所述压痕机构8具有纵向压痕刀811和横向压痕刀821,分别将纸张的纵向和横向予以压痕,其中纵向压痕刀811有三个并列地设置横梁812上,同时还设置与纵向压痕刀811配合的支承辊813,纸张穿过纵向压痕刀811与支承辊813之间,便形成压痕线,该纵向压痕刀811压出的痕迹是立体袋袋底的压痕线,其中两侧的纵向压痕刀将纸张压痕后,便是袋底与纸袋侧面之间的压痕线L1、L2,中间的纵向压痕刀压痕后,其压痕线L3处于两侧压痕线的正中间,该压痕线,可以使得纸质袋的袋底能够内折(如图26所示)。经过纵向压痕后,纸张便被输送到横向压痕刀处,横向压痕刀设置有四个,标号分别为821a、821b、821c、821d,该四个压痕轮均通过轮架29安装在固定架822上,所述固定架822固定在一往复传动的第一同步带823上,第一同步带823由电机824驱动,所述横向压痕刀821的底部设有相应的支撑板825,所述四个横向压痕刀821a、821b、821c、821d中,其中两侧的两个横向压痕刀821a、821d的轮架829可以移动地安装在直线导轨826上,中间两个横向压痕刀821b、821c一前一后相错安装(如图10所示),所述固定架822上具有方形槽828,且该轮架829置于所述方形槽828中,所述直线导轨826与一螺杆827螺接,其中螺杆827两端的螺纹方向相反,转动螺杆827,可以调节两侧横向压痕刀821a、821d的距离,而固定架822移动时,横向压痕刀821a、821d可随着固定架移动。电机824工作时,便使得同步带823往复移动,使得四个压痕轮821在纸张的横向往复移动,与支撑板825配合而对纸张的横向予以压痕,该四个压痕轮821a、821b、821c、821d压出四条压痕线L4、L5、L6、L7,其中压痕线L4、L5为前一个纸袋的压痕线,L6、L7为后一个纸袋的压痕线,随着纸张的输送,如此分别压痕后,就可以对纸张的两侧边进行压痕,成为单个纸质立体袋的压痕线(如图27所示)。当然袋底内折时,依靠该折痕线是不够的,因此,所述压痕机构还包括袋底“八”字形压痕模831,该压痕模831设置在所述纵向压痕刀811与横向压痕刀821之间,该“八”字形压痕831模设置有两副,安装方向相反,分别一前一后地安装在纵向压痕刀811与横向压痕刀821之间,在“八”字形压痕模831的底板832上设置有海绵垫833,海绵垫833包覆在“八”字形压痕模831的周围,当上模834下行后,与海绵垫833接触时,海绵垫833便被压缩,露出“八”字形压痕模831,待上模834完全到位后,便将纸袋底部的压痕线两端一左一右压痕出“八”字形的压痕线,并且“八”字形的压痕线以纸袋底部中间的压痕线对称(如图28所示)。需要说明的是,本发明的压痕机构中,纵向压痕、横向压痕以及“八”字型压痕的位置可以互换,其效果也是相同的。经过压痕后的纸张,将被送到裁切机构9,所述裁切机构9具有纵向切刀911和横向切刀921、931,其纵向切刀911沿着纸袋底部的最外侧压痕线将其切除一部分(如图29所示),当纸张送到横向切刀921、931处时,该处的横向切刀具有两把,一把切刀921沿着四条排列在一起的最左侧纸袋侧边的压痕线L4内侧切除,切线为L8,其切除终点位于离其较远的底部压痕线L1,另一把切刀931沿着四条排列在一起的最右侧的压痕线L6内侧切除,其切除终点位于离其较远的底部压痕线L2(如图31所示),这种通过纵切和横切,便将多余的纸张M予以切除,切除后的纸张便送到剔废机构,所述剔废机构具有剔废气缸932,在剔废气缸932的活塞上连接推板933,剔废气缸932工作后,推动推板933,推板933将纵向切刀和横向切刀切下的纸张予以剔除。其中,所述裁切机构的横向切刀921安装架93上设有剔废架935,所述剔废架935上安装有循环传动的废品输送带934。剔除的废纸便落到废品输送带934上,由输送带输送934后予以收集。The
