Abstract
本发明提出一种冷轧硅钢钢带环保涂层预涂敷方法及装置,通过上下两根喷管喷出,其中上喷管喷射到橡胶隔离挡板上,下喷管喷射到下预涂覆辊上,硅钢钢带依次通过预涂覆辊辊缝、挤干辊辊缝完成预涂覆,预涂覆液经预涂覆液收集槽回收至预涂覆液循环系统。所述的硅钢钢带环保涂层预涂敷装置的上预涂覆辊和下预涂覆辊都为带浅刻槽的橡胶辊,其中上涂覆辊为气动升降式自由辊,可通过两端气缸压力调节辊子压紧力,能够调节涂敷的厚度,本发明提高环保涂层涂覆均匀性,提高环保涂层厚度控制精度。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于冷轧硅钢生产设备的技术领域,尤其涉及一种冷轧硅钢钢带环保涂层预涂敷方法及装置。
背景技术
连续退火生产线是对冷轧硅钢进行前清洗、退火、后清洗、涂层、干燥等一系列工序的连续生产机组,硅钢钢带经过硅钢连退线退火炉热处理后,需要在钢带表面涂覆一层环保绝缘涂层,该涂层为有机涂层,不含重铬酸根等重金属离子。目前常用的涂覆方法是采用三辊式或六辊式的工艺方法进行涂覆。但是,现有技术中的难题是,由于环保涂层的粘度较大,当涂覆厚度较厚时,表面涂层均匀性差,涂层厚度精度控制难度大。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于针对上述存在的问题,提供一种冷轧硅钢钢带环保涂层预涂敷方法及装置,在环保涂层涂敷之前进行的一种预涂覆方法,提高环保涂层涂覆均匀性,提高环保涂层厚度控制精度。
本发明解决上述技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种冷轧硅钢钢带环保涂层预涂敷方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
S1)预涂覆液经过预涂覆液循环系统输送到喷管,上喷管的预涂覆液先喷到橡胶隔离挡板上,然后反射到在钢带上,钢带携带上表面的预涂覆液进入辊缝;下预涂覆辊的预涂覆液先喷到下预涂覆辊上,然后下预涂覆辊携带下表面的预涂覆液进入辊缝预涂覆辊,预涂覆辊转动时,将预涂覆液均匀地涂覆在硅钢钢带表面,随后钢带进入挤干辊辊缝,挤干辊能够使钢带表面的预涂覆液进行再次均匀化,使得在硅钢钢带表面形成均匀、厚度符合要求的预涂层;
S2)根据绝缘涂层的厚度要求,改变预涂覆辊和挤干辊作用在钢带上的压力值,从而实现预涂覆辊涂覆的绝缘涂层厚度的变化。当需要涂覆绝缘涂层薄时,通过位置调节部件将预涂覆辊和挤干辊向靠近钢带方向移动,预涂覆辊和挤干辊作用在钢带钢带上的压力增大,这时预涂覆辊和挤干辊涂覆在硅钢钢带表面的绝缘涂层厚度变薄,当需要涂覆的绝缘涂层厚时,通过位置调节部件将预涂覆辊和挤干辊向远离钢带方向移动,预涂覆辊和挤干辊作用在取料辊上的压力减小,这时预涂覆辊和挤干辊涂覆在硅钢钢带表面的绝缘涂层厚度变厚。
一种冷轧硅钢钢带环保涂层预涂敷装置,其特征在于,包括机架、上、下预涂覆辊、预涂覆液喷涂系统、预涂覆液回收系统和上、下挤干辊,所述上、下预涂覆辊和上、下挤干辊通过所述机架定位安装,所述预涂覆液喷涂系统包括上喷管、下喷管、挡板、预涂覆液储罐和循环泵,所述循环泵的进口与所述预涂覆液储罐的出口相连通,循环泵的进口与所述上喷管及下喷管相连通,所述挡板通过机架对应于冷轧硅钢钢带上表面倾斜安设,所述上喷管管口对应于挡板安设,所述下喷管管口对应于下预涂覆辊安设,所述预涂覆液回收系统包括预涂覆液收集槽和回收管,所述预涂覆液收集槽设于上、下预涂覆辊下方,通过所述回收管与预涂覆液储罐的进口相连通。
