本发明涉及不锈钢加工领域,尤其是涉及一种整卷不锈钢表面抗指纹加工装置及方法。
背景技术
现有的镜面不锈钢抗指纹产品仅有板材无指纹产品,现有无指纹不锈钢板材通过一次或多次加工得到良好的抗腐蚀、抗指纹能力以及具备良好的耐磨性能,现有的单张生产模式下需要配备大量的人力去操作,很难满足市场大批量的需求。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决现有技术中的问题,提出一种整卷不锈钢表面抗指纹加工装置及方法,采用自动化连续式生产工艺,节约人力物力,提高生产效率,可满足市场大批量的需求。
本发明采用的技术方案如下:
一种整卷不锈钢表面抗指纹加工装置,包括开卷机、清洗烘干一体装置、喷涂装置、烘烤装置、冷却装置和收卷机,所述开卷机、清洗烘干一体装置、喷涂装置、烘烤装置、冷却装置和收卷机从一端向另一端依次排布设置;
所述喷涂装置包括位于前段的辊涂装置和位于后段的喷涂装置,
所述辊涂装置包括至少一组压辊组,所述压辊组包括一个上压辊和二个下压辊,所述压辊组成品字型设置,不锈钢带从上压辊下侧及下压辊上侧穿过,所述上压辊表面设有防指纹油;
所述喷涂装置包括至少一组喷嘴组,所述喷嘴组包括多个沿不锈钢带横向均匀设置的喷嘴,不锈钢带从所述喷嘴下方距离喷嘴设定的高度穿过,所述喷嘴喷洒出雾状的防指纹油。
进一步地,所述压辊组设有二组,二组所述压辊组之间的距离为1~3米。
进一步地,所述喷嘴组设有二组,二组所述喷嘴组之间的距离为30-50厘米。
进一步地,所述清洗烘干一体装置包括位于前段的清洗装置和位于后段的烘干装置。

一种整卷不锈钢表面抗指纹加工方法,所述方法包括以下步骤:
1)开卷:利用开卷机将待加工的不锈钢卷打开,形成连续传输的不锈钢带;
2)清洗:不锈钢带传入清洗装置对其表面进行清洗,以去除不锈钢带表面的杂质;
3)烘干:将清洗后的不锈钢带传入烘干装置进行加热烘干,以去除不锈钢带表面的清洗水;
4)涂油:将烘干后的不锈钢带传入喷涂装置使其表面涂上一层抗指纹油,该抗指纹油的黏度为18-20s,油膜厚度约为0.1-2μm;
5)烘烤:将涂油后的不锈钢带传入烘烤箱进行烘烤,烘烤温度为300~350℃,烘烤时间为5~8min;
6)冷却:将烘烤后的不锈钢带传入冷却风箱中进行冷却,使其冷却至不高于50℃;
7)收卷:将冷却后的不锈钢带传入收卷机进行收卷,形成成品卷。
进一步地,所述步骤4中,首先,不锈钢带传入二组相距2米的压辊组进行辊压涂油,然后,不锈钢带再传入二组相距30厘米的喷嘴组进行喷洒涂油。
进一步地,所述步骤6)和步骤7)之间,还包括步骤8),所述步骤8)为检查:将冷却后的不锈钢带传入检查台,以检查不锈钢带表面油膜厚度,并反馈检查结果,根据该检查结果以控制步骤4)中的喷涂参数。

