Claims (10)

1. A paper box edge folding device of a paper extraction box is arranged on a frame (1) of a paper extraction box packaging machine and is characterized by comprising a left edge folding mechanism, a right edge folding mechanism, a lower edge folding mechanism and an upper edge folding mechanism which are sequentially arranged along the conveying direction of the paper extraction box (2), wherein the conveying mechanism is arranged on the frame (1) and is used for conveying the paper extraction box (2), the edge folding mechanisms are divided into two groups and are respectively arranged at two sides of the conveying mechanism, the upper edge folding mechanism comprises a pressing plate (3), a first cam structure drives the pressing plate (3) to swing up and down back and forth so as to enable an upper cover plate (203) to be folded towards the opening direction of a covered box body, the left edge folding mechanism and the right edge folding mechanism comprise a shifting piece (4), a connecting structure is in transmission connection with the first cam structure and drives the shifting piece (4) to synchronously swing left and right back and forth so as to enable a left cover plate, the folding device comprises a folding mechanism, and is characterized in that the folding mechanism further comprises a gluing device, the gluing device is arranged between the lower folding mechanism and the upper folding mechanism, the gluing device comprises a glue gun (8), the overlapped position of an upper cover plate (203) and a lower cover plate (204) after being folded corresponds to the glue outlet position of the glue gun (8), and a glue pressing output device is further arranged on the rack and used for clamping the gluing position of the paper extraction box and taking the glue part away from the conveying mechanism.

A carton flanging device of a tissue box according to claim 1, characterized in that a plurality of conveying stations are arranged on the conveying mechanism at regular intervals for placing the tissue box (2), the conveying mechanism comprises a mounting plate (9) and chains (901), the two chains (901) are arranged in parallel at intervals, the two chains (901) are arranged on the mounting plate (9) in a coaxial rotation manner, a driving device drives the two chains (901) to rotate synchronously, a plurality of blocking pieces (902) are arranged on the chains (901) at regular intervals, the positions of the blocking pieces (902) on the two chains (901) are corresponding, and the spacing space between the blocking pieces (902) forms the conveying stations.

A carton flanging device for a paper extraction box according to claim 2, characterized in that, said lower flanging mechanism comprises a guiding plate (5), said guiding plate (5) is connected with said mounting plate (9) fixedly, a guiding surface (501) is provided at the front end of said guiding plate (5), the height of said guiding surface (501) is gradually increased along the conveying direction of the paper extraction box (2), the rear end of said guiding plate (5) is bent towards the direction gradually approaching the opening of the paper extraction box (2), and the lower cover plate (204) is gradually folded upwards along the guiding surface (501) along the conveying direction of the paper extraction box (2).

A carton creasing device for a paper extraction carton as defined in claim 2, the first cam structure comprises a cam (302), a transmission wheel (303) and a pressing plate seat (301), the pressing plate seat (301) is fixedly connected with the mounting plate (9), the pressing plate (3) is rotatably arranged on the pressing plate seat (301), the cam (302) is rotatably arranged on the pressing plate seat (301) through a cam shaft (304), the transmission wheel (303) is rotatably arranged on the pressing plate seat (301) through a transmission shaft (305), the transmission shaft (305) is fixedly provided with two fixed blocks (306), the two fixed blocks (306) are fixedly connected with the pressing plate (3) through a swing rod (307), the mounting plate (9) is also provided with a first tension spring (308) for pulling the transmission shaft (305), so that the outer wheel surface of the driving wheel (303) can be always attached to the outer wheel surface of the cam (302).

A carton flanging device of a paper extraction carton according to claim 4, characterized in that the connecting structure comprises a driving plate (402), a driving rod (403) and a plectrum seat (401), the plectrum seat (401) is fixedly connected with the mounting plate (9), the plectrum (4) is fixedly connected with a connecting seat (404), the connecting seat (404) is rotatably arranged on the plectrum seat (401) through a plectrum shaft (405), the driving plate (402) is fixedly arranged at the lower end of the plectrum shaft (405), a second cam structure is arranged on the pressing plate seat (301), the second cam structure is in transmission connection with the cam shaft (304), and two ends of the driving rod (403) are respectively in movable connection with the driving plate (402) and the second cam structure.

A carton flanging device of a paper extraction carton according to claim 5, characterized in that the second cam structure comprises a driving cam (406), a driving bearing (407) and a swing plate (408), the driving cam (406) is rotatably arranged on the pressing plate base (301) and is in transmission connection with the cam shaft (304) through two bevel gears (409), the swing plate (408) is rotatably arranged on the pressing plate base (301), the driving bearing (407) is rotatably arranged on the swing base, and a second tension spring (410) is further arranged on the mounting plate (9) for pulling the driving plate (402) so that the outer wheel surface of the driving bearing (407) can be always attached to the outer wheel surface of the driving cam (406).

A carton flanging device of a paper extraction box according to claim 1, characterized in that an upper pressing mechanism is further arranged on the frame (1) for pressing the paper extraction box (2), the upper pressing mechanism comprises an upper pressing plate (7) and an upper pressing plate fixing seat (701), the two upper pressing plates (7) are arranged above the paper extraction box (2) in parallel at intervals, the upper pressing plate (7) is fixedly connected with the upper pressing plate fixing seat (701), the upper pressing plate fixing seat (701) is arranged on the frame (1) through a connecting rod mechanism, and the connecting rod mechanism is used for adjusting the height of the upper pressing plate (7) to enable the upper pressing plate (7) to press the paper extraction box (2).