按上述方案,还包括调缝系统,所述调缝系统为气缸,安设于所述机架上,分别与所述上预涂覆辊和上挤干辊相连,带动上预涂覆辊和上挤干辊垂直移动,调节辊缝大小。
按上述方案,所述上、下预涂覆辊的辊面上均布凹槽。
按上述方案,所述挡板底端与冷轧硅钢钢带的接触点到预涂覆辊缝点的直线距离与下预涂覆辊的预涂覆液接触点到预涂覆辊缝点的辊面弧长相等。
按上述方案,所述挡板、上、下预涂覆辊和上、下挤干辊均由橡胶材料制成。
本发明的有益效果是:提供一种冷轧硅钢钢带环保涂层预涂敷方法及装置,结构简单,能够方便快捷地对硅钢钢带表面进行绝缘涂层涂覆作业,能够对涂覆的涂层的涂覆厚度和涂覆均匀性实现精确控制。

具体实施方式
为更好地理解本发明,下面结合附图和实施例对本发明作进一步的描述。
如图1所示,一种冷轧硅钢钢带环保涂层预涂敷装置,包括机架、上预涂覆辊1、下预涂覆辊2、预涂覆液喷涂系统、预涂覆液回收系统和上挤干辊3、下挤干辊4,上、下预涂覆辊和上、下挤干辊通过机架定位安装,预涂覆液喷涂系统包括上喷管5、下喷管6、挡板7、预涂覆液储罐8和循环泵9,循环泵的进口与预涂覆液储罐的出口相连通,循环泵的进口与上喷管及下喷管相连通,挡板通过机架对应于冷轧硅钢钢带13上表面倾斜安设,上喷管管口对应于挡板安设,下喷管管口对应于下预涂覆辊安设,预涂覆液回收系统包括预涂覆液收集槽10和回收管11,预涂覆液收集槽设于上、下预涂覆辊下方,通过回收管与预涂覆液储罐的进口相连通。
还包括调缝系统,调缝系统为气缸12,安设于机架上,分别与上预涂覆辊和上挤干辊相连,带动上预涂覆辊和上挤干辊垂直移动,调节辊缝大小。
硅钢钢带设置为能够穿过上、下预涂覆辊,预涂覆辊为被动辊,通过气缸(或其他位置调节部件)压下使得辊缝紧密,通过带钢的带动来转动。带钢通过预涂覆辊后继续经过挤干辊,挤干辊与电机连接为主动辊,挤干辊能够使钢带表面的预涂覆液进行再次均匀化,使得在硅钢钢带表面形成均匀、厚度符合要求的预涂层。
上、下预涂覆辊的辊面上均布凹槽,通过改变凹槽的深度、形状、个数等参数,能够改变预涂覆辊携带的预涂覆液的量,也能够控制绝缘涂层的厚度,当需要绝缘涂层厚时,可使预涂覆辊表面凹槽的深度更深、凹槽角度更广、凹槽个数更多,这时预涂覆辊涂覆在硅钢钢带表面的绝缘涂层厚度变厚,当需要绝缘涂层薄时,可使预涂覆辊表面凹槽的深度更浅、凹槽角度更窄、凹槽个数更少,这时预涂覆辊涂覆在硅钢钢带表面的绝缘涂层厚度变薄,从而实现不同厚度的绝缘涂层的涂覆作业。
挡板底端与冷轧硅钢钢带的接触点到预涂覆辊缝点的直线距离AC与下预涂覆辊的预涂覆液接触点到预涂覆辊缝点的辊面弧长BC相等,预涂覆辊转动时,将预涂覆液均匀地涂覆在硅钢钢带表面。
挡板、上、下预涂覆辊和上、下挤干辊均由橡胶材料制成。
采用上述装置进行预涂敷,包括如下步骤:
S1)预涂覆液经过预涂覆液循环系统输送到喷管,上喷管的预涂覆液先喷到橡胶隔离挡板上,然后反射到在钢带上,钢带携带上表面的预涂覆液进入辊缝;下预涂覆辊的预涂覆液先喷到下预涂覆辊上,然后下预涂覆辊携带下表面的预涂覆液进入辊缝预涂覆辊,预涂覆辊转动时,将预涂覆液均匀地涂覆在硅钢钢带表面,随后钢带进入挤干辊辊缝,挤干辊能够使钢带表面的预涂覆液进行再次均匀化,使得在硅钢钢带表面形成均匀、厚度符合要求的预涂层;
