Abstract
本发明提供了一种汽车气制动ABS电磁阀阀芯总成,其技术核心是:线圈总成上并列布置有两个结构相同的第一阀芯分总成、第二阀芯分总成,第一阀芯分总成、第二阀芯分总成在线圈总成中反向设置,本发明通过改变第一及第二阀芯分总成的结构,改变了密封圈的设置结构和位置,将与电磁阀气道口的密封设置在导套内,阀芯由导套内壁导向进行运动,并与导套气道口进行密封,密封与运动均相对同一个零件,同时在导套上端设置径向密封,极大提高了密封可靠性;将导套与电磁阀体的上连接密封分别单独设置成端面密封结构,在装配电磁阀阀芯总成时,与电磁阀体的配合面各仅有一个径向密封配合,降低了装配难度及切破密封圈的风险。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及汽车气制动ABS电磁阀领域,更确切地说涉及汽车气制动ABS电磁阀阀芯总成。
背景技术
ABS是在紧急制动或容易滑动的路面上制动时,防止车轮抱死、保证车辆的方向稳定性和操纵性为目的的电子制动控制系统。ABS通过电磁阀的开关对汽车制动压力进行调节来实现其功能,电磁阀中的阀芯总成是具体执行通断动作的机构,通常为双阀芯结构。
如图1所示,是目前气制动ABS普遍采用的电磁阀阀芯总成结构,包括一个线圈总成1,线圈总成上并列布置有两个结构相同的第一阀芯分总成A、第二阀芯分总成B,第一阀芯分总成A、第二阀芯分总成B在线圈总成1中反向设置,以第一阀芯分总成为主描述,包括由阀芯3、静铁芯2、导套6、阀芯复位弹簧7,静铁芯2与导套6通过滚压方式连接并密封,成为导套组件,第一阀芯分总成A的上下两个安装面各有两处径向密封O形圈(图1中标号5、9)以及一处阀芯3端部的阀口端面密封8,线圈总成1的两端还设有大端面密封圈(图1中标号4、10,第一阀芯分总成A与第二阀芯分总成B共用),阀芯3上的气道设置在外圆周上,对安装配合精度要求较高,且安装时容易切破密封圈,出现密封失效风险。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种汽车气制动ABS电磁阀阀芯总成,改变阀芯分总成的结构,改变密封圈的设置结构和位置,降低装配过程中产生的密封失效风险,同时可减少配合件加工工序及制造精度,降低电磁阀制造成本。
为达到上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案是:一种汽车气制动ABS电磁阀阀芯总成,包括一个线圈总成,线圈总成上并列布置有两个结构相同的第一阀芯分总成、第二阀芯分总成,第一阀芯分总成、第二阀芯分总成在线圈总成中反向设置,其特征在于:
第一阀芯分总成,包括导套、阀芯、橡胶阀门、静特芯、复位弹簧、弹簧座,导套固定在线圈总成内,导套上并整体伸出有圆柱杆与电磁阀体的气道相应,圆柱杆上设有中心气道,圆柱杆上套装有第一径向密封圈,由第一径向密封圈与电磁阀体的气道形成径向静密封;导套上开有气孔,导套内腔由此与电磁阀体的控制气道相通,圆柱杆处的线圈总成处设有第一端面密封圈,形成端面密封;
阀芯装于导套内,通过橡胶阀门与中心气道的内气道口形成密封,静铁芯通过第二径向密封圈与导套内腔密封,并固定在线圈总成内,静铁芯的内腔压装有弹簧座,其上装有复位弹簧,推动阀芯与导套内进行密封,静铁芯底部的线圈总成处设有第二端面密封圈,形成端面密封;
第一阀芯分总A、第二阀芯分总成、线圈总成组合构成电磁阀阀芯总成。
对本发明的进一步限定:本发明中,第一径向密封圈、第二径向密封圈、第一端面密封圈及第二端面密封圈都是O形密封圈;这样是标准件,易于获得,利于安装。