所述清洗烘干一体装置2用于对不锈钢带10进行清洗和烘干,清洗的目的是为了去除钢带表面的杂质,以免影响后续涂抗指纹油时影响其覆着效果;烘干的目的是对清洗水进行烘干,使获得表面干燥的钢带以供后续工序使用。在本实施例中,所述清洗烘干一体装置2包括位于前段的清洗装置和位于后段的烘干装置。所述清洗装置用作对钢带进行清洗,该清洗装置采用普通自来水作为清洗水源,通过喷淋的方式对钢带表面进行清洗清洁,清洗装置的具体结构可参照现有技术中的大多数喷淋设备,此处不再赘述。所述烘干装置用作对钢带表面的自来水进行烘干,使钢带表面干燥,烘干装置采用的烘干方式为热风干燥,即通过热风吹到钢带表面使其干燥。清洗装置和烘干装置设有共同连通的工作腔内,从而形成清洗烘干一体装置2。
在本实施例中,所述压辊组8设有二组,二组所述压辊组8之间的距离为1~3米。进一步地,所述喷嘴组9设有二组,二组所述喷嘴组9之间的距离为30-50厘米。当钢带穿过压辊组8时,上压辊81表面的防指纹油受压辊压力作用均匀的粘附到钢带表面,设置两组压辊组8,可使钢带表面的防指纹油附着更均匀。当钢带穿过述喷嘴组9时,喷嘴洒下的防指纹油落到钢带表面,使钢带表面以有的防指纹油层进一步加厚,通过设置,二组所述喷嘴组9,可更方便调控防指纹油层的厚度,调控更精准。需要说明的是,本发明中先通过压辊组8对钢带表面进行第一次附油操作,然后再通过喷嘴组9对钢带表面进行第二次附油操作,压辊组8对钢带表面进行附油操作时可做到均匀性,可防止和调节钢带表面不平导致的附油不均匀;通过压辊组8涂油使钢带表面获得一层薄的均匀油层后,再利用喷嘴组9进行涂油,喷嘴组9具有比压辊组8更快和更容易控制稍厚油层的功能,而且由于钢带第一层油层已相对均匀,使得第二次喷油时防指纹油更容易均匀散开,以保证最终油层的厚度均匀一致。所述防指纹油采用市面上常用的丙烯酸树脂改性涂料。
所述烘烤装置4用于对涂完防指纹油的钢带表面的防指纹油进行加热干燥,使形成固化的防指纹油层。所述烘烤装置4采用热风干燥风箱(或称烘烤箱)进行加热干燥,钢带在热风干燥风箱中连续传输一定的时间,完成加热干燥的目的和效果。在本实施例中,该热风干燥风箱或烘烤箱的烘烤温度为300~350℃,烘烤时间为5~8min(即钢带在该热风干燥风箱内的传输时间为5~8min)。
所述冷却装置5用于对从烘烤装置4中传出的热风干燥后的钢带进行降温,使钢带表面温度将到较低的温度范围以利于后续收卷,在本实施例中,所述冷却装置5设为冷却风箱。
在其中一种实施方式中,所述冷却装置5和所述收卷机7之间还设有检查台6,不锈钢带10从所述检查台6的上侧穿过。所述检查台6用作检测不锈钢带10表面防指纹油层的厚度,看是否达到要求的厚度,是否偏厚或偏薄。如若偏厚或偏薄,可调节前段的喷涂装置3进行调节喷油的厚度以控制到所需的厚度。在一种优选的实施方式中,可在检查台6正上方设有一激光测距装置,以实时检测传过不锈钢带10表面的距离,当检测距离小于设定的值时,则判断油膜厚度过厚;当检测距离大于设定的值时,则判断油膜厚度过薄,以实现自动检测的目的。
本施例还公开一种整卷不锈钢表面抗指纹加工方法,所述方法包括以下步骤:
第一步,开卷:利用开卷机1将待加工的不锈钢卷打开,形成连续传输的不锈钢带10;
第二步,清洗:不锈钢带10传入清洗装置对其表面进行清洗,以去除不锈钢带10表面的杂质;
第三步,烘干:将清洗后的不锈钢带10传入烘干装置进行加热烘干,以去除不锈钢带10表面的清洗水;
第四步,涂油:将烘干后的不锈钢带10传入喷涂装置3使其表面涂上一层抗指纹油,该抗指纹油的黏度为18-20s,油膜厚度约为0.1-2μm;
第五步,烘烤:将涂油后的不锈钢带10传入烘烤箱进行烘烤,烘烤温度为300~350℃,烘烤时间为5~8min;
第六步,冷却:将烘烤后的不锈钢带10传入冷却风箱中进行冷却,使其冷却至不高于50℃;
第七步,收卷:将冷却后的不锈钢带10传入收卷机7进行收卷,形成成品卷12。
进一步地,所述步骤四中,首先,不锈钢带10传入二组相距2米的压辊组8进行辊压涂油,然后,不锈钢带10再传入二组相距30厘米的喷嘴组9进行喷洒涂油。

9.根据权利要求7所述的一种整卷不锈钢表面抗指纹加工方法,其特征在于,所述步骤6)和步骤7)之间,还包括步骤8),所述步骤8)为检查:将冷却后的不锈钢带传入检查台,以检查不锈钢带表面油膜厚度,并反馈检查结果,根据该检查结果以控制步骤4)中的喷涂参数。
10.根据权利要求9所述的一种整卷不锈钢表面抗指纹加工方法,其特征在于,所述步骤8)的检查方法为:在检查台正上方设有一激光测距装置,以实时检测传过不锈钢带表面的距离,当检测距离小于设定的值时,则判断油膜厚度过厚;当检测距离大于设定的值时,则判断油膜厚度过薄。
