Description

Gel air freshener and preparation method thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of skin care products, in particular to a gel air freshener and a preparation method thereof.
Background
Air fresheners on the market are mainly classified into liquid, paste aromatherapy and solid adsorption according to physical states. The perfuming amount of any air freshener is related to the performance of the perfume-carrying substance, and air fresheners with different purposes are prepared according to different volatilization performances.
The paste aromatherapy is applied according to different systems, the perfuming amount is 3% -15% generally, the common gel of the water-based aromatherapy paste is a biological polysaccharide gum, and the common gel of the oil-based aromatherapy paste is an aluminum salt, but the common gel of the oil-based aromatherapy paste is low in perfuming amount and low in fragrance intensity, and when the common gel is used in a slightly large space, the net weight of the product needs to be greatly improved, so that the perfuming amount of the product is correspondingly improved, and the fragrance requirement is met. If the perfuming amount is directly increased, the carrier of the paste can be structurally damaged, and the stability of the product is influenced. And part of oily paste adopts high molecular polymer as a gelling agent, although the perfuming amount can be greatly improved, the cost is higher, the volatilization is slow, the fragrance type selectivity is high, and the application of the paste is limited.

Detailed Description
In order that the invention may be more fully understood, reference will now be made to the following description. This invention may, however, be embodied in many different forms and should not be construed as limited to the embodiments set forth herein. Rather, these embodiments are provided so that this disclosure will be thorough and complete.
Unless defined otherwise, all technical and scientific terms used herein have the same meaning as commonly understood by one of ordinary skill in the art to which this invention belongs. The terminology used in the description of the invention herein is for the purpose of describing particular embodiments only and is not intended to be limiting of the invention.
The invention provides a gel air freshener, which comprises the following components: stearate, palmitate, terpene perfumes and auxiliary materials. The stearate and the palmitate have lipophilic groups with longer carbon chains, the long carbon chain ends are linked with carboxyl (containing carbon-oxygen double bonds), and the long carbon chain ends can be dissolved with terpene spices containing carbon-carbon double bonds, the terpene spices have certain fragrance, have good volatility, the fragrance can be quickly volatilized, the terpene spices can also be used as a better solvent for combining the stearate and the palmitate, the perfuming amount is improved and can reach up to 80 percent, and the cost of the gel is low, so that the cost of the air freshener is greatly reduced, and the cost of the gel is low; stearate and palmitate are used as gelling agents, various aroma substances can be selected, and compared with high-molecular polymers, the perfume has a wider selection range.
Wherein the mass ratio of the stearate to the palmitate is as follows: 2-4:1-4. The proportion of stearate to palmitate is controlled, so that the perfuming amount can be improved.
Wherein the purity of the stearate and the palmitate is not less than 95 percent. Therefore, the transparency and the hardness degree of the paste can be influenced by the purity of the stearate and the palmitate, and when the purity is not less than 95%, the prepared paste is proper in hardness and high in transparency.
The ratio of terpene perfume to total amount of stearate and palmitate is 30-70: 3-8. The terpene perfume is one or more of hydrocarbons containing olefinic bond, such as limonene, caryophyllene, beta-myrcene, ocimene, dihydromyrcene, alpha-terpinene, terpinolene, phellandrene, alpha-pinene and bisabolene. The terpene based perfume is selected in a suitable proportion to aid in the formation of a gel and to dissolve more of the aroma.
The gel air freshener also comprises a non-polar solvent essence. Since terpene-based perfumes have a fragrance, but the fragrance is weak, and if a strong fragrance is required, a perfume is added. The non-polar solvent flavours dissolve well with stearates and palmitates. The non-polar solvent essence is an essence dissolved by a non-polar solvent, and the non-polar solvent comprises one or more of isoparaffin, ether, ester and the like. The essence with the non-polar solvent can be better dissolved with stearate and palmitate, and the perfuming amount is increased. Of course, a paste can also be formed by selecting a polar solvent flavor, but the perfuming amount and the appearance of the paste are inferior to those of a non-polar solvent flavor.
Wherein the ratio of the essence to the total amount of stearate and palmitate is 5-30: 3-8. This allows the fragrance material to be maintained at a high level of addition and provides a paste with a good appearance.
Wherein the auxiliary materials comprise alcohol cosolvent. The alcohol cosolvent is selected from one or more of propanol, isopropanol, butanediol, 3-methoxy-3-methyl-1-butanol, etc., with boiling point of 60-195 deg.C. The alcohol cosolvent can help terpene flavor and essence to dissolve in stearate and palmitate, so that the paste is formed as soon as possible, the dissolution of the essence is accelerated, and the perfuming amount is increased. The preferred boiling point of the alcoholic co-solvent is from 70 ℃ to 185 ℃. The addition amount of the alcohol cosolvent can be properly added according to the dissolving requirement, for example, the ratio of the alcohol cosolvent to the total amount of the stearate and the palmitate is 7-15: 3-8.
Wherein the auxiliary materials also comprise an antioxidant. Of course, other auxiliary materials such as pigments and the like can be added according to the requirements of the paste.
For example, the gel air freshener comprises the following components in parts by weight: 2-4 parts of stearate, 1-4 parts of palmitate, 30-70 parts of terpene flavor, 5-30 parts of essence, 7-15 parts of alcohol cosolvent and 0.2-0.5 part of antioxidant.
Further, the gel air freshener also comprises natural dried fruit plants. The natural dried fruit plant comprises natural fruit, petal or root stem and leaf, such as lemon slice, rose petal, wisteria root and stem. After the external color paste is added, the external color value of the paste can be improved, and the sensory taste is enhanced.
The natural dry fruit plants are pretreated before being added, so that the main nutrient components and redundant water of the natural dry fruit plants are removed, and the breeding of microorganisms is reduced. For example, water is removed and sterilization treatment is performed.
The invention also provides a preparation method of the gel air freshener, which comprises the following steps:
mixing stearate and palmitate, adding terpene perfume, and stirring to obtain a primary mixture;
heating the primary mixed material to 75-95 ℃, and stirring and dissolving the primary mixed material under the condition of heat preservation to obtain a premix;
and adding the auxiliary materials into the primary mixed material or the premix, and dissolving the premix until the premix is transparent to obtain the gel air freshener.
For example, the antioxidant in the adjuvant is added with the terpene based perfume to form a blend of stearate and palmitate. The cosolvent in the auxiliary materials is added after the primary mixed material is heated to 75-95 ℃ to form the premix.
For example, when the gel air freshener further comprises essence, the preparation method comprises the following steps:
mixing stearate and palmitate, adding terpene perfume, and stirring to obtain a primary mixture;
heating the primary mixed material to 75-95 ℃, and stirring and dissolving the primary mixed material under the condition of heat preservation to obtain a premix;
adding auxiliary materials into the primary mixed material or the premix;
and cooling the premix by 3-6 ℃, adding essence, keeping the temperature constant, and stirring until the mixture is transparent to obtain the gel air freshener.
Both the stearate and palmitate were treated as follows: adding water accounting for 0.5-1% of the weight of the stearate into the stearate, stirring and mixing, and adding water accounting for 0.5-1% of the weight of the palmitate into the palmitate, stirring and mixing. The stearate and the palmitate treated by the step are beneficial to the dissolution of the stearate and the palmitate so as to improve the performance of the formed paste.
