Background
The research proves that the beta-glucan has obvious health care effect: can improve the capability of resisting infection of virus, bacteria and the like; effectively regulating the micro-ecology of the digestive tract in vivo, and promoting the proliferation of beneficial bacteria in vivo and the excretion of harmful substances in intestinal tract; can reduce cholesterol content in vivo, reduce low density lipoprotein content in vivo, and increase high density lipoprotein content; effectively improving the feeling of peripheral tissues to insulin, reducing the requirement on insulin, promoting the recovery of glucose, and having obvious inhibiting and preventing effects on diabetes; stimulating the activity of skin cells, enhancing the immune protection function of the skin, efficiently repairing the skin, reducing the generation of skin wrinkles and delaying the skin aging; enhancing the resistance of animals to pathogenic bacteria, promoting the growth of the animals, and improving the production performance and the feed utilization rate of the animals.
The rice produced by the existing rice cultivation method does not contain beta-glucan, has no health care effect and has low economic value.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a rice cultivation method of chitin-containing beta-glucan green rice, which has a remarkable health-care effect and aims at overcoming the defects and shortcomings of the prior art.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the technical scheme that: a rice cultivation method of beta-glucan green rice using chitin comprises the following steps:
firstly, treating rice seeds:
1. seed soaking: soaking purchased rice seeds in clear water, removing impurities, bagging, adding water 50 times of a chitin biological liquid state general film, putting the rice seeds into the seed bag for soaking, taking the water level of 2-4 Cm on the seed bag as a standard, soaking for 3-5 days in a static amount, wherein the temperature of the water for soaking is 25-28 ℃, turning the rice seeds once every day, controlling the water of the rice seeds when the soaking is due, not washing the rice seeds, and drying the rice seeds in the shade;
2. seed coating: diluting the seeds dried in the shade by 30 times by using a chitin biological liquid universal film with the content of 3 percent, and uniformly stirring until the seeds are not stuck;
secondly, sowing: arranging seedling trays before sowing, placing the mixed nutrient soil into the trays, reserving a space of 0.5-0.7 Cm on the upper part of the nutrient soil trays, sowing after thoroughly pouring bottom soil, covering soil, paving a mulching film, and paying attention to good temperature, humidity and ventilation to achieve strong seedlings;
thirdly, seedling stage treatment: when the seedlings grow to one leaf and one heart and three leaves and one heart, spraying chitin foliar fertilizer, adding 100 times of water, and irrigating the seedbed once by adding 100 times of water to the seedbed by using chitin amino acid-containing water-soluble fertilizer and water for the seedbed one week before seedling lifting;
fourthly, chitin is applied to the field:
1. after 15 days of rice transplanting, respectively watering the roots of the field with 10 jin/mu of chitosan amino acid-containing water-soluble fertilizer and 1.5 jin/mu of chitosan biological liquid universal film with 100 times of water, and paying attention to the fact that water cannot be put in the field within one week;
2. spraying the chitin leaf fertilizer 200ML water-mixed 30 jin/mu on the rice leaf surface once in the booting period;
3. in the filling period, the chitin foliar fertilizer 200ML is added with 30 jin/mu of water to be sprayed on the rice foliar surfaces once.
Further, the content of the chitin biological liquid general-purpose film in the step one is 3%.
Furthermore, the nutrient soil in the seedling tray in the second step is 2/3, the peat is 1/3, and the nutrient soil is mixed with a seedling strengthening agent.
Furthermore, in the fourth step, the weather change needs to be noticed when the foliar fertilizer is sprayed, and the weather without wind and rain is selected before 9 am and after 4 pm.
The invention has the following beneficial effects: according to the rice cultivation method of the chitin-containing beta-glucan green rice, the produced rice contains beta-glucan, has health care functions of improving resistance, adjusting various indexes of a body, enhancing immunity and the like, and is remarkable in economic value.
Detailed Description
In order to more clearly illustrate the embodiments of the present invention or the technical solutions in the prior art, the above technical solutions will be described in detail below.
Examples
A rice cultivation method of beta-glucan green rice using chitin comprises the following steps:
firstly, treating rice seeds:
1. seed soaking: soaking purchased rice seeds in clear water, removing impurities, bagging, adding water 50 times of a chitin biological liquid universal membrane with the content of 3%, soaking the seeds in the water, wherein the water level of the surface of the seed bag is 2-4 Cm, soaking the seeds in a static amount, the temperature of the soaking water is 25-28 ℃, soaking for 3-5 days, turning over once a day, controlling the water of the rice seeds when the soaking is due, and drying the rice seeds in the shade without cleaning;
2. seed coating: diluting the seeds dried in the shade by 30 times by using a chitin biological liquid universal film with the content of 3 percent, and uniformly stirring until the seeds are not stuck;
secondly, sowing: arranging seedling trays before sowing, loading the mixed nutrient soil into the trays, wherein the nutrient soil in the trays is 2/3, the peat is 1/3, the nutrient soil is the nutrient soil mixed with a seedling strengthening agent, a space of 0.5-0.7 Cm is reserved on the upper part of the nutrient soil trays, sowing is carried out after the bottom soil is thoroughly poured, covering with soil, paving with a mulching film, and managing the temperature, humidity and ventilation to achieve seedling strengthening;
thirdly, seedling stage treatment: when the seedlings grow to one leaf and one heart and three leaves and one heart, spraying chitin foliar fertilizer, adding 100 times of water, and irrigating the seedbed once by adding 100 times of water to the seedbed by using chitin amino acid-containing water-soluble fertilizer and water for the seedbed one week before seedling lifting;
fourthly, chitin is applied to the field:
1. after 15 days of rice transplanting, respectively watering the roots of the field with 10 jin/mu of chitosan amino acid-containing water-soluble fertilizer and 1.5 jin/mu of chitosan biological liquid universal film with 100 times of water, and paying attention to the fact that water cannot be put in the field within one week;
