Abstract

Experiment 1
Sterilization performance detection
Taking freeze-dried strain tubes of staphylococcus aureus, candida albicans, escherichia coli and propionibacterium acnes, adding a proper amount of nutrient broth into a capillary suction tube, culturing in 10ml of culture medium at 37 ℃ for 18h, then inoculating the nutrient broth onto a nutrient agar slant, transferring the lotion into another sterile tube by using the suction tube, shaking and knocking 80 times on a palm to ensure that the bacterial suspension is uniform, and the bacterial content is 1 multiplied by 108-3×108cfu/ml, using sterile forceps to clamp one corner of sterilized 10mm × 10mm filter paper, injecting 10 μ l bacterial suspension, placing into sterile plate, drying in 37 deg.C oven for 20min, making into bacterial tablet, diluting 5g of the washing product in each application example to 0.02g/ml, sucking 5.0ml of sample liquid, injecting into a sterilized plate, after 12 hours of action, 5.0ml of neutralizing agent is added and mixed evenly, after 10 minutes of neutralization, 15ml of nutrient agar culture medium at 40 ℃ is inoculated, the mixture is rotated under a plate 15, after solidification, the mixture is cultured at 35 +/-2 ℃ for 48 hours, viable bacteria colonies are counted, three groups of experiments are carried out, the average value is taken, the final result is that the sterilization rate (%) - (A-B)/A multiplied by 100 percent, A is the average colony number of the cleaning and protecting product added with the composition of the comparative example 1 in the application example, and B is the average colony number of the cleaning and protecting product added with the composition of the comparative examples 2-7 in the application example.
Experiment 2
Detection of anti-inflammatory Properties
72 female Balb/c mice with a body mass of 14-18g were prepared, given sufficient food and water, adaptively feeding at 25 + -2 deg.C and humidity of 60 + -5% for 24h, then randomly dividing mice into 36 groups of 2 mice each, marking a detection area inside and outside the right ear of the mouse, uniformly coating 20ml/ear of dimethylbenzene on the marking area for causing inflammation, measuring the ear thickness X of the mouse in the marking area after 30imn, uniformly coating 0.6 +/-0.02 mg/ear of the washing and caring products prepared by each application example on a marked area, cleaning after 5min, the above procedure was repeated every 2h for 6h, the mouse ear thickness Y of the marked region after 6h was measured, the net reduction in the mouse ear thickness was calculated, and the anti-inflammatory rate (%) - (X-Y)/X × 100% was calculated, and the final anti-inflammatory effect was expressed as the average of the anti-inflammatory rates.

