Abstract
一种制动式假肢关节,特别是用于腿假肢的制动式膝关节,为改善性能,依照本发明建议,制动套筒(4)被圆环形制动腔(6)所包围,该制动腔内充有不可压缩介质并与夹紧件(7)中一体形成的封闭空腔(9)液体相通,一个对不可压缩介质可施加压力作用的活塞(10)伸入该空腔(9)中,关节上件(1)支承在该活塞上。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种制动式假肢关节,特别是腿假肢的制动式膝关节,其具有一个关节上件,一个关节下件和一个使此两关节件相互可回转连接的并与关节下件抗扭连接的并设计为制动轴的关节轴,它被一个位于其上作为轴承运转的制动套筒所包围,该套筒与一个夹紧件抗扭连接,该关节上件通过一回转轴铰接支承在夹紧件上,使得关节上件在受载时,对夹紧件施加负荷并由此对制动套筒施加载荷并进而对关节轴施加制动作用。
背景技术
这种实施形式可从例如DE-PS 2228391中获得。在这种结构设置中,该夹紧件设置为直接对制动套筒施加作用的夹紧杠杆,其上支承着关节上件并在受载情况下,对制动套筒施加作用,这样,在制动套筒和作为制动轴的关节轴之间的摩擦增大了。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是要改善上述制动式假肢关节的性能。
这一技术问题按本发明是这样来解决的,即,采用一种制动式假肢关节,其具有一个关节上件,一个关节下件和一个使此两关节件相互可回转连接的并与关节下件抗扭连接的并设计为制动轴的关节轴,它被一个位于其上作为轴承运转的制动套筒所包围,该套筒与一夹紧件抗扭连接,所述关节上件通过一个回转轴铰接支承在该夹紧件上,使得在夹紧件受载时,关节上件对制动套筒施加载荷,并进而对关节轴上施加制动作用,该制动套筒被一个环形制动腔包围,该制动腔内充有不可压缩的介质并与夹紧件中一体形成的闭合空腔液体相连通,一个可对不可压缩介质施加作用的压力活塞伸入该空腔中,在该压力活塞上支承着关节上件。
该制动关节的控制,也与前述公知的实施形式相一致,通过挤压一个制动机构实现,其中,摩擦作用是以同样已公知的方式从一个制动套筒传递到制动轴上。但从控制到压紧制动套筒的力传递过程却是新颖的,按照本发明这是利用一种不可压缩介质,如油来实现的。
在按本发明的设计结构中,可使在制动套筒的整个直径上获得均匀的力传递。因此,就可实现制动套筒均匀地靠置在用作制动轴的关节轴上。依此,即便在较低的制动压力下也可实现较高的制动功率。此外,还可确保制动套筒的磨损减小。另外有利的是,预应力和再调节仅仅通过介质施加的压力即可完成。
从设计的观点看,制动件的闭合式结构是有优点的,它可提高连接刚性。
为了能够采用一个例如轴向开缝的制动套筒,比较适宜的是采用一个膨胀套筒来包绕制动套筒。
为了能对空腔中不可压缩介质的压力进行预先调节,一个安装在夹紧件中的调节螺栓伸入充满不可压缩介质的空腔中是有利的。

具体实施方式
在附图中描述的制动式膝关节包括一个关节上件1,一个关节下件2以及一个使此两个关节件可相互回转连接在一起的关节轴3,它与关节下件2为抗扭连接并设计作为制动轴。在关节轴3上安置一个制动套筒4作为轴承,它可以为带隙缝的结构和抗扭地锚固在一个膨胀套筒5中,该套筒使关节轴3相对于一个环形包绕该套筒的制动腔6中的液体被密封起来。
制动套筒4和膨胀套筒5是抗扭地与夹紧件7相连接的,其上通过一个回转轴8可转动地置有关节上件1。
制动腔6与一个对外完全封闭的在夹紧件7中一体形成的充有不可压缩介质的空腔9构成可液体交换的通道。一个在夹紧件7中可密封地纵向导行的压力活塞10伸入该空腔9中,它以其内端部对不可压缩介质施加负荷并以其相反的伸出夹紧件7的端部作为围绕回转轴8作有限回转的关节上件1的止挡。
一个设置在夹紧件7中的调节螺栓11伸入充满不可压缩介质的空腔9中,通过对它的手动操作,就可调节空腔9中的不可压缩介质的压力。
一个弯曲盖12与夹紧件7固定连接,它用于弯曲的膝关节时的膝盖模型(见图2和4)。在关节运动时,这个在图1和3中描述的伸展位置用一伸展止挡13限定。此外从图1中可看出一个轴螺栓14,它将关节轴3与关节下件2连接在一起。
在载荷作用下,关节上件1围绕着在夹紧件7上抗扭固定的回转轴8回转并挤压压力活塞10。而活塞10借助这种与载荷相关的控制作用对空腔9中的不可压缩介质施以压力作用,之后出口压力可以借助调节螺栓11事先进行调节。通过不可压缩介质的压力增大,在制动腔6中的膨胀套筒5在其整个圆周上被施以液体压力并使被其同心包围的制动套筒4被压缩。依此,产生相对关节轴3的制动作用并由此产生相对于关节上件1和关节下件2之间的相对转动的制动作用。
Claims (5)
1、一种制动式假肢关节,其具有一个关节上件(1),一个关节下件(2)和一个使该关节上件(1)和关节下件(2)相互可回转连接的并与关节下件(2)抗扭连接的并设计为制动轴的关节轴(3),它被一个位于其上作为轴承运转的制动套筒(4)所包围,该套筒与一夹紧件(7)抗扭连接,所述关节上件(1)通过一个回转轴(8)铰接支承在该夹紧件(7)上,使得在夹紧件(7)受载时,关节上件(1)对制动套筒(4)施加载荷,并进而对关节轴(3)上施加制动作用,其特征在于:该制动套筒(4)被一个环形制动腔(6)包围,该制动腔内充有不可压缩的介质并与夹紧件(7)中一体形成的闭合空腔(9)液体相连通,一个可对不可压缩介质施加作用的压力活塞(10)伸入该空腔(9)中,在该压力活塞上支承着关节上件(1)。
2、按权利要求1所述的制动式假肢关节,其特征在于:该制动套筒(4)被一个膨胀套筒(5)所包围。
3、按权利要求2所述的制动式假肢关节,其特征在于:该膨胀套筒(5)抗扭地与夹紧件(7)相连接。
4、按权利要求2或3所述的制动式假肢关节,其特征在于:该制动套筒(4)抗扭地锚固在膨胀套筒(5)中。
5、按权利要求1至3中任一项所述的制动式假肢关节,其特征在于:一个安置在夹紧件(7)中的调节螺栓(11)伸入充有不可压缩介质的空腔(9)中。
