Abstract
The invention relates to the technical field of seed coating, in particular to a solanaceae vegetable seed coating agent and a preparation method thereof, wherein the coating agent mainly comprises a film-forming agent, a filling agent, a bactericide and a warning dye, the coating agent prepared by utilizing the components has strong adhesive force and high brightness, in addition, the raw materials are all green and environment-friendly materials, the coating agent has higher use value and good application prospect, the coated solanaceae seeds are more mellow, the requirement of mechanical sowing is met, meanwhile, the uniformity of seed emergence is greatly improved, the later-stage management is facilitated, the labor intensity is reduced, the effects of sterilizing and continuously providing nutrient substances are simultaneously achieved, and the blank in the field is filled.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of seed coating, in particular to a solanaceae vegetable seed coating agent and a preparation method thereof.
Background
Tomatoes, peppers, eggplants and the like are common solanaceous vegetables in our daily life. The specific technical scheme of the invention is as follows:
the invention provides a solanaceous vegetable seed coating agent which comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight:
25-30 parts of film-forming agent, 25-35 parts of filler, 1-2 parts of bactericide and 10-15 parts of warning dye;
wherein the film forming agent is one or more of polyvinyl alcohol, polyvinyl acetate, methyl cellulose, gum arabic, gelatin, xanthan gum and starch;
the filler is one or a mixture of more of attapulgite, talcum powder, montmorillonite powder, pearl powder and modified starch; further, the mesh number of the filler is preferably 800 meshes;
the bactericide is one or a mixture of sodium dodecyl sulfate, sodium dichloroisocyanurate, chlorobromoisocyanuric acid, thiophanate-propyl, thiram, carbendazim and carbendazim;
on the basis of the selection, the inventor further prefers that the film-forming agent is one or a mixture of more of methylcellulose, gum arabic, gelatin, xanthan gum and starch, the components can effectively increase the adhesive force of the coating agent on the surface of the seeds, so as to achieve the effect of not removing the powder, and in addition, the film-forming agent can provide nutrient substances for seed germination, so as to improve the vitality and uniformity of seedlings;
the filler is one or a mixture of more of attapulgite, montmorillonite powder, pearl powder and modified starch; the filler can effectively increase the smoothness and brightness of the coating agent on the surface of the seeds, and is beneficial to mechanical operation;
the inventor emphatically controls the use amounts of the two, preferably the use amount ratio of the two is the same, so that the coating effect of the whole coating agent can be improved by increasing the film forming agent, the edge of the flat seed is better coated, the phenomenon that the filling agent is filled in the edge part of the seed, the coating force is small, the seed leakage is easy to occur, and the two act together to ensure that the whole seed is more mellow after being coated, the selling phase is good and the mechanical sowing in the later period is facilitated;
the selected bactericide is preferably one or a mixture of more of propylthion carbendazim, carbendazim and methyl carbendazim;
the warning dye is liquid red and is selected from 60 wt% carmine water solution, and the carmine is edible synthetic pigment, has no pollution to human health and environment, and is healthier when being applied to a coating agent.
In addition, compare with prior art, do not add the antiseptic in the above-mentioned scheme of this application, more green.

In this example the bactericide is carbendazim and the warning dye is a 60 wt% carmine aqueous solution.
The preparation method of the coating agent for the solanaceous vegetable seeds comprises the following steps:
step one, weighing 50 parts of purified water and adding the purified water into a stirring barrel;
weighing the required raw materials, and pouring the raw materials into a stirring barrel in sequence;
step three, stirring for 10 minutes at the rotating speed of 150 revolutions per minute;
step four, weighing 50 parts of purified water and adding the purified water into a stirring barrel;
step five, stirring for about 1 hour at the rotating speed of 450 revolutions per minute until no bubbles and particles exist in the stirring barrel. The solanaceae vegetable seed coating agent is obtained.

25 parts of film forming agent, 25 parts of filler, 1.5 parts of bactericide and 15 parts of warning dye;
the film-forming agent is formed by mixing polyvinyl acetate, methyl cellulose and gum arabic according to the mass ratio of 1:1: 1.
In the embodiment, the filling agent is formed by mixing talcum powder, montmorillonite powder and pearl powder according to the mass ratio of 1:2: 1.

25 parts of film forming agent, 35 parts of filling agent, 2 parts of bactericide and 10 parts of warning dye;
the film forming agent is prepared by mixing gum arabic, gelatin and xanthan gum according to the mass ratio of 1:1: 1.
In the embodiment, the filling agent is formed by mixing talcum powder, montmorillonite powder, pearl powder and pearl powder according to the mass ratio of 1:1:1: 1.
In this example the bactericide is carbendazim and the warning dye is a 60 wt% carmine aqueous solution.
The preparation method is the same as example 1.
Application examples
Taking a certain amount of pepper seeds, tomato seeds and eggplant seeds, treating the pepper seeds, tomato seeds and eggplant seeds by using the coating agent prepared in the embodiment 1-3, then cultivating and growing seedlings, taking the same amount of pepper seeds, tomato seeds and eggplant seeds which are not subjected to any treatment as blank tests, and taking the pepper seeds, tomato seeds and eggplant seeds coated by using an imported coating agent 1 and a national coating agent 2 as comparison tests; carrying out cultivation and seedling raising, counting the bud rate and the seedling growth by adopting a soil bed method according to GB-T3543.4-1995 crop seed test regulations, and observing the growth condition and the emergence rate of each vegetable seed in a period of time, wherein the test results are recorded in the following table 1:
as can be seen from Table 1 above, the seeds treated with the coating agents prepared in examples 1-3, whether they are peppers, tomatoes or eggplants, have significant advantages in germination rate and growth vigor of seedlings, and the uniformity of the size of the seedlings is better than that of the blank test group.

Claims (4)
1. A solanaceous vegetable seed coating agent is characterized in that: the composite material comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight:
25-30 parts of film-forming agent, 25-35 parts of filler, 1-2 parts of bactericide and 10-15 parts of warning dye;
wherein the film forming agent is one or more of polyvinyl alcohol, polyvinyl acetate, methyl cellulose, gum arabic, gelatin, xanthan gum and starch;
the filler is one or a mixture of more of attapulgite, talcum powder, montmorillonite powder, pearl powder and modified starch;
the bactericide is one or a mixture of sodium dodecyl sulfate, sodium dichloroisocyanurate, chlorobromoisocyanuric acid, thiophanate-propyl, thiram, carbendazim and carbendazim.
2. The solanaceous vegetable seed coating agent of claim 1, wherein:
the film-forming agent is one or a mixture of more of methylcellulose, gum arabic, gelatin, xanthan gum and starch;
the filler is one or a mixture of more of attapulgite, montmorillonite powder, pearl powder and modified starch; the mesh number is 800 meshes;
the selected bactericide is preferably one or a mixture of more of propylthion carbendazim, carbendazim and methyl carbendazim;
the warning dye is selected from 60 wt% carmine water solution.
3. The solanaceous vegetable seed coating agent of claim 1, wherein: the composite material comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 28 parts of film forming agent, 28 parts of filling agent, 1 part of bactericide and 13 parts of warning dye.
4. The method for preparing the coating agent for the seeds of solanaceous vegetables as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the method specifically comprises the following steps:
step one, weighing 50 parts of purified water and adding the purified water into a stirring barrel;
