A neurosurgical massage device according to claim 1, wherein the angle adjusting mechanism (3) comprises a fixed plate (301), a rotating member (302) and a hydraulic cylinder (303), the fixed plate (301) is fixedly connected to the upper end of the rear side of the base (2), the rotating member (302) is arranged on the rear side of the backrest (1), the hydraulic cylinder (303) is fixed to the upper surface of the fixed plate (301), and the upper end of the piston rod of the hydraulic cylinder (303) is rotatably connected to the rotating member (302).

The neurosurgical massage device according to claim 1, wherein the foot placement groove (202) located at the rear side of the rotary roller (14) is provided with an arch massager (22), the arch massager (22) comprises an arch placement plate (221), side blocks (222) and soft rubber bulges (223), the side blocks (222) are arranged at two sides of the arch placement plate (221), the soft rubber bulges (223) are arranged on the upper surface of the arch placement plate (221), the rotary member (302) is provided with a cam plate (224), the cam plate (224) abuts against the side blocks (222), the rear side surface of the arch placement plate (221) is provided with a second spring (225), and the second spring (225) is connected with the rear side surface of the foot placement groove (202).
6. A massaging apparatus for neurosurgery according to claim 1, characterized in that arm supports (20) are provided on both sides of the front side of the upper end of said base (2).
7. The neurosurgical massage device according to claim 1, wherein a headrest (21) is arranged at the upper end of the front side of the backrest (1), and a head groove (211) is formed in the middle of the headrest (21).