According to comparison of data in experimental example 24 and experimental example 23, and data in experimental example 53 and experimental example 52 in table 7, the disinfection rate and the anti-inflammatory rate are improved by adding the biota orientalis extract, which indicates that the biota orientalis extract has the disinfection and anti-inflammatory effects, so that the washing and care product has the disinfection and anti-inflammatory effects.
According to the comparison between the data of experimental example 25 and experimental example 23, and the data of experimental example 54 and experimental example 52 in table 7, the sterilization rate and the anti-inflammatory rate are improved by adding the belamcanda chinensis extract, which indicates that the belamcanda chinensis extract has the sterilization and anti-inflammatory effects, so that the washing and caring product has the sterilization and anti-inflammatory effects.
According to comparison of data of experimental example 26 and experimental example 23, and data of experimental example 55 and experimental example 52 in table 7, the bactericidal rate and the anti-inflammatory rate are not obviously changed by adding the trichosanthes kirilowii maxim extract, which indicates that the trichosanthes kirilowii maxim extract has the bactericidal and anti-inflammatory effects without negative influence.
According to comparison of data in experimental example 27, experimental examples 24 and 25, and experimental example 56, experimental examples 53 and 54 in table 7, the addition of the arborvitae extract and the blackberry lily extract has a bactericidal rate higher than that of the arborvitae extract alone and lower than that of the blackberry lily extract alone, which indicates that the arborvitae extract has an inhibitory effect on the bactericidal effect of the blackberry lily extract, and the anti-inflammatory rate is higher than that of the blackberry lily extract alone and lower than that of the blackberry lily extract alone, which indicates that the blackberry lily extract has an inhibitory effect on the anti-inflammatory effect of the arborvitae extract.
According to comparison of data of experimental example 27 and experimental example 2 in table 7 and data of experimental example 56 and experimental example 31, the bactericidal rate and the anti-inflammatory rate are greatly increased by adding the trichosanthes kirilowii maxim extract, which indicates that the trichosanthes kirilowii maxim extract relieves the inhibition effect of the platycladus orientalis extract on the bactericidal effect of the belongings, relieves the inhibition effect of the platycladus orientalis extract on the bactericidal effect, improves the bactericidal rate and the anti-inflammatory rate, and enables the bactericidal and anti-inflammatory composition to have better bactericidal and anti-inflammatory effects in washing and protecting products.
According to the comparison between the data of experimental example 8 and experimental example 2 in table 7 and the data of experimental example 37 and experimental example 31, the sterilization rate and the anti-inflammatory rate of the added folium artemisiae argyi extract are both improved, which indicates that the folium artemisiae argyi extract has certain sterilization and anti-inflammatory effects, so that the sterilization and anti-inflammatory effects of the washing and caring product are better.
According to comparison of data of experimental example 12 and experimental example 2, and data of experimental example 41 and experimental example 31 in table 7, the bactericidal rate and the anti-inflammatory rate are both improved by adding the sophora flavescens extract, which indicates that the sophora flavescens extract has certain bactericidal and anti-inflammatory effects, so that the bactericidal and anti-inflammatory effects of the washing and caring product are better.
According to comparison of data of experimental example 16 and experimental example 2, and data of experimental example 45 and experimental example 31 in table 7, the sterilization rate and the anti-inflammatory rate of the aloe ferox extract are improved, which indicates that the aloe ferox extract has certain sterilization and anti-inflammatory effects, so that the sterilization and anti-inflammatory effects of the washing and caring product are better.
According to the comparison of the data of the experimental example 20 and the experimental examples 8, 12 and 16 in the table 7 and the data of the experimental example 49 and the experimental examples 37, 41 and 45, the sterilization rate and the anti-inflammatory rate are improved by adding the artemisia leaf extract, the sophora flavescens extract and the aloe ferox extract, which shows that the artemisia leaf extract, the sophora flavescens extract, the aloe ferox extract and the sterilization and anti-inflammatory composition play a synergistic effect in the sterilization and anti-inflammatory effects, so that the sterilization and anti-inflammatory effects of the washing and care product are better.
According to the comparison between the data of the application example 3 and the data of the comparative example 10 and the data of the application example 16 and the data of the comparative example 11 in the table 7, the sterilization rate and the anti-inflammatory rate are basically unchanged, and the fact that the sterilization and anti-inflammatory effects in the private care solution are not negatively influenced by adding the deionized water is shown.
According to the comparison between the data of the application example 1 and the data of the application example 3 and the data of the application example 4 and the data of the comparative example 6 in the table 7, the sterilization rate and the anti-inflammatory rate are both improved, which shows that the sterilization and anti-inflammatory effect of the sterilization and anti-inflammatory composition in the private care solution is improved, so that the sterilization and anti-inflammatory effect of the private care solution is better.
According to the comparison of the data of the application example 2 and the application example 3 in the table 7 and the comparison of the data of the application example 5 and the comparison example 6, the sterilization rate and the anti-inflammatory rate are both improved, which indicates that the sterilization and anti-inflammatory composition added with the sophora flavescens extract, the artemisia argyi extract and the aloe ferox extract has the advantages of improving the sterilization and anti-inflammatory effects in the private care solution and enabling the sterilization and anti-inflammatory effects of the private care solution to be better.
According to the comparison between the data of the application example 3 and the data of the comparative example 10 and the data of the application example 16 and the data of the comparative example 11 in the table 7, the sterilization rate and the anti-inflammatory rate are basically unchanged, and the fact that the sterilization and anti-inflammatory effects of the shower cream are not negatively influenced by adding the deionized water is shown.
According to the comparison of the data of the application examples 1 and 3 and the data of the application examples 4 and 6 in the table 7, the sterilization rate and the anti-inflammation rate are improved, which shows that the sterilization and anti-inflammation effect of the sterilization and anti-inflammation composition in the bath milk is improved, so that the sterilization and anti-inflammation effect of the bath milk is better.

The method for preparing the composition for sterilizing and diminishing inflammation according to claim 5, wherein the composition comprises the following components in percentage by weight: mixing the Chinese arborvitae extract, the blackberry lily extract, the trichosanthes kirilowii maxim extract and 60-90% ethanol solution, adding the folium artemisiae argyi extract, and uniformly stirring to obtain the sterilizing and inflammation diminishing composition.

The method for preparing the composition for sterilizing and diminishing inflammation according to claim 5, wherein the composition comprises the following components in percentage by weight: mixing the Chinese arborvitae extract, rhizoma Belamcandae extract, fructus Trichosanthis extract and 60-90% ethanol solution, adding radix Sophorae Flavescentis extract, and stirring to obtain antibacterial and antiinflammatory composition.

The method for preparing a bactericidal and anti-inflammatory composition as claimed in claim 5, wherein the arborvitae extract, blackberry lily extract, trichosanthes kirilowii maxim extract and 60-90% ethanol solution are mixed, and aloe ferox extract is further added, and the mixture is stirred uniformly to obtain the bactericidal and anti-inflammatory composition.
9. The use of a bactericidal and anti-inflammatory composition as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the sterilizing and inflammation diminishing composition is added into a washing and caring product.
10. The use of a bactericidal and anti-inflammatory composition as claimed in claim 9, wherein: the addition amount of the sterilizing and inflammation diminishing composition in the washing and protecting product accounts for 8-12% of the total mass of the washing and protecting product.