S2)根据绝缘涂层的厚度要求,改变预涂覆辊和挤干辊作用在钢带上的压力值,从而实现预涂覆辊涂覆的绝缘涂层厚度的变化。当需要涂覆绝缘涂层薄时,通过位置调节部件将预涂覆辊和挤干辊向靠近钢带方向移动,预涂覆辊和挤干辊作用在钢带钢带上的压力增大,这时预涂覆辊和挤干辊涂覆在硅钢钢带表面的绝缘涂层厚度变薄,当需要涂覆的绝缘涂层厚时,通过位置调节部件将预涂覆辊和挤干辊向远离钢带方向移动,预涂覆辊和挤干辊作用在取料辊上的压力减小,这时预涂覆辊和挤干辊涂覆在硅钢钢带表面的绝缘涂层厚度变厚。

Claims (6)
1.一种冷轧硅钢钢带环保涂层预涂敷方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
S1)预涂覆液经过预涂覆液循环系统输送到喷管,上喷管的预涂覆液先喷到橡胶隔离挡板上,然后反射到在钢带上,钢带携带上表面的预涂覆液进入辊缝;下预涂覆辊的预涂覆液先喷到下预涂覆辊上,然后下预涂覆辊携带下表面的预涂覆液进入辊缝预涂覆辊,预涂覆辊转动时,将预涂覆液均匀地涂覆在硅钢钢带表面,随后钢带进入挤干辊辊缝,挤干辊能够使钢带表面的预涂覆液进行再次均匀化,使得在硅钢钢带表面形成均匀、厚度符合要求的预涂层;
S2)根据绝缘涂层的厚度要求,改变预涂覆辊和挤干辊作用在钢带上的压力值,从而实现预涂覆辊涂覆的绝缘涂层厚度的变化,当需要涂覆绝缘涂层薄时,通过位置调节部件将预涂覆辊和挤干辊向靠近钢带方向移动,预涂覆辊和挤干辊作用在钢带钢带上的压力增大,这时预涂覆辊和挤干辊涂覆在硅钢钢带表面的绝缘涂层厚度变薄,当需要涂覆的绝缘涂层厚时,通过位置调节部件将预涂覆辊和挤干辊向远离钢带方向移动,预涂覆辊和挤干辊作用在取料辊上的压力减小,这时预涂覆辊和挤干辊涂覆在硅钢钢带表面的绝缘涂层厚度变厚。
2.一种冷轧硅钢钢带环保涂层预涂敷装置,其特征在于,包括机架、上、下预涂覆辊、预涂覆液喷涂系统、预涂覆液回收系统和上、下挤干辊,所述上、下预涂覆辊和上、下挤干辊通过所述机架定位安装,所述预涂覆液喷涂系统包括上喷管、下喷管、挡板、预涂覆液储罐和循环泵,所述循环泵的进口与所述预涂覆液储罐的出口相连通,循环泵的进口与所述上喷管及下喷管相连通,所述挡板通过机架对应于冷轧硅钢钢带上表面倾斜安设,所述上喷管管口对应于挡板安设,所述下喷管管口对应于下预涂覆辊安设,所述预涂覆液回收系统包括预涂覆液收集槽和回收管,所述预涂覆液收集槽设于上、下预涂覆辊下方,通过所述回收管与预涂覆液储罐的进口相连通。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种冷轧硅钢钢带环保涂层预涂敷装置,其特征在于,还包括调缝系统,所述调缝系统为气缸,安设于所述机架上,分别与所述上预涂覆辊和上挤干辊相连,带动上预涂覆辊和上挤干辊垂直移动,调节辊缝大小。
4.根据权利要求2或3所述的一种冷轧硅钢钢带环保涂层预涂敷装置,其特征在于,所述上、下预涂覆辊的辊面上均布凹槽。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种冷轧硅钢钢带环保涂层预涂敷装置,其特征在于,所述挡板底端与冷轧硅钢钢带的接触点到预涂覆辊缝点的直线距离与下预涂覆辊的预涂覆液接触点到预涂覆辊缝点的辊面弧长相等。
6.根据权利要求2或5所述的一种冷轧硅钢钢带环保涂层预涂敷装置,其特征在于,所述挡板、上、下预涂覆辊和上、下挤干辊均由橡胶材料制成。
