本发明涉及一种纵置混合动力车辆驱动装置,它包括:发动机、与所述发动机同轴布置的第一电动机与第二电动机、与所述第一电动机相连的第一齿轮组、与所述第二电动机相连的第二齿轮组、连接所述发动机与所述第一齿轮组的输入轴以及连接所述输入轴与所述第二齿轮组的输出轴,所述输入轴和输出轴与所述发动机同轴布置;本发明纵置混合动力车辆驱动装置采用发动机和两个电动机相连的方案,具有普通增程式车辆低速燃油经济性优势的同时带有发动机直驱功能,有利于进一步的降低整车油耗;而且通过控制离合器的开闭而实现某些组件的之间的耦合与解耦,避免了不必要的空转,进一步减少了能量的损失。

本发明属于汽车动力系统技术领域,具体涉及一种纵置混合动力车辆驱动装置。
背景技术
近些年来,环保问题越来越受到国内外的重视,各国都在不断提高汽车尾气的排放标准。仅仅依靠优化发动机来应对日益严苛的排放法规要求难度越来越大。而纯电动车辆虽然取代了一部分的燃油车,但是目前纯电动车辆由于受到电池成本、充电、续航以及寿命等问题的限制,暂时无法完全取代燃油车。所以采用电动机和发动机进行配合工作的混合动力车辆成为了一种比较理想的解决方案。其中增程式就是其中的一种比较有代表性的方案,利用发动机驱动电动机进行发电给电池充电,再利用电动机驱动车辆。这种方案可以在车辆低速的时候即传统燃油车发动机低效率区的时候大大的节省油耗。但是这种结构无法直接利用发动机的高效区驱动车辆,同时机械能和电能之间的转换过程中也存在着能量损失,使得车辆在中高速行驶时相比于传统燃油车没有优势,甚至处于劣势。
发明内容
本发明目的是为了克服现有技术的不足而提供一种纵置混合动力车辆驱动装置。
为达到上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案是:一种纵置混合动力车辆驱动装置,它包括:
发动机、与所述发动机同轴布置的第一电动机与第二电动机、与所述第一电动机相连的第一齿轮组、与所述第二电动机相连的第二齿轮组、连接所述发动机与所述第一齿轮组的输入轴以及连接所述输入轴与所述第二齿轮组的输出轴,所述输入轴和输出轴与所述发动机同轴布置;
它具备至少以下3种驱动力传递路径:
第一驱动力传递路径,其用于所述发动机通过第一齿轮组和所述第一电动机之间传递动力,可用于第一电动机启动发动机,也可用于发动机驱动第一电动机发电;
第二驱动力传递路径,其用于所述第二电动机通过第二齿轮组和所述输出轴之间传递动力,可用于第二电动机驱动输出轴,也可用于第二电动机回收制动能量;
第三驱动力传递路径,其用于发动机通过输入轴和输出轴之间传递动力,用于发动机直接驱动车辆前进。

由于上述技术方案运用,本发明与现有技术相比具有下列优点:本发明纵置混合动力车辆驱动装置采用发动机和两个电动机相连的方案,具有普通增程式车辆低速燃油经济性优势的同时带有发动机直驱功能,有利于进一步的降低整车油耗;而且通过控制离合器的开闭而实现某些组件的之间的耦合与解耦,避免了不必要的空转,进一步减少了能量的损失。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图所示的实施例对本发明作进一步描述。
实施例1
如图1至图4所示,本发明纵置混合动力车辆驱动装置主要包括发动机1、减振装置11、输入轴2、第一电动机3、第一齿轮组4、第一离合器51、输出轴6、第二电动机7、第二齿轮组8、驱动轮91和差速器92等,其中输入轴2、输出轴6、第一电动机3、第二电动机7和第一离合器51均与发动机1同轴布置。
第一电动机3通过第一齿轮组4与发动机1相连接。输入轴2一端连接在第一齿轮组4上,另一端与发动机1相连。减振装置11设置在发动机1与输入轴2之间(减振装置11用于减轻发动机1带来的振动,改善连接的平顺性)。第二电动机7通过第二齿轮组8与输出轴6相连接。第一离合器51一端连接在输入轴2上,另一端连接在输出轴6上(可通过控制第一离合器51的开闭选择性的结合与分离输入轴2和输出轴6)。差速器92连接在输出轴6端部(差速器92可以满足车辆转弯时两侧车轮转速不同的要求)。驱动轮91与差速器92相连,用于支撑车壳前行。
