To facilitate movement of the entire device; as shown in fig. 3, the outer wall of the bottom of the training seat 1 is rotatably connected with four self-locking universal wheels 17; the convenience of moving the whole device is improved by arranging the self-locking universal wheel 17.
This embodiment is used: firstly, the adjusting screw 16 is rotated according to the height and the weight of the rehabilitation training personnel, so that the position of the seat plate 8 and the inclination angle of the backrest plate 11 are adjusted, the rehabilitation training personnel can train at the most comfortable position, then the rehabilitation training personnel lies on the outer surfaces of the seat plate 8 and the backrest plate 11, then the positions of the first holding rod 27 and the second holding rod 33 are adjusted by the first servo motor 10 and the first fastening screw 19, so that the first holding rod 27 and the second holding rod 33 can be placed at the positions where the upper limbs of the rehabilitation training personnel can touch, then the pulling rope 18 is tensioned by the electric slide 43, meanwhile, the feet of the rehabilitation training personnel step on the surface of the pedal 42, then the positions where the first holding rod 27 and the second holding rod 33 are clamped into the slots 35 are adjusted, so that the hands of the rehabilitation training personnel can better hold the anti-skid sleeve 28, after the training is ready, when the flexibility of the hand needs to be trained, the hand of a rehabilitation training person rotates the first holding rod 27 and the second holding rod 33, the pulling rope 18 is wound along the circumferential outer wall of the rotating roller frame 31, the pulling rope 18 drives the counterweight seat 38 to slide along the circumferential outer wall of the second guide post 39 in the winding process, so that the upper limb is exercised by using the pressure of the compression spring 40, the lower limb can push the pedal 42 according to the training condition of the upper limb in the movement process of the counterweight seat 38, so that the upper limb and the lower limb can be exercised simultaneously, meanwhile, the two counterweight seats 38 can be used independently according to the actual training condition, the lower limb can be exercised independently, when the strength of the hand needs to be trained, the accommodating frame 29 is driven to rotate to a certain angle by the servo motor 30, the first holding rod 27 and the second holding rod 33 are pulled, so that the surface of the lower spring 21 is stressed, thereby driving the weight seat 38 to move, thereby training the strength of the upper limb, and training the flexibility and strength of the upper limb through the rotation of the accommodating frame 29.
