
发动机离合器活塞17设置为通过发动机从动缸ESC沿着轴向方向摩擦地操作该多个发动机离合器片11和该多个发动机离合器盘15。
发动机从动缸ESC在前盖FC的支撑端1的内部形成,并且发动机离合器活塞17设置在发动机从动缸ESC和发动机离合器片11之间。
在发动机离合器ECL中,波形弹簧(未示出)可安装在相邻的发动机离合器片11之间,以提供回复力并将发动机离合器片11和发动机离合器盘15之间的间隙保持在释放状态,从而减小或最小化摩擦构件的阻力损失。
第一离合器CL1和第三离合器CL3在共用离合器鼓SCD的径向内侧中在径向方向上设置为两排,即径向地向内和向外。第一离合器CL1和第三离合器CL3构造为将输入轴IS的扭矩分别选择性地传递到第一输出轴OS1和第三输出轴OS3。
第一离合器CL1与发动机离合器ECL共用该共用离合器鼓SCD,并且多个第一离合器片21与共用离合器鼓SCD的内周花键接合。
第一离合器毂23通过焊接固定到与第一输出轴OS1的外周花键接合的第一连接件5。多个第一离合器盘25交替地设置在第一离合器片21之间并且与第一离合器毂23的外周花键接合。
另外,用于摩擦地操作第一离合器片21和第一离合器盘25的第一离合器活塞27通过第一从动缸SC1在轴向方向上可移动地设置。
第一连接件5经由插入在第一连接件5和连接板3之间的轴承B由连接板3在轴向方向上可旋转地支撑。
第三离合器CL3设置在第一离合器CL1的径向内侧,并且第三离合器鼓31的径向外部连接到共用离合器鼓SCD的内周以在轴向方向上固定。
第三离合器鼓31包括弯曲端31a,该弯曲端31a径向向内弯曲,以用作第三离合器鼓31的反作用片。
多个第三离合器片33与第三离合器鼓31的内周花键接合,并且由弯曲端31a在轴向方向上进行支撑。
第三离合器毂35通过焊接固定到与第三输出轴OS3的外周花键接合的第三连接件7。多个第三离合器盘37交替地设置在第三离合器片33之间,并与第三离合器毂35的外周花键接合。

恢复单元41包括支撑件43和多个弹簧45。支撑件43的径向内部经由轴承B由第三连接件7的外周可旋转地支撑,并且支撑件43的径向外部与第三离合器鼓31的内周花键接合。
该多个弹簧45沿着周向方向设置在支撑件43和第三离合器活塞39之间,从而对第三离合器活塞39施加回复力。

根据按照一个实例性形式的动力传递设备,参考图1,当发动机离合器ECL由发动机从动缸ESC操作时,发动机离合器盘15和发动机离合器片11摩擦地接合,并且将发动机输出轴EOS的扭矩通过发动机离合器毂13传递到共用离合器鼓SCD。
还将传递到共用离合器鼓SCD的扭矩通过连接板3传递到输入轴IS。
当在操作发动机离合器ECL的同时由第一从动缸SC1操作第一离合器CL1时,第一离合器盘25和第一离合器片21摩擦地接合,并且将发动机输出轴EOS的扭矩通过第一离合器毂23和第一连接件5传递到第一输出轴OS1。
当在操作发动机离合器ECL的同时由第三从动缸SC3操作第三离合器CL3时,第三离合器盘37和第三离合器片33摩擦地接合,并且将发动机输出轴EOS的扭矩通过第三离合器毂35和第三连接件7从与共用离合器鼓SCD花键接合的第三离合器鼓31传递到第三输出轴OS3。
当在操作发动机离合器ECL的同时由第二从动缸SC2操作第二离合器CL2时,第二离合器盘57和第二离合器片53摩擦地接合,并且将发动机输出轴EOS的扭矩依次通过与共用离合器鼓SCD花键接合的连接板3、输入轴IS、第二连接件8、第二离合器鼓51和第二离合器毂55传递到行星齿轮组PG的太阳轮S。
根据如上所述的实例性形式,与发动机离合器ECL共用该共用离合器鼓SCD的第一离合器CL1在输入轴IS的前部邻近发动机离合器ECL设置,第三离合器CL3设置在第一离合器CL1的径向内侧以在径向方向上形成两排,并且第二离合器CL2单独地布置在输入轴IS的后部处,从而减少变速器中的部件数量并减小长度和重量。
由于电动机M的扭矩可由与电动机M在外部齿轮啮合的电动机齿轮MG接收,所以电动机M可在离轴方案中采用,其中,电动机M设置在与输入轴IS分开的轴线上,因此,可减小包括电动机M的扭矩传递路径的变速器的长度。
另外,由于在径向方向上设置为两排的第一离合器CL1和第三离合器CL3与发动机离合器ECL共用一个共用离合器鼓SCD,并且该共用离合器鼓SCD形成有与电动机M在外部齿轮啮合以从电动机M接收扭矩的电动机齿轮MG,所以可减少用于接收电动机M的扭矩的部件的数量。
另外,由于第二离合器CL2与输入轴IS的后部分离,所以在变速器的前部可设置用于差速齿轮(未示出)的更好的空间,这在变速器的布局中提供了优点。
另外,在第二离合器CL2中,用于摩擦地操作第二离合器片53和第二离合器盘57的第二离合器活塞CP与第二从动缸SC2整体形成,并且安装在形成于变速箱H中的液压室Y中,从而减小用于布置第二离合器活塞CP的空间。