进一步地,第一齿轮组4主要包括一级第一齿轮41、一级第二齿轮42、一级第三齿轮43和一级第四齿轮44等。一级第三齿轮43与输入轴2相连(可通过键连接的方式实现输入轴2与一级第三齿轮43的连接),一级第四齿轮44与一级第三齿轮43相啮合,一级第二齿轮42与一级第四齿轮44同轴布置且与输入轴2平行(一级第二齿轮42可随着一级第四齿轮44的转动而同步转动),一级第一齿轮41与一级第二齿轮42相啮合。
进一步地,第二齿轮组8主要包括二级第一齿轮81、二级第二齿轮82、二级第三齿轮83和二级第四齿轮84等。二级第三齿轮83与输出轴6相连(可通过键连接的方式实现二级第三齿轮83与输出轴6的连接),二级第四齿轮84与二级第三齿轮83相啮合,二级第二齿轮82与二级第四齿轮84同轴布置且与输出轴6平行(二级第二齿轮82可随着二级第四齿轮84的转动而同步转动),二级第一齿轮81与二级第二齿轮82相啮合。
进一步的,第一电动机3具有第一电机轴33、第一转子32与第一定子31等。第一电机轴33与一级第一齿轮41相连接(在本实施例中,第一电机轴33与输入轴2采用套轴设计)。第一转子32与第一电机轴33相连接,第一定子31设置在第一转子32的外侧。
进一步的,第二电动机7具有第二电机轴73、第二转子72与第二定子71等。第二电机轴73与二级第一齿轮81相连接(在本实施例中,第二电机轴73与输出轴6采用套轴设计)。第二转子72与第二电机轴73相连接,第二定子71设置在第二转子72外侧。
进一步的,本发明具备至少以下三种驱动力传递路径:
如图2所示,第一驱动力传递路径为发动机1的驱动力经过减振装置11、输入轴2、一级第三齿轮43、一级第四齿轮44、一级第二齿轮42和一级第一齿轮41传递到第一电动机3。反之第一电动机3的驱动力亦可传递到发动机1。
如图3所示,第二驱动力传递路径为第二电动机7的驱动力经过二级第一齿轮81、二级第二齿轮82、二级第四齿轮84、二级第三齿轮83、输出轴6和差速器92传递到驱动轮91。反之驱动轮91的驱动力亦可传递到第二电动机7。
如图4所示,第三驱动力传递路径为发动机1的驱动力经过输入轴2、第一离合器51和输出轴6传递到驱动轮91。
在实际使用时,将发动机1的动力传递到第一电动机3进行发电,将电量存储到电池中。再利用电池驱动第二电动机7通过第二驱动力传递路径将动力传递给驱动轮91驱动车辆行驶。这样可以使得发动机1一直处在高效区,有利于降低油耗。
由于发动机1启动时油耗较高,此时也可以利用第一驱动力传递路径,将第一电动机3的驱动力传递到发动机1,将发动机1的转速拖动到较高的转速后再点火,有利于降低油耗。
当车辆行驶时,利用第二驱动力传递路径,将第二电动机7的驱动力传递至驱动轮91,驱动车辆行驶。当车辆制动时,利用第二驱动力传递路径,将驱动轮91的驱动力传递至第二电动机7进行发电,回收制动能量。
由于机械能到电能,再到机械能的过程中能量存在损失,所以当整车的行驶的车速和扭矩正好在发动机1的高效区时,可以通过闭合第一离合器51,直接利用第三驱动力传递路径,利用发动机1直接驱动车辆,避免了能量转换过程中的损失。同时也可以将发动机1、第一电动机3和第二电动机7的动力进行耦合同时驱动车辆,即提高了整车的动力性也降低了第二电动机7的功率需求,有利于降低电机成本。
实施例2
如图5所示,相比于实施例1,实施例2在实施例1的基础上,在第一电机轴33和一级第一齿轮41之间设置了第二离合器52,在第二电机轴73和二级第一齿轮81之间设置了第三离合器53。
发动机1与第一电动机3之间采用第一齿轮组4连接,发动机1与第一电动机3转速无法解耦。在实施例2中,通过第二离合器52可以实现发动机1与第一电动机3的结合和断开,当发动机1直驱车辆行驶时,第一电动机3可以选择性的驱动和脱开,避免不必要的跟转。
同理,驱动轮91与第二电动机7之间采用第二齿轮组8连接,输出轴6与第二电动机7转速无法解耦。在实施例2中,通过第三离合器53可以实现输出轴6与第二电动机7的结合和断开,当发动机1直驱车辆行驶时,第二电动机7可以选择性的驱动和脱开,避免不必要的跟转。
