Abstract

本发明涉及无纺布技术领域,尤其为一种高阻燃性针刺无纺布及其制备方法,包括底布和面布,底布由纤度为2D‑5D、质量份数为50‑55份聚酯纤维、15‑25份废旧棉纤维、15‑20份聚丙烯纤维、80‑120份植物纤维、0.2‑0.3份抗氧化剂混合制成,面布粘合在底布的上下两面,面布由70‑80份聚丙烯、10‑15份阻燃剂和3‑8份交联剂混合而成。本发明中,通过使用纤度为2D‑5D、质量份数为聚酯纤维、废旧棉纤维、聚丙烯纤维、植物纤维、抗氧化剂制作底布,使该底布具备良好的隔音及可降解特性,通过使用聚丙烯、阻燃剂和交联剂制作面布,提高无纺布的阻燃效果,适宜推广使用。

技术领域
本发明涉及无纺布技术领域,具体为一种高阻燃性针刺无纺布及其制备方法。
背景技术
无纺布制品色彩丰富、鲜艳明丽、时尚环保、用途广泛、美观大方,图案和款式都多样,且质轻、环保、可循环再用,被公认为保护地球生态的环保产品。无纺布是一种直接利用高聚物切片、短纤维或长丝将纤维通过气流或机械成网,然后经过水刺,针刺,或热轧加固,最后经过后整理形成的无编织的布料。与传统的纺织布相比,具有工艺流程短、生产速度快、产量高、成本低、用途广等特点。它广泛应用于医疗卫生、家庭装饰、汽车工业、服装辅料等领域。随着人们生活水平的提高和安全意识的增强,无纺布的阻燃性越来越成为人们关注的焦点。
目前市场上存在的大部分无纺布,阻燃性能较差,且无法实现良好的隔音性能,降解能力较差,因此,针对上述问题提出一种高阻燃性针刺无纺布及其制备方法。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种高阻燃性针刺无纺布及其制备方法,通过使用纤度为2D-5D、质量份数为聚酯纤维、废旧棉纤维、聚丙烯纤维、植物纤维、抗氧化剂制作底布,使该底布具备良好的隔音及可降解特性,通过使用聚丙烯、阻燃剂和交联剂制作面布,提高无纺布的阻燃效果,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种高阻燃性针刺无纺布,包括底布和面布,所述底布由纤度为2D-5D、质量份数为50-55份聚酯纤维、15-25份废旧棉纤维、15-20份聚丙烯纤维、80-120份植物纤维、0.2-0.3份抗氧化剂混合制成,所述面布粘合在底布的上下两面,所述面布由70-80份聚丙烯、10-15份阻燃剂和3-8份交联剂混合而成。
优选的,所述阻燃剂包括无卤磷系阻燃剂、高效环化磷酸酯、含磷、氮的非卤消烟透明阻燃剂、双酚A-双(磷酸二苯酯)(BDP)、间苯二酚-双(磷酸二苯酯)(RDP)、渗透剂。
一种高阻燃性针刺无纺布的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
1.底布制作:将对于组分的纤度为2D-5D、质量份数为50-55份聚酯纤维、15-25份废旧棉纤维、15-20份聚丙烯纤维、80-120份植物纤维、0.2-0.3份抗氧化剂称取后送入螺杆挤压机,进行熔融混合,后将送入熔融纺丝机中进行纺丝成网,收卷成网,进行针刺加固制成底布;
2.面布制作:将对于组分的70-80份聚丙烯、10-15份阻燃剂和3-8份交联剂称取后送入螺杆挤压机,进行熔融混合,后将送入熔融纺丝机中进行纺丝成网,收卷成网,进行针刺加固制成面布;
3.将底布通过定型机加热定型,定型温度在150-190℃之间;
4.将热定型后的底布与面布粘合,冷却后进行模压成型,制成高阻燃性针刺无纺布。
优选的,步骤1中底布的面密度为300-500g/㎡,厚度为2-4mm,针刺密度为400-600针/cm2
优选的,步骤2中面布的面密度为500-600g/㎡,厚度为4-7mm,针刺密度150-200针/cm2
优选的,所述植物纤维由聚己二酸/对苯二甲酸丁二酯(PBAT)材料制成。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:通过使用纤度为2D-5D、质量份数为聚酯纤维、废旧棉纤维、聚丙烯纤维、植物纤维、抗氧化剂制作底布,使该底布具备良好的隔音及可降解特性,通过使用聚丙烯、阻燃剂和交联剂制作面布,提高无纺布的阻燃效果,适宜推广使用。

