The using method of the four-limb linkage type rehabilitation training device comprises the following steps:
firstly, the chair module 5 is adjusted according to the body type of a user, the height of the chair seat 53 is adjusted by releasing and screwing, and the proper distance of the chair seat 53 relative to the lower limb exercise module 2 and the upper limb exercise module 3 is limited by the positioning insertion block 13; the rollers 50 can conveniently adjust the seat base 51, and the positioning insertion blocks 13 are inserted into the front end and the rear end of the seat base 51;
selecting the use amount of the balancing weight 44 according to the rehabilitation training intensity;
the user holds both hands on both handles 33 and steps both feet on both pedals 211 to perform an extending operation.
In the training process, when the user needs to do the training of the strength of the four limbs or the co-dispatching, the four limbs need to exert force, namely, the two hands rotate the upper limb exercise wheel disc 31 along a rotating direction and the two feet cyclically step on the retractable pedal 211; at this point, the pull belt 40 is gradually wound on the winding wheel 201, and the limbs are trained by overcoming the gravity of the counterweight block 44;
the bearing plate 42 has a rising limit, and the process of rising from the bottommost part to the rising limit is a one-way training period, in the process, the handle 33 can make at least two rotation cycles, and the pedal 211 can synchronously make at least two treading actions (treading and retracting of the foot), and the training is carried out by slowly rising the counterweight block 44;
the process that the bearing plate 42 is lowered from the rising limit to the bottommost part is another one-way training period, in the process, the four limbs apply force to the handle 33 and the pedal 211, and training is performed in a mode that the balancing weight 44 is slowly put down;
the user can also select the force mode of raising or lowering the weight 44 by controlling the rolling direction of the winding wheel 201 (after the drawstring 40 is unwound from the winding wheel 201, the drawstring 40 can be rewound no matter whether the winding wheel 201 rotates forwards or backwards).
When a user needs to perform passive rehabilitation training on the lower limbs through the upper limbs, the counterweight block 44 can be completely unloaded, and the pull belt 40 and the winding wheel 201 can be separated to reduce the strength of the upper limbs; subsequently, the upper limbs exert force to rotate the upper limb exercise wheel disc 31, and the lower limbs step on the pedal 211 without exerting force to follow the pedal 211 for the driven training, so that the purpose of passively stretching the lower limbs is achieved.