实施例3
如图6所示,相比于实施例1,实施例3在实施例1的基础上,在第二电机轴73和二级第一齿轮81之间设置了第三离合器53。其特点和优势可参考实施例2,在这里就不再详细描述。
实施例4
如图7所示,相比于实施例1,实施例4在实施例1的基础上,在第一电机轴33和一级第一齿轮41之间设置了第二离合器52。其特点和优势可参考第二实施方式,在这里就不再详细描述。

Claims (8)

1.一种纵置混合动力车辆驱动装置,其特征在于,它包括:
发动机(1)、与所述发动机(1)同轴布置的第一电动机(3)与第二电动机(7)、与所述第一电动机(3)相连的第一齿轮组(4)、与所述第二电动机(7)相连的第二齿轮组(8)、连接所述发动机(1)与所述第一齿轮组(4)的输入轴(2)以及连接所述输入轴(2)与所述第二齿轮组(8)的输出轴(6),所述输入轴(2)和输出轴(6)与所述发动机(1)同轴布置;
它具备至少以下3种驱动力传递路径:
第一驱动力传递路径,其用于所述发动机(1)通过第一齿轮组(4)和所述第一电动机(3)之间传递动力,可用于第一电动机(3)启动发动机(1),也可用于发动机(1)驱动第一电动机(3)发电;
第二驱动力传递路径,其用于所述第二电动机(7)通过第二齿轮组(8)和所述输出轴(6)之间传递动力,可用于第二电动机(7)驱动输出轴(6),也可用于第二电动机(7)回收制动能量;
第三驱动力传递路径,其用于发动机(1)通过输入轴(2)和输出轴(6)之间传递动力,用于发动机(1)直接驱动车辆前进。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种纵置混合动力车辆驱动装置,其特征在于:它还包括连接在所述发动机(1)与所述输入轴(6)之间的减振装置(11)、连接在所述输入轴(2)与所述输出轴(6)之间的第一离合器(51)、连接在所述输出轴(6)端部的差速器(92)以及与所述差速器(92)相连的驱动轮(91),所述第一离合器(51)与所述发动机(1)同轴布置。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种纵置混合动力车辆驱动装置,其特征在于:所述第一齿轮组(4)包括与所述输入轴(2)相连的一级第三齿轮(43)、与所述一级第三齿轮(43)相啮合的一级第四齿轮(44)、与所述一级第四齿轮(44)同轴布置的一级第二齿轮(42)以及与所述一级第二齿轮(42)相啮合的一级第一齿轮(41)。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种纵置混合动力车辆驱动装置,其特征在于:所述第二齿轮组(8)包括与所述输出轴(6)相连的二级第三齿轮(83)、与所述二级第三齿轮(83)相啮合的二级第四齿轮(84)、与所述二级第四齿轮(84)同轴布置的二级第二齿轮(82)以及与所述二级第二齿轮(82)相啮合的二级第一齿轮(81)。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种纵置混合动力车辆驱动装置,其特征在于:所述第一电动机(3)具有与所述一级第一齿轮(41)相连的第一电机轴(33)、与所述第一电机轴(33)相连的第一转子(32)以及设置在所述第一转子(32)外侧的第一定子(31)。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种纵置混合动力车辆驱动装置,其特征在于:所述第二电动机(7)具有与所述二级第一齿轮(81)相连的第二电机轴(73)、与所述第二电机轴(73)相连的第二转子(72)以及设置在所述第二转子(72)外侧的第二定子(71)。
7.根据权利要求5所述的一种纵置混合动力车辆驱动装置,其特征在于:所述第一电机轴(33)与所述输入轴(2)采用套轴设计。
8.根据权利要求6所述的一种纵置混合动力车辆驱动装置,其特征在于:所述第二电机轴(73)与所述输出轴(6)采用套轴设计。