对本发明的进一步限定:所述导套上安装有轭铁,用来增强电磁线圈总成的吸合力。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明改变阀芯分总成的结构,改变了密封圈的设置结构和位置,将与电磁阀气道口的密封设置在导套内,阀芯由导套内壁导向进行运动,并与导套气道口进行密封,密封与运动均相对同一个零件,同时在导套上端设置径向密封,极大提高了密封可靠性;本发明将导套与电磁阀体的上连接密封(第一阀芯分总成、第二阀芯分总成)分别单独设置成端面密封(第一端面密封圈、第二端面密封圈)结构,在装配电磁阀阀芯总成时,与电磁阀体的配合面各仅有一个径向密封配合,降低了装配难度及切破密封圈的风险。

具体实施方式
下面,结合附图进一步描述本发明。
如图2所示,一种汽车气制动ABS电磁阀阀芯总成,包括一个线圈总成17,线圈总成17上并列布置有两个结构相同的第一阀芯分总成A、第二阀芯分总成B,第一阀芯分总成A、第二阀芯分总成B在线圈总成17中反向设置,其特征在于:
第一阀芯分总成,包括导套11、阀芯12、橡胶阀门13、静铁芯14、复位弹簧15、弹簧座16,导套11固定在线圈总成17内,导套11上并整体伸出有圆柱杆与电磁阀体的气道相应,圆柱杆上设有中心气道11-1,圆柱杆上套装有第一径向密封圈21,由第一径向密封圈21与电磁阀体的气道形成径向静密封;导套11上开有气孔,导套11内腔由此与电磁阀体的控制气道相通,圆柱杆处的线圈总成17处设有第一端面密封圈20,形成端面密封;阀芯12装于导套11内,通过橡胶阀门13与中心气道的内气道口形成密封,静铁芯14通过第二径向密封圈19与导套内腔密封,并固定在线圈总成17内,静铁芯14的内腔压装有弹簧座16,其上装有复位弹簧15,推动阀芯12与导套内进行密封,静铁芯14底部的线圈总成17处设有第二端面密封圈18,形成端面密封。
如图2所示,所述导套11上安装有轭铁22,用来增强电磁线圈总成的吸合力。
如图2所示,第一径向密封圈21、第二径向密封圈19、第一端面密封圈20及第二端面密封圈18都是O形密封圈;这样是标准件,易于获得,利于安装。
如图3所示,单独表达了导套11的结构,导套11的圆柱杆上设有中心气道11-1,标号11-2表达了导套11的内腔,标号11-3表达的是导套上的轭铁安装孔。
本发明中所述线圈总成17是现有技术,通常是在塑料外壳(不是一体的,是装配完后超声波焊接为一体的)内嵌设有两个漆包线线圈绕组,且两个漆包线线圈绕组反向设置。
上述实施方式的描述,是本发明中优化的实施方式;在本发明的构思基础下,该领域的技术人员对技术特征进行的简单替换、组合,都应落入本发明的保护范围中。
Claims (3)
1.一种汽车气制动ABS电磁阀阀芯总成,包括一个线圈总成,线圈总成上并列布置有两个结构相同的第一阀芯分总成、第二阀芯分总成,第一阀芯分总成、第二阀芯分总成在线圈总成中反向设置,其特征在于:
第一阀芯分总成,包括导套、阀芯、橡胶阀门、静特芯、复位弹簧、弹簧座,导套固定在线圈总成内,导套上并整体伸出有圆柱杆与电磁阀体的气道相应,圆柱杆上设有中心气道,圆柱杆上套装有第一径向密封圈,由第一径向密封圈与电磁阀体的气道形成径向静密封;导套上开有气孔,导套内腔由此与电磁阀体的控制气道相通,圆柱杆处的线圈总成处设有第一端面密封圈,形成端面密封;
阀芯装于导套内,通过橡胶阀门与中心气道的内气道口形成密封,静铁芯通过第二径向密封圈与导套内腔密封,并固定在线圈总成内,静铁芯的内腔压装有弹簧座,其上装有复位弹簧,推动阀芯与导套内进行密封,静铁芯底部的线圈总成处设有第二端面密封圈,形成端面密封;
第一阀芯分总A、第二阀芯分总成、线圈总成组合构成电磁阀阀芯总成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种汽车气制动ABS电磁阀阀芯总成,其特征在于:第一径向密封圈、第二径向密封圈、第一端面密封圈及第二端面密封圈都是O形密封圈。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种汽车气制动ABS电磁阀阀芯总成,其特征在于:所述导套上安装有轭铁。
