一种氦气隔离阀阀瓣密封面研磨方法,包括阀瓣密封面研磨工装,研磨工装包括底座、防转块、阀瓣研磨件、压板、紧固件、传动杆、动力组件;先将防转块放入底座的竖直孔中;然后将阀瓣缺口对准防转块的缺口装入底座;再将阀瓣研磨件安装到传动杆后,再将传动杆插入压板;再将阀瓣研磨件和传动杆连同压板装到底座上,拧紧紧固件;最后将动力组件装到传动杆上,启动动力组件,对阀瓣密封面进行研磨修复。本发明的有益效果是,在阀门内漏超标时,在线进行超标原因的排查,阀瓣密封面专用工装,可以直接在现场对阀瓣密封面进行研磨修复。在修复时阀体仍保留在管路上,无需将其割下,节约了大量的人力、物力和时间。

本发明涉及一种氦气隔离阀阀瓣密封面研磨方法。
背景技术
在高温气冷堆中,通常使用隔离阀来隔离氦气。为了保证高温气冷堆工作的可靠性,需定期对系统中的隔离阀进行检修。目前,隔离阀通常采用对焊连接的方式与管路相连,以保证阀门与管路连接处的密封性。在对阀门进行检修时,需要将阀门从管路上割离下来,浪费了大量的人力、物力和时间。
发明内容
为了解决现有技术不足,本发明提供一种氦气隔离阀阀瓣密封面研磨方法。
本发明的技术方案是,一种氦气隔离阀阀瓣密封面研磨方法,包括阀瓣密封面研磨工装,研磨工装包括底座、防转块、阀瓣研磨件、压板、紧固件、传动杆、动力组件;
研磨方法包括以下步骤:
步骤一:将防转块放入底座的竖直孔中;
步骤二:将阀瓣缺口对准防转块的缺口装入底座;
步骤三:将阀瓣研磨件安装到传动杆后,将传动杆插入压板;
步骤四:将阀瓣研磨件和传动杆连同压板装到底座上,拧紧紧固件;
步骤五:将动力组件装到传动杆上,启动动力组件,对阀瓣密封面进行研磨修复。
本发明的有益效果是,在阀门内漏超标时,在线进行超标原因的排查,阀瓣密封面专用工装,可以直接在现场对阀瓣密封面进行研磨修复。在修复时阀体仍保留在管路上,无需将其割下,节约了大量的人力、物力和时间。

具体实施方式
如图所示,一种氦气隔离阀阀瓣密封面研磨方法,包括阀瓣密封面研磨工装,研磨工装包括底座1、防转块2、阀瓣研磨件3、压板4、紧固件5、传动杆6、动力组件7;
研磨方法包括以下步骤:
步骤一:将防转块2放入底座1的竖直孔中;
步骤二:将阀瓣8缺口对准防转块2的缺口装入底座;
步骤三:将阀瓣研磨件3安装到传动杆6后,将传动杆6插入压板4;
步骤四:将阀瓣研磨件3和传动杆6连同压板4装到底座1上,拧紧紧固件5;
步骤五:将动力组件7装到传动杆6上,启动动力组件7,对阀瓣密封面进行研磨修复。

研磨方法包括以下步骤:
步骤一:将防转块放入底座的竖直孔中;
步骤二:将阀瓣缺口对准防转块的缺口装入底座;
步骤三:将阀瓣研磨件安装到传动杆后,将传动杆插入压板;
步骤四:将阀瓣研磨件和传动杆连同压板装到底座上,拧紧紧固件;
步骤五:将动力组件装到传动杆上,启动动力组件,对阀瓣密封面进行研磨修复。
