Description

一种纳米保温涂料
技术领域
本发明属于保温材料制备技术领域,具体涉及一种纳米保温涂料。 
背景技术
将纳米技术及纳米原料应用于涂料中,可以利用荷叶双蔬原理以及“零对流”等纳米效应,提高涂料的保温隔热性、耐水性和抗霉性能。硅酸铝是一种良好的耐高温、隔热性能好的材料,而纳米硅酸铝由于粒径小、粒径分布窄、没有沉淀分层现象,所以悬浮稳定性好,同时可提高涂料的分散性和细度指标,使得涂料外观、光泽度、硬度和分散性都有良好的效果。在涂料中采用纳米硅酸铝,可使涂料产生“零对流”等纳米效应,极大地降低材料的热传递能力,可作为一种良好的隔热保温材料,弥补传统的墙体保温涂料中存在的吸水性大、易老化、体积收缩大、容易造成产品后期强度低和空鼓开裂降低保温涂料性能等现象,同时又弥补了聚苯颗粒保温涂料易燃,防火性差高温产生有害气体和耐侯低,反弹性大等缺陷。另外,成型稳固、粘结力强、施工方便快,可有效缩短工期,并且不受被保温体几何形状的限制,特别适用于建筑物的内、外墙保温,各种设备,如中央空调下送风系统及异型表面保温,可杜绝传统材料缝隙泄露而损失能量,构成整体密封。 
目前,大部分设备及建筑物保温涂料中起保温作用的主要是泡沫塑料、膨胀珍珠岩和空心微珠等成分,利用颗粒内部的孔隙与颗粒之间的空隙,阻止热流的传递和辐射传热,并取得了一定的保温效果。但是随着国家对设备及建筑物的节能要求,仅靠上述几种材料明显不能满足需求。中国发明专利“一种粉状复合保温涂料”(专利申请号:200810230718.4)主要是以微米级的氧化硅、氧化镁、氧化铝为原料,原料需要粉碎研磨,生产过程较复杂。中国发明专利“复合硅酸盐隔热保温涂料及其生产方法”(专利号:87102864)采用的原料主要是 含水的硅酸镁铝的纤维状材料。也有人加入纳米组分的方法来提高涂料的质量,如专利号为03118030.2的发明专利,就以纯丙乳液为基料,加入纳米级的氧化锌、氧化硅及氧化钛等,虽然具有较好的耐洗刷性能、抗菌自洁功能,但是保温隔热效果较差,生产过程也较复杂。 
发明内容
本发明涉及一种纳米保温涂料。 
一种纳米保温涂料,由如下重量份的组分组成,纳米磷酸铝25-40份、丙烯酸酯类乳液10-15份、纳米氧化锰5-10份、纳米氧化锆2-8份、纳米碳氮化钛3-7份、琥珀酸二辛酯磺酸钠1-5份、十二烷基硫酸钠9-14份、聚乙烯醇21-28份、纳米珍珠岩11-14份、纳米硅酸钙粉4-9份、丙纶纤维5-7份、纳米β-半水石膏粉7-16份、水30-35份。 
制备方法如下: 
在低速搅拌下先原料混合,并在分散机上高速搅拌4-5小时,通过高速剪切将其分散均匀,最后装罐即得涂料成品。 
本发明提高了涂料的保温隔热特性、耐洗刷性及抗菌自洁性等综合性能。本发明符合环保要求的现代工业的发展方向。 
具体实施方式
实施例1
一种纳米保温涂料,由如下重量份的组分组成,纳米磷酸铝25份、丙烯酸酯类乳液10份、纳米氧化锰5份、纳米氧化锆2份、纳米碳氮化钛3份、琥珀酸二辛酯磺酸钠1份、十二烷基硫酸钠9份、聚乙烯醇21份、纳米珍珠岩11份、纳米硅酸钙粉4份、丙纶纤维5份、纳米β-半水石膏粉7份、水30份。
实施例2
一种纳米保温涂料,由如下重量份的组分组成,纳米磷酸铝40份、丙烯酸酯类乳液15份、纳米氧化锰10份、纳米氧化锆8份、纳米碳氮化钛7份、琥珀酸二辛酯磺酸钠5份、十二烷基硫酸钠14份、聚乙烯醇28份、纳米珍珠岩14份、纳米硅酸钙粉9份、丙纶纤维7份、纳米β-半水石膏粉16份、水35份。
实施例3
一种纳米保温涂料,由如下重量份的组分组成,纳米磷酸铝29份、丙烯酸酯类乳液13份、纳米氧化锰7份、纳米氧化锆6份、纳米碳氮化钛4份、琥珀酸二辛酯磺酸钠3份、十二烷基硫酸钠11份、聚乙烯醇27份、纳米珍珠岩13份、纳米硅酸钙粉5份、丙纶纤维6份、纳米β-半水石膏粉9份、水31份。
