Description

Housing dehumidifying agent and preparation method thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of livestock and poultry breeding, in particular to a colony house dehumidifying agent and a preparation method thereof.
Background
At present, the livestock breeding industry faces many problems which seriously affect breeding benefits, for example, the breeding environment has high air humidity, the survival rate of newborn piglets is low after the newborn piglets are easily infected due to air-borne diseases, the traditional mode mainly depends on chemical disinfectants to kill viruses except vaccines and medicines, a large amount of chemical disinfectants are sprayed into a colony house after being diluted by water, although the epidemic situation is controlled to a certain degree, the damage is caused to the trachea, the bronchus, the respiratory mucosa and the like of the bred animals, the drug resistance is easily generated after long-term use, a large amount of disinfectant is remained in excrement, the pollution to the surrounding environment is aggravated, and the environment is not green enough.
For another example, the body surface of the newborn piglet is covered by the placenta and body fluid, and the newborn piglet is difficult to dry quickly in a short time only by a traditional baking lamp, so that the physical energy of the piglet is lost greatly, the colostrum eating time can be prolonged, and the survival rate of the piglet is even influenced.
In addition, the reasons influencing the survival rate of the piglets are also various diseases, such as diarrhea of the piglets is also a common frequently-occurring disease which is most frequently encountered by vast pig farmers and is an important reason for causing death of the piglets, clinically, piglets 1-3 days old are prone to suffer from piglet red dysentery, piglets 1-7 days old are prone to suffer from piglet yellow dysentery, piglets 10-30 days old are prone to suffer from piglet white dysentery, piglets before and after weaning are prone to suffer from piglet paratyphoid fever, and the like.
However, the conventionally used liquid disinfectant or the addition of antibiotics to drinking water and feed poses a series of safety problems.
Therefore, the problem to be solved by those skilled in the art is how to provide a green and safe colony-house desiccant with good treatment effect.

Performance testing
The colony house moisture scavengers prepared in examples 1-5 were applied to 5 pigsty under the same environment, once a day, at a dose of 10g/m2In the case of the piggery not applied with the piggery dehumidifying agent as a comparative example, after one week of use, the space humidity, ammonia concentration and sterilization rate of 6 piggeries were measured and calculated, respectively.
The results are shown in Table 1.
TABLE 1 results of measurement of examples 1 to 5 and control group
Test items Space humidity (%) Ammonia concentration (mg/m)3) Sterilizing rate (%)
Example 1 52 0.8 94
Example 2 51 0.7 95
Example 3 46 0.5 98
Example 4 48 0.6 97
Example 5 49 0.6 95
Comparative example 88 12.2 0
As can be seen from Table 1, compared with the comparative examples, after one week of use of the colony house moisture scavengers prepared in examples 1-5 of the present invention, the space humidity and ammonia gas concentration in the pig colony house were both greatly reduced, and the sterilization rate was as high as 98%. Among them, example 3 is the most preferable example.
The experiments show that the montmorillonite, the crop straw and the active carbon with stronger adsorption capacity are scientifically compounded with the natural plant essential oil, the traditional Chinese medicine extract and the seaweed extract with the antibacterial and bactericidal effects, so that the composite material has the advantages of excellent bactericidal and dehumidifying effects, stable performance, greenness, safety and obvious economic benefit.
