本发明公开了一种新型纳米材料,其成分的重量百分比为:纳米二氧化钛45‑55%;消泡剂25‑30%;阻燃剂15‑18%;无机纳米粒子10‑12%;增韧剂8‑15%;稳定剂5‑8%;成膜助剂1‑2%;余量为去离子水。本发明的纳米材料中的各个组分之间通过一定的配比而制成,性能好,稳定性高,不仅可以制得强度和韧性都较高的复合材料,扩大了复合材料的应用范围,维又增加了高性能纳米材料的韧性,适用范围广。

背景技术
纳米材料因为具有比传统复合材料更为优异的力学性能、阻隔性能、热稳定性和阻燃性能,而引起人们的广泛关注。目前纳米复合材料的制备中,耐磨性和韧性较差,在现有技术中复合材料刚性和阻燃性能的提高,通常是牺牲其韧性为代价。因此,为解决上述问题,特提供一种新的技术方案来满足需求。