一种高阻燃性针刺无纺布,包括底布和面布,所述底布由纤度为2D-5D、质量份数为50-55份聚酯纤维、15-25份废旧棉纤维、15-20份聚丙烯纤维、80-120份植物纤维、0.2-0.3份抗氧化剂混合制成,所述面布粘合在底布的上下两面,所述面布由70-80份聚丙烯、10-15份阻燃剂和3-8份交联剂混合而成。
其中,所述阻燃剂包括无卤磷系阻燃剂、高效环化磷酸酯、含磷、氮的非卤消烟透明阻燃剂、双酚A-双(磷酸二苯酯)(BDP)、间苯二酚-双(磷酸二苯酯)(RDP)、渗透剂。
作为本技术的优选方案:
一种高阻燃性针刺无纺布,包括底布和面布,所述底布由纤度为3D、质量份数为53份聚酯纤维、20份废旧棉纤维、17份聚丙烯纤维、110份植物纤维、0.2份抗氧化剂混合制成,所述面布粘合在底布的上下两面,所述面布由70份聚丙烯、13份阻燃剂和5份交联剂混合而成。
一种高阻燃性针刺无纺布的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
1.底布制作:将对于组分的纤度为2D-5D、质量份数为50-55份聚酯纤维、15-25份废旧棉纤维、15-20份聚丙烯纤维、80-120份植物纤维、0.2-0.3份抗氧化剂称取后送入螺杆挤压机,进行熔融混合,后将送入熔融纺丝机中进行纺丝成网,收卷成网,进行针刺加固制成底布;
2.面布制作:将对于组分的70-80份聚丙烯、10-15份阻燃剂和3-8份交联剂称取后送入螺杆挤压机,进行熔融混合,后将送入熔融纺丝机中进行纺丝成网,收卷成网,进行针刺加固制成面布;
3.将底布通过定型机加热定型,定型温度在150-190℃之间;
4.将热定型后的底布与面布粘合,冷却后进行模压成型,制成高阻燃性针刺无纺布。
其中,步骤1中底布的面密度为300-500g/㎡,厚度为2-4mm,针刺密度为400-600针/cm2
其中,步骤2中面布的面密度为500-600g/㎡,厚度为4-7mm,针刺密度150-200针/cm2
其中,所述植物纤维由聚己二酸/对苯二甲酸丁二酯(PBAT)材料制成。
工作原理:通过使用纤度为2D-5D、质量份数为聚酯纤维、废旧棉纤维、聚丙烯纤维、植物纤维、抗氧化剂制作底布,使该底布具备良好的隔音及可降解特性,通过使用聚丙烯、阻燃剂和交联剂制作面布,提高无纺布的阻燃效果,适宜推广使用。

1.一种高阻燃性针刺无纺布,包括底布(1)和面布(2),其特征在于:所述底布(1)由纤度为2D-5D、质量份数为50-55份聚酯纤维、15-25份废旧棉纤维、15-20份聚丙烯纤维、80-120份植物纤维、0.2-0.3份抗氧化剂混合制成,所述面布(2)粘合在底布(1)的上下两面,所述面布(2)由70-80份聚丙烯、10-15份阻燃剂和3-8份交联剂混合而成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种高阻燃性针刺无纺布,其特征在于:所述阻燃剂包括无卤磷系阻燃剂、高效环化磷酸酯、含磷、氮的非卤消烟透明阻燃剂、双酚A-双(磷酸二苯酯)(BDP)、间苯二酚-双(磷酸二苯酯)(RDP)、渗透剂。
3.一种高阻燃性针刺无纺布的制备方法,其特征在于:包括如下步骤:
1)底布制作:将对于组分的纤度为2D-5D、质量份数为50-55份聚酯纤维、15-25份废旧棉纤维、15-20份聚丙烯纤维、80-120份植物纤维、0.2-0.3份抗氧化剂称取后送入螺杆挤压机,进行熔融混合,后将送入熔融纺丝机中进行纺丝成网,收卷成网,进行针刺加固制成底布;
2)面布制作:将对于组分的70-80份聚丙烯、10-15份阻燃剂和3-8份交联剂称取后送入螺杆挤压机,进行熔融混合,后将送入熔融纺丝机中进行纺丝成网,收卷成网,进行针刺加固制成面布;
3)将底布通过定型机加热定型,定型温度在150-190℃之间;
4)将热定型后的底布与面布粘合,冷却后进行模压成型,制成高阻燃性针刺无纺布。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种高阻燃性针刺无纺布的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤1)中底布的面密度为300-500g/㎡,厚度为2-4mm,针刺密度为400-600针/cm2
5.根据权利要求3所述的一种高阻燃性针刺无纺布的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤2)中面布的面密度为500-600g/㎡,厚度为4-7mm,针刺密度150-200针/cm2
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种高阻燃性针刺无纺布,其特征在于:所述植物纤维由聚己二酸/对苯二甲酸丁二酯(PBAT)材料制成。