Claims (14)

1.一种用于混合电动车辆的动力传递设备,所述混合电动车辆具有作为动力源的发动机和电动机,所述动力传递设备包括:
发动机输出轴,接收所述发动机的扭矩;
输入轴,与所述发动机输出轴同轴设置;
第一输出轴和第二输出轴,形成为与所述输入轴同轴的中空轴,并且分别设置在所述输入轴的前侧和后侧而没有旋转干涉;
第三输出轴,形成为中空轴,并且与所述第一输出轴同轴设置而没有旋转干涉;
共用离合器鼓,设置在所述输入轴的前侧,并且具有在所述共用离合器鼓的外周上形成的电动机齿轮,其中,所述电动机齿轮与所述电动机在外部齿轮啮合,并且所述共用离合器鼓具有内周,该内周由在前盖的径向内侧处形成的支撑端可旋转地支撑,并且所述共用离合器鼓通过连接板连接到所述输入轴;
发动机离合器,布置在所述共用离合器鼓的所述内周上,并且构造为在所述发动机输出轴和所述输入轴之间选择性地传递扭矩;

多个发动机离合器片,与所述共用离合器鼓的所述内周花键接合;
发动机离合器毂,固定到所述发动机输出轴的延伸端;
多个发动机离合器盘,交替地设置在所述多个发动机离合器片之间,并且与所述发动机离合器毂的外周花键接合;以及
发动机离合器活塞,设置在发动机从动缸和所述多个发动机离合器片之间,以通过所述发动机从动缸摩擦地操作所述多个发动机离合器片和所述多个发动机离合器盘。
4.根据权利要求3所述的动力传递设备,其中,所述发动机从动缸在所述前盖的所述支撑端的内部形成。
5.根据权利要求1所述的动力传递设备,其中,所述第一离合器包括:
多个第一离合器片,与所述共用离合器鼓的所述内周花键接合;
第一离合器毂,通过第一连接件与所述第一输出轴的外周花键接合;
多个第一离合器盘,交替地设置在所述多个第一离合器片之间,并且与所述第一离合器毂的外周花键接合;以及

7.根据权利要求5所述的动力传递设备,其中,所述第三离合器包括:
第三离合器鼓,设置在所述第一离合器的径向内部,并且连接到所述共用离合器鼓的所述内周以在轴向方向上固定;
多个第三离合器片,与所述第三离合器鼓的内周花键接合;
第三离合器毂,通过第三连接件与所述第三输出轴的外周花键接合;
多个第三离合器盘,交替地设置在所述多个第三离合器片之间,并且与所述第三离合器毂的外周花键接合;以及
第三离合器活塞,设置在第三从动缸和所述多个第三离合器片之间,并且构造为通过所述第三从动缸摩擦地操作所述多个第三离合器片和所述多个第三离合器盘。
8.根据权利要求7所述的动力传递设备,其中,所述第三连接件经由插入在所述第三连接件和所述第一连接件之间的轴承由所述第一连接件在轴向方向上支撑。
9.根据权利要求7所述的动力传递设备,其中,所述第三离合器还包括恢复单元,所述恢复单元设置在所述第三离合器活塞与连接到所述第三离合器毂的所述第三连接件之间。
10.根据权利要求9所述的动力传递设备,其中,所述恢复单元包括:
支撑件,具有径向内部和径向外部,所述支撑件的所述径向内部经由轴承由所述第三连接件的外周可旋转地支撑,所述支撑件的所述径向外部与所述第三离合器鼓的所述内周花键接合;以及
多个弹簧,设置在所述支撑件和所述第三离合器活塞之间。
11.根据权利要求7所述的动力传递设备,其中,所述第一从动缸和所述第三从动缸在径向方向上以两排安装在变速箱中。
12.根据权利要求1所述的动力传递设备,其中,所述第二离合器包括:
第二离合器鼓,设置在所述行星齿轮组的径向外部,并且通过第二连接件与所述输入轴花键接合;
多个第二离合器片,与所述第二离合器鼓的内周花键接合;
第二离合器毂,固定地连接到所述行星齿轮组的所述太阳轮;
多个第二离合器盘,交替地设置在所述多个第二离合器片之间,并且与所述第二离合器毂的外周花键接合;以及
第二从动缸,设置在变速箱中,并且构造为摩擦地操作所述多个第二离合器片和所述多个第二离合器盘。
13.根据权利要求12所述的动力传递设备,其中,所述第二连接件经由轴承由所述连接环和所述变速箱在轴向方向上可旋转地支撑。
14.根据权利要求12所述的动力传递设备,其中,所述第二从动缸包括:
第二离合器活塞,在轴向方向上对应于所述多个第二离合器片,并且设置在形成于所述变速箱中的液压室中;
支撑轴承,设置在所述第二离合器片和所述第二离合器活塞之间;以及
复位弹簧,设置在所述第二离合器活塞的径向外部与固定到所述变速箱的弹簧保持器之间。
