the third rotating shaft (27) is rotatably arranged on the two connecting rods (26);
the pedals (28) are arranged on the two third rotating shafts (27).
3. A medical rehabilitation device for leg paralysis according to claim 2, characterized in that the seat means (3) comprise:
the fixing seat (31) is arranged on the bottom plate (1);
the first elastic component (32) is arranged on the fixed seat (31);
the cushion (33) is arranged on the first elastic component (32);
the backrest (34) is arranged on the backrest (34), and the cushion (33) is provided with the backrest (34).

the springs (53) are wound on the two pressure plates (51), the tops of the springs (53) are connected with the pressure plates (51), and the bottoms of the springs (53) are connected with the pedal (28);
the two pedals (28) are respectively provided with four second fixing frames (55);
the fourth rotating shafts (56) are rotatably connected between the four groups of two adjacent second fixing frames (55);
the first fixing plate (57) is arranged on each of the four fourth rotating shafts (56);
the levers (54) are connected between the bottoms of the four first fixing plates (57) and the bottoms of the top columns (52);
the upper parts of the four first fixing plates (57) are provided with second elastic components (58);
the bottoms of the first clamping plate (59) and the four second elastic assemblies (58) are respectively provided with the first clamping plate (59).
6. The rehabilitation apparatus for leg paralysis as recited in claim 5, further comprising a waist fixing mechanism (6), wherein the waist fixing mechanism (6) comprises:
two second fixing plates (61) are arranged on the fixing seat (31);
the third elastic assemblies (62) are arranged on the two second fixing plates (61);
the two third elastic assemblies (62) are respectively provided with a movable column (63), and the movable columns (63) are connected with the fixed seat (31) in a sliding manner;
