本发明公开了一种混合动力系统,属于混合动力汽车领域。该混合动力系统包括:发动机,蓄电池组,离合器,永磁磁阻双转子电机,减速器,差速器以及车轮。其中,发动机,第一离合器相连,永磁磁阻双转子电机,第二离合器,减速器,差速器与车轮顺次机械相连。蓄电池组通过内转子绕组与定子绕组分别为内电机与外电机供电。本发明提供的混合动力系统可以使发动机与蓄电池组能够经过永磁磁阻双转子电机单独或者共同为车轮提供动力,从而实现电能与化石燃料对汽车的混合驱动。在本发明中,永磁磁阻双转子电机可以看作一种电子变速箱,它的存在大大减少了整个系统的复杂程度以及齿轮的数量,可以在一定程度上提高混合动力系统的运行效率。

背景技术:
传统的混合动力汽车往往涉及变速箱和行星齿轮,这些复杂的齿轮传动必然会增加整个混合动力系统的复杂度,进而降低整个系统的效率。
因此使用一台双转子电机取代变速箱,行星齿轮以及电机的方法可以大大简化整个混合动力系统。仅仅使用一台双转子电机就可以很好的分配发动机和蓄电池组的能量,进而提高发动机的运行效率和整个混合动力系统的运行效率。

本发明实施提供了基于一种双转子电机的混合动力系统,可解决上述技术问题。具体技术方案如下:
本发明实施提供了一种混合动力系统,所述混合动力系统包括:发动机,第一离合器,永磁磁阻双转子电机,第二离合器,减速器,差动器,车轮;
所述永磁磁阻双转子电机的内转子绕组和定子绕组分别通过逆变器1和逆变器2以并联的方式电连接于蓄电池组。
所述发动机,第一离合器,永磁磁阻双转子电机,第二离合器,减速器,差动器,车轮顺次传动连接;
在一种可能的设计中,所述混合动力系统的运行模式包括:纯电动模式,纯发动机驱动模式,混合驱动模式,行车发电模式,驻车发电模式以及能量回收模式。

通过调整第一离合器,第二离合器,逆变器1,逆变器2的状态,可以使混合动力系统处于不同的工作模式,通过不同的工作模式充分利用化石燃料燃烧的热能和蓄电池组提供的电能,使得混合动力系统处于能够对能量高效利用的状态,从而降低能耗,节约能源,降低成本。具体的,该混合动力系统包括:纯电动模式,纯发动机驱动模式,混合驱动模式,行车充电模式,驻车充电模式,能量回收模式。
在纯电动模式中,如附图2所示,当蓄电池组和逆变器2单独工作时,发动机与逆变器1不工作,第一离合器断开,第二离合器闭合,通过永磁磁阻双转子电机中的外电机驱动车轮工作。具体的,蓄电池组放电,通过逆变器2将蓄电池组放出的直流电转换为交流电,并将该交流电传递至定子绕组,通过外电机将电能转换为机械能,并使该机械能经减速器,差动器带动车轮转动。
在纯发动机工作模式种,如附图3所示,蓄电池组,发动机,逆变器1以及逆变器2同时工作,第一离合器和第二离合器均处于闭合状态。但蓄电池组并不直接提供能量,所有的能量均来源于发动机的输出能量。此使蓄电池起到中间过度桥梁的作用,将发动机输出能量中的一部分通过内电机发电经由逆变器1暂时储存起来,再通过外电机电动经由逆变器2完全释放给外转子,整个过程蓄电池保持电能不变。外转子通过电池和气隙接收到发动机的输出能量进行转动,进而带动车轮转动。在此模式下,永磁磁阻双转子电机可以完全视为一台变速箱。
在混合驱动模式下,如附图4所示,蓄电池组,发动机,逆变器1,逆变器2,第一离合器,第二离合器的工作状态与所述纯发动机工作模式相同。唯一的区别在于蓄电池组的电能在该模式下不再保持不变。在该模式下,外转子得到的机械能量不再完全来源于发动机的输出能量,还有一部分能量来源于蓄电池组的电能。特别是在加速和爬坡过程中,由于发动机在最佳工作效率区工作无法提供整个系统所需要的机械功率,为保证发动机的燃油效率,此时蓄电池组的电能作为一个补充通过逆变器2外电机电动为外转子提供额外的机械能。外转子在发动机输出机械能和蓄电池组所放电能的共同驱动下转动,进而带动车轮转动。
在行车充电模式下,如附图5所示,蓄电池组,发动机,逆变器1,逆变器2,第一离合器,第二离合器的工作状态与所述纯发动机工作模式相同。唯一的区别在于蓄电池组的电能在该模式下不再保持不变。在该模式下,外转子所需要的机械能量大于发动机的输出能量,为了保证发动机工作在最佳效率提高燃油效率,此时蓄电池组用于接收发动机输出的多余能量,通过逆变器1内电机发电将机械能转换为电能存储于蓄电池组中,而这一部分能量将不再通过外电机电动传递给外转子。外转子在发动机输出的一部分能量驱动下转动,进而带动车轮转动。
在驻车充电模式下,如附图6所示,蓄电池组,逆变器1和发动机工作而逆变器2不工作;第一离合器闭合,第二离合器断开。在该模式下,发动机的输出能量完全提供给蓄电池充电,发动机带动内转子转动经逆变器1内电机发电将全部机械能转换为电能存储在蓄电池组中。
在能量回收模式中,如附图7所示,蓄电池组,逆变器2工作而发动机和逆变器1不工作;第一离合器断开,第二离合器闭合。在该模式下,车轮电制动下的机械能经由差动器,减速器逆向传递给永磁磁阻双转子电机的外转子上,这一部分机械能通过逆变器2外电机发电转换为电能回收存储到蓄电池组中。
综上,本发明实施例提供的混合动力系统,通过永磁磁阻双转子电机的引入大大简化了混合动力系统的结构;同时通过合理的调整离合器和逆变器的工作状态,使得该该混合动力系统可以工作在6种不同的工作模式下,提高了整车的燃油经济性和效率。

