the first telescopic groups (42), the first telescopic groups (42) are all arranged on the first fixed column (41);
the first sliding rods (43) are arranged on the first telescopic group (42) in a sliding mode;
the second fixing columns (44) are symmetrically arranged on one side, close to the first fixing columns (41), of the upper part of the bottom plate (1);
the first sliding rail (45), the first sliding rail (45) is arranged between the second fixed columns (44) on two sides, and the first sliding rail (45) is connected with the first sliding rod (43) in a sliding manner; still including vibration mechanism (5), vibration mechanism (5) are including:
the first limiting plates (51) are symmetrically arranged on one side, close to the first fixing columns (41), of the upper portion of the bottom plate (1);
the first linear springs (52), the first linear springs (52) are all arranged on the upper part of the first limiting plate (51);
the pedals (53), the pedals (53) are all arranged on the upper part of the first linear spring (52);
the first connecting rod (54), the first connecting rod (54) is set up between the footboard (53) of both sides;
the second telescopic group (55) is arranged at the middle position of one side, close to the first fixed column (41), of the upper part of the bottom plate (1), and the second telescopic group (55) is connected with the first connecting rod (54) in a sliding mode;
