煤矿作为现在发展需求的主要能源物质,在各行各业中都有不可取代的地方,煤矿的加工工艺就显得比较重要,煤矿的粉碎过程是加工工艺中不可缺少的一环,但在粉碎过程中会出现大量的粉尘,不仅会威胁到人的健康,还会影响到煤矿的分拣工序,本发明阐明的一种能解决上述问题的装置。

技术问题: 煤矿在粉碎时会出现大量粉尘的情况,现有的装置无法有效的除去粉碎过程中产生的粉尘,且会影响到煤矿分拣的过程。

以下结合图1至图4对本文中的的使用步骤进行详细说明:开始时,疏通板19位于筛板58下侧,清理杆27位于最左侧,粉尘收集箱门24处于闭合状态,排水挡块67位于最上侧,排水挡块弹簧66未被压缩,连杆开关68处于闭合状态,工业扇71位于最右侧,伸缩杆76没被拉伸。
工作时,煤矿从漏斗64倒入粉碎辊62开始转动配合粉碎挡板59对煤矿进行粉碎作业,同时水从喷水器63喷出与粉碎产生的粉尘混合,粉碎后的煤矿落到筛板58上,工业扇71往左移动并开始转动,挡住煤矿下落并将煤矿上的水除去,工业扇71返回原位,煤矿继续下落到旋转体54内通过离心方式进一步去除表面的水分,过滤除去的水将排水挡块67往下压,推动弹簧滑杆70右移打开连杆开关68,煤矿落到螺杆腔47内,通过螺杆48和螺杆箱46底壁上的分拣口36对煤矿大小进行分拣收集,含有粉尘的水从筛板58的筛孔经过导水板56流入回收腔28内,和通过导水管55从除水腔53处流入回收腔28内,通过过滤板26对混有粉尘的水进行过滤,凸轮30转动通过清理连杆29带动清理杆27左右移动,将过滤板26表面的粉尘进行清理并送入粉尘收集箱23内,通过疏通板连杆80实现疏通板19的上下移动,在T形杆滑杆18配合下完成间歇性除去筛板58上筛孔中的煤矿,防止筛孔堵塞。

1.一种可有效去除粉尘的煤矿粉碎装置,包括箱体,所述箱体上设有开口向上的空腔,所述空腔上侧内壁上固定设有漏斗,所述空腔内转动设有两个位于所述漏斗下侧且关于所述漏斗左右对称的的粉碎辊,所述空腔上设有位于所述粉碎辊下侧的疏通装置,所述疏通装置包括与所述空腔左侧内壁固定连接的筛板支撑板,所述筛板支撑板右端面固定连接有筛板,所述筛板上设有八个自左而右等距分布的筛孔,所述筛板下端面固定设有导水板,所述空腔左侧内壁上固定设有位于所述筛板支撑板下侧的滑槽,所述滑槽上滑动设有T形杆,所述T形杆上设有T形杆腔,所述T形杆腔上滑动设有T形杆滑杆,所述T形杆滑杆右端面固定设有位于所述筛板与所述导水板之间的疏通板,所述疏通板上设有八个自左而右等距分布的疏通杆,每个疏通杆右侧都设有一个漏水孔,所述空腔上设有位于所述导水板下侧的回收装置,所述空腔上设有位于所述回收装置右侧的分拣装置,所述分拣装置包括所述空腔上转动设有位于所述疏通板下侧的螺杆箱,所述螺杆箱上设有螺杆腔,所述螺杆腔内设有过滤装置,所述过滤装置包括与所述螺杆腔上转动连接的旋转体,所述螺杆箱上端口上固定设有除水箱,所述除水箱上设有除水腔,所述除水腔底壁上设有倾斜的除水块,所述除水腔左侧内壁上设有导水管,所述除水腔上设有位于所述导水管右侧的排水挡块,所述螺杆箱上端口左侧设有排水槽,所述排水挡块与所述螺杆箱滑动连接,所述螺杆箱与所述排水挡块通过所述排水槽上的排水挡块弹簧相连,所述排水槽右侧内壁上滑动设有延伸至所述螺杆腔处的弹簧滑杆,所述弹簧滑杆与所述排水槽右侧外壁连接有弹簧,所述弹簧滑杆右端面固定设有移动连杆,所述移动连杆下端面铰接有连杆开关,所述连杆开关与所述旋转体滑动连接,所述旋转体上转动设有位于所述连杆开关下侧的旋转体齿轮,通过转动所述旋转体将煤矿上的水甩入除水腔内,经过所述导水管流出,通过水量控制所述连杆开关将过滤后的煤矿输出,所述空腔右侧内壁上设有除水装置,所述空腔内设有提供动力的驱动装置。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种可有效去除粉尘的煤矿粉碎装置,其特征在于:所述空腔上侧内壁上固定设有两个位于所述漏斗两侧的粉碎支撑板,所述粉碎支撑板上固定连接有粉碎挡板,所述空腔上固定设有位于所述粉碎挡板上侧且贯穿所述粉碎支撑板的喷洒水管,所述喷洒水管上固定设有两个关于所述漏斗左右对称的喷水器,所述喷洒水管左侧固定连接有回水管,所述回水管上设有水泵。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种可有效去除粉尘的煤矿粉碎装置,其特征在于:所述回收装置包括与所述空腔底壁固定连接的回收箱,所述回收箱与所述回水管固定连接,所述回收箱上设有开口向上回收腔,所述回收腔两侧内壁上固定设有两个关于所述回收箱中心对称的粉尘收集箱,所述回收腔内固定设有位于两个所述粉尘收集箱之间的过滤板,所述过滤板与所述粉尘收集箱固定连接,所述粉尘收集箱远离所述过滤板侧内壁上转动设有所述回收箱门,所述粉尘收集箱靠近所述过滤板侧内壁上转动设有位于所述过滤板上侧的粉尘收集箱门,所述粉尘收集箱门与所述粉尘收集箱通过所述转动销相连,所述转动销上固定有扭簧,所述回收腔上滑动设有位于所述过滤板上侧且贯穿右侧所述粉尘收集箱的清理杆。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种可有效去除粉尘的煤矿粉碎装置,其特征在于:所述分拣装置还包括与所述螺杆箱转动连接的螺杆,所述螺杆的左端面转动设有螺杆从动锥齿轮,所述螺杆腔的底壁上固定设有三组自左而右分布分拣口,所述螺杆腔的左侧内壁上固定设有废料出口,所述空腔底壁上固定设有位于所述螺杆箱下侧的废料箱、粗料箱、中等料箱、细料箱,所述粗料箱、所述中等料箱、所述细料箱上侧分别对应设有四个所述分拣口,所述废料箱位于所述废料出口下侧。
5.如权利要求1所述的一种可有效去除粉尘的煤矿粉碎装置,其特征在于:所述除水装置包括与所述空腔右侧内壁固定连接的套筒,所述套筒上螺纹连接有工业扇,所述工业扇左端面固定设有挡板体,所述空腔右侧内壁上固定设有位于所述套筒上侧的伸缩杆,所述伸缩杆与所述工业扇右端面相连。
