本发明涉及食品技术领域,具体涉及一种口腔速溶颗粒及其制备方法。
背景技术
固体饮料类产品一般需要冲泡后饮用,直接入口存在不易分散、溶解,还存在颗粒无多孔结构,唾液渗透慢,导致溶解缓慢的问题。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是克服背景技术的技术缺陷,提供一种口腔速溶颗粒及其制备方法。本发明口腔速溶颗粒采用配方和制剂技术,可实现入口即化,颗粒为多孔结构,颗粒结构稳定,不易散碎,唾液迅速渗透颗粒并溶解,将颗粒倒入口腔后在3秒内即可实现全部溶解。
本发明解决上述技术问题所采用的技术方案如下:
一种口腔速溶颗粒,包括主料、辅料、添加剂和粘合剂;所述主料包括植物粉、维生素、果粉中的任意一种或几种;所述辅料包括糖醇;所述粘合剂为CMC-Na(羧甲纤维素钠);按重量份,所述主料为1~30份,所述辅料为35~80份,所述添加剂为0~20份,所述粘合剂为0.1~1.5份。
优选地,所述植物粉包括金银花粉、人参粉中任意一种或两种。
优选地,所述维生素包括维生素D。
优选地,所述果粉包括柠檬果粉、甜橙果粉中任意一种或两种。
优选地,所述糖醇包括赤藓糖醇、异麦芽酮糖醇、木糖醇中的任意一种或几种。
优选地,所述添加剂包括酸、色素、香精、淀粉中的任意一种或几种。
优选地,所述主料为30份,所述辅料为50份,所述添加剂为15份,所述粘合剂为1份。
一种如上所述的口腔速溶颗粒的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)将主料1~30份与辅料35~80份分别粉碎过80目筛,与添加剂0~20份进行混合,得混合料;
(2)将混合料置于一步制粒机内,喷入粘合剂CMC-Na溶液0.1~1.5份,制粒,包装即得。
优选地,所述步骤(2)中,所述CMC-Na在使用前先配制成浓度为0.1%~1.0%的溶液。
优选地,所述颗粒的目数为40~100目。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
(1)本发明口腔速溶颗粒采用特定的配方载体和制粒方式,使成粒为多孔结构,颗粒结构稳定,不易散碎,唾液迅速渗透颗粒并溶解,将颗粒倒入口腔后在3秒内即可实现全部溶解,工艺操作简便,便于工业化生产;
(2)本发明所制成的口腔速溶颗粒置于包装袋内在60℃温度条件下放置3个月不结块,在40℃和70%相对湿度下放置3个月质量稳定,易于贮存、运输、使用;
(3)本发明具有广泛的用途,可广泛应用于食品、保健食品的生产。

(1)将金银花粉15份、人参粉15份与赤藓糖醇50份分别粉碎过80目筛,与淀粉15份进行混合,得混合料;
(2)将混合料置于一步制粒机内,喷入浓度为1.0%的粘合剂CMC-Na溶液1份,制成50目的细小颗粒,包装即得。
实施例2
一种口腔速溶颗粒的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)将金银花粉15份、人参粉15份与异麦芽酮糖醇50份分别粉碎过80目筛,与淀粉15份进行混合,得混合料;
(2)将混合料置于一步制粒机内,喷入浓度为1.0%的粘合剂CMC-Na溶液1份,制成50目的细小颗粒,包装即得。
实施例3
一种口腔速溶颗粒的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)将甜橙果粉30份与赤藓糖醇50份分别粉碎过80目筛,与淀粉15份进行混合,得混合料;
(2)将混合料置于一步制粒机内,喷入浓度为1.0%的粘合剂CMC-Na溶液1份,制成50目的细小颗粒,包装即得。
实施例1~3制得的口腔速溶颗粒具有如下有益效果:
(1)本发明口腔速溶颗粒为直饮性速溶颗粒,区别于市场上的速溶粉,不易呛粉;
(2)本发明采用CMC-Na作为粘合剂,可以制成疏松的颗粒,易于在口腔内快速溶解;
(3)本发明可用于植物粉、维生素和果粉,工艺的通用性强。

1.一种口腔速溶颗粒,其特征在于,包括主料、辅料、添加剂和粘合剂;所述主料包括植物粉、维生素、果粉中的任意一种或几种;所述辅料包括糖醇;所述粘合剂为CMC-Na;按重量份,所述主料为1~30份,所述辅料为35~80份,所述添加剂为0~20份,所述粘合剂为0.1~1.5份。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种口腔速溶颗粒,其特征在于,所述植物粉包括金银花粉、人参粉中任意一种或两种。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种口腔速溶颗粒,其特征在于,所述维生素包括维生素D。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种口腔速溶颗粒,其特征在于,所述果粉包括柠檬果粉、甜橙果粉中任意一种或两种。
5.如权利要求1所述的一种口腔速溶颗粒,其特征在于,所述糖醇包括赤藓糖醇、异麦芽酮糖醇、木糖醇中的任意一种或几种。
6.如权利要求1所述的一种口腔速溶颗粒,其特征在于,所述添加剂包括酸、色素、香精、淀粉中的任意一种或几种。
7.如权利要求1所述的一种口腔速溶颗粒,其特征在于,所述主料为30份,所述辅料为50份,所述添加剂为15份,所述粘合剂为1份。
8.一种如权利要求1~7任意一项所述的口腔速溶颗粒的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
(1)将主料1~30份与辅料35~80份分别粉碎过80目筛,与添加剂0~20份进行混合,得混合料;
(2)将混合料置于一步制粒机内,喷入粘合剂CMC-Na溶液0.1~1.5份,制粒,包装即得。
9.如权利要求8所述的一种口腔速溶颗粒的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(2)中,所述CMC-Na在使用前先配制成浓度为0.1%~1.0%的溶液。