Claims (9)

1.基于一种双转子电机的混合动力系统,其特征在于,所述混合动力系统包括:发动机(1),第一离合器(2),永磁磁阻双转子电机(3),第二离合器(4)减速器(5),差动器(6),车轮(7);
所述发动机(1),第一离合器(2),永磁磁阻双转子电机(3),第二离合器(4),减速器(5),差速器(6),车轮(7)顺次传动相连。
2.根据权利要求1所述的混合动力系统,其特征在于,所述混合动力系统还包括:电连接的逆变器1(8),逆变器2(9)和蓄电池组(X);
所述逆变器1(8)与所述永磁磁阻双转子电机(3)中内转子绕组电连接;
所述逆变器2(9)与所述永磁磁阻双转子电机(3)中定子绕组电连接;
所述逆变器1(8)与逆变器2(9)以并联的方式电连接于蓄电池组(X)。
3.根据权利要求1和权利要求2所述的混合动力系统,其特征在于,所述混合动力系统的运行模式包括:纯电动模式,纯发动机驱动模式,混合驱动模式,行车发电模式,驻车发电模式以及能量回收模式。
4.根据权利要求3所述的混合动力系统,其特征在于,在所述纯电动模式中,所述发动机(1)不工作,第一离合器(2)断开,第二离合器(4)闭合,逆变器1(8)不工作,蓄电池组(X)通过逆变器2(9)给定子绕组供电驱动永磁磁阻双转子电机(3)中的外转子转动,进而驱动所述车轮(7)转动。
5.根据权利要求3所述的混合动力系统,其特征在于,在所述纯发动机驱动模式中,第一离合器(2)闭合,第二离合器(4)闭合,发动机(1)驱动永磁磁阻双转子电机(3)的内转子转动,进而驱动所述车轮(7)转动。
6.根据权利要求3所述的混合动力系统,其特征在于,在所述混合驱动模式中,第一离合器(2)闭合,第二离合器(4)闭合,发动机(1)驱动永磁磁阻双转子电机(3)的内转子转动,蓄电池组(X)经过逆变器2(9)给定子绕组供电驱动外转子转动,进而驱动所述车轮(7)转动。
7.根据权利要求3所述的混合动力系统,其特征在于,在所述行车发电模式中,第一离合器(2)闭合,第二离合器(4)闭合,发动机(1)驱动永磁磁阻双转子电机(3)的内转子转动,其中一部分能量经过逆变器1(8)给蓄电池组(X)充电,另一部分能量驱动外转子转动,进而驱动所述车轮(7)转动。
8.根据权利要求3所述的混合动力系统,其特征在于,在所述驻车发电模式中,第一离合器(2)闭合,第二离合器(4)断开,发动机(1)驱动永磁磁阻双转子电机(3)的内转子转动,全部能量经过逆变器1(8)给蓄电池组(X)充电。
9.根据权利要求3所述的混合动力系统,其特征在于,在所述能量回收模式中,第一离合器(2)断开,第二离合器(4)闭合,所述车轮(7)经过差速器和减速器逆向驱动永磁磁阻双转子电机(3)的外转子转动,全部能量经过逆变器2(9)给蓄电池组(X)充电。
